I just called to try to get information on their parts inventory. A very grumpy woman answered, with men basically, talking extremely loud. I asked could she hear me she said no and hung up. I called back and this time I asked her if she could hear me, and in just an ugly voice she said "WHAT DO YOU WANT", I said nothing thanks and hung up. I don't care if they have discounted gold, don't deal with people that don't treat a customer with any respect, it is an indication of how they will handle any issue that goes wrong.
Their the most friendly kindest people they will help you find the part's that you are needing they are the nicest politest people that anyone could ever meet I will highly recommend anyone who is needing used part's to check with or go by see W&W Auto Salvage
W&W has Vintage parts you can't find anywhere else along with updated modern car and truck Parts as well. And of course Big Mike and his lady has got absolute respect and the upmost manners that I have ever seen in this line of business. along with patients why you explain what kind of Parts you're needing or what's wrong with your car. These folks definitely go out of their way trying to help you resolve your problems that you're having along with being prompt about finding what you need. And they do offer mechanic work as well. All around good folks to deal with and just to talk to they would give you the shirt off their back to help you.
The owner is very knowledgeable, and reasonable, had everything i needed, and by far the best prices I've had in any used parts yard. They also work on cars as well.
I wanted to take the time to highly recommend W & W Salvage to anyone that's in need of an auto part(s)! This business took the time to "tear down" our tire from a defective wheel we had and they most certainly didn't have to. They are not a tire shop but they helped us when no other businesses were open to do so. Oh, and they wouldn't accept any pay we offered them to do so. The owner (Mike) even went further to recommend someone in the area that was knowledgeable and experienced enough to repair our wheel to "like new". Mike was a life saver...even though he didn't have a good used wheel I could replace mine with (which was the original reason I even called them) he went so far as to offer someone near him that could help us! This saved us hundreds of dollars and we can't express to him how much we appreciated it. So if we or anyone we know needs a used automotive part for anything, you better believe we'll call Mike first to see if he has it on hand. We'll also recommend their business to all of our friends and strangers we run across that are in need of any used auto part. Our world needs more people like Mike and his wife to run honest businesses like the good old days. Thanks Mike for helping us out!

I've used this business on several occasions. They always have what I need. If they don't have what I need they go above and beyond to help me locate my part. They have excellent customer service. Renee that runs the office is always so polite and professional. You couldn't ask for a nicer person. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for automotive parts.
