Was on vacation, first day the crank pulley gave out, had it towed to bogue and they handled it within 24 hours of tow bringing it in. Diagnostics and repair went well with smooth communication before repair began. Friendly staff and great service!
I could not wait to post a review for Bogue Service Center. My husband would normally handled my vehicle inspection by taking it here but he was very busy this week so I decided to take it myself. I've been so spoiled by him for the last 23 years takiing care of these things that I felt just a bit nervous because lol... I'm from NJ and an inspection there is scary. The guys at Bogue could not have been sweeter. I think I'll take my car in myself every year! What a great place.
Down here on vacation and needed my car scanned and checked. Eddie checked things out and said it should be good to go. Asked him how much and he says nothing today. I wish there where shops in upstate NY like Bogue Service Center. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Eddie!
Fast in and out, Good prices, and Good people! Highly Recommend! Ive used them for mounting and balancing tires to inspections to even motor work and they get it done quick!

I wish these guys were in Raleigh so that I could use them for any auto repairs I needed. My Jeep broke down just as I got to Emerald Isle for a weekend getaway. They opened an hour early so that I could get it in before I had to drive it back to the city and I was in and out in an hour. I had assumed a host of issues and it was just the battery that needed replacing. It cost less for the whole service than I paid for my last battery. And I drove the Jeep home with no issues. They were fast, professional, kind and HONEST. I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Very grateful to have come across them.
Was passing through the area and had a check engine light go on. Folks at Bogue Service Enter were able to take a look on 8am on a Sat and had me out by noon with a fix. Professional and quality service in a pinch. Highly recommend.

Ms. Nancy is great and so is the service as well as the repair. Prices are reasonable and work is done in a timely manner. Mechanics call if they find something they didnt expect. Complete transparency and they dont try to hide anything I am fully satisfied with the work they did on my suburban and will certainly be a repeat customer.
