Forget about trying to return anything! I bought a blade belt for my lawnmower there. It broke before I could make two laps. Not only would they not exchange the belt for a new one but they wouldn't even discount it. Plus they called me a liar, saying that it wasn't the same belt. CROOKS!
Sarah the manager is awesome and so is the rest of the staff! We come in with a bunch of weird boat, heavy equipment and big trucks needs and they are SO helpful. The best place to go for hydraulic hoses and fittings. Offer good sales on filters and oil from time to time too!!
Great store had exactly what I needed, they even gave me a discount which were great, even though Auto zone price were way lot cheaper like $30 dollars cheaper but I really didn't want to drive to Morehead so I took it. Would have giving a five star but the guy who were helping me had an attitude and were kinda rude so I myself can't help by telling a lie. The store have great stuff but not a friendly place to visit at all!
predictable. A problem with my truck and it was icy and snowy. They check the code and did some research that led us to the part I needed. They were spot on. Very helpful.
They had answers to all the questions I asked. Great customer service. Phillip helped me out and he even gave suggestions for a diagnostic problem I couldn't figure out.
Often times feel like I’m bothering someone when I ask a question. Rarely do they have what I need. It takes many years to attain excellence behind the parts counter, and I don’t think the young girls who typically staff the Beaufort store have any interest in doing so. If you want to get filled in on the town gossip, and overpay for electric parts and accessories, stop in.
If you want excellent service, and a well-stocked store, go to the MHC store.
Satisfies minimum requirements as an auto parts store.
I’d score up if the employees cared more. I’d score down if it wasn’t always so clean.

I work on motors and vehicles, and this place always has the parts I need, and if they don't have it in stock, they can typically have it the next business day. Fair prices, friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for vehicle parts and tools.
