This was my first time to the Hudson location. I have always went to the Hickory store to purchase my batteries, but they are closed. Very efficient and excellent customer service. The only thing I would do differently, as a business , is to install felt washers and lube. Thank you for the excellent customer service and taking the time to explain things in detail.

Is anybody needs a battery that is the place to go best prices in the county

Very disappointed have purchased batteries here for years I have purchased six in the last six months no trouble until now. Have a six year battery with 30 months free replacement. It’s in the free replacement time. And they will not replace it. They have had my battery for two days now and have not even checked it out. In the meantime, I’m not able to drive my vehicle, I will not buy any more batteries here

Having some battery issues, stopped bye today, 1-7-22 they checked the battery for me and gave me an adjustment on my battery, because it happened to be an interstate battery, sold me a new battery. Great friendly staff, Super job guys. Very pleased..
