I called about getting a jack for my car because it is missing it and they just said they don't know whether they have one or not because everything is just thrown around
Absolutely terrible, I paid $40 for an alternator that did not work, I then had to order a brand new one for $267 that fixed my car, so 2 days later when my car was fixed, it being my only ride as well, I came to return the alternator I bought from them and he refused to give my money back. I’m a single mom struggling as is. Could’ve really used that $40 back. Shame on yall.
these T & T guys really went out of their way to help us out. we barely got pulled in, & four T & T guys were ready to listen & be there for us. even though they didn't have the part we needed, everyone there went out of their way to try hard for us. I recommend these guys any day. thanks again for trying so hard for us & staying genuine the entire time. you guys really do rock.
Spoke to two gentlemen inside the office I assumed they were the owners extremely knowledgeable and about automobiles and general I recommend this Savage place highly on my list you will more than likely be doing your self a favor if you ever want to need a automobile parts from these guys, and I am not just whistling Dixie
I have a shop nearby, every time I get on the phone with these people they are too lazy to look for the parts. I give them the exact model and year for the car and they always seem to not know if they have it. Schrone is a way better place for parts. I drive a lot further but the service is way better. Very poor customer service.
Best part you find there is the good hearted down homed people that f looks out for you no matter who you are they have always been good to me n I have seen them help people out when they need most
Great place to get body parts!! I have a Camaro (which is my BABY) Someone hit my passenger side and the insurance company called it a total financial loss. Went down to t&t found a perfect match to mine for a door and got a real good deal in it! @nd they had baby kittens
I’ve done business with them before and they were great and here I am again needing parts for a car that’s rare and they have one which i tried to find part in a 500 mile radius
Very rude. Do not deal with them unless you want to be treated disrespectfully. I would not give them even one star but it won’t allow me to select less. I never give reviews, but I do not want anyone to encounter the same rudeness and disrespect I did with them.
I went to look for a new control panel for the window switches and door lock. As well as a window motor if changing the panel didn't work. They had the parts I needed, and to top it off removed the old window motor and installed the new one for me as well as checked and changed a couple fuses that pertained to my issue. I left with my issues completely resolved.
It's a great place, the guys are a big help and they know what they are doing so if you all need to know anything just hope to good people and ask them they help you
I bought an engine from them, asked them to start said engine to ensure it did not smoke however they did not before removing the engine otherwise I would not be in the situation I'm in. I noticed it had a leak but I fixed that before installing. As soon as I started the engine in my vehicle it smoked horribly, I replaced the pcv valve and that did not help, replaced the valve cover set and spark plug tube seals and that did not help. Had my local mechanic do a leak down and sure enough the engine is just worn slap out. They have a no refund policy and they do not have another engine that fits my application. The engine currently uses 1 quart of oil every 100-120 miles. No need to change the oil, the car does it on it's own.
Outside of body parts, I won't buy anything else.
