Trey brought my Hyundai SUV to Bakers Tires this evening. I am impressed with this young man. He took great care Loading my car up onto the flatbed then transporting it over to my mechanic in Hudson. Really nice young man. I was very impressed Y’all have a gem with Trey as one of the young men working for you. Thanks Trey for making my night a bit better with your warm personality.
Trey came out to pick up my vehicle after a call to AAA. He was patient with having to move and remove my car several times to get it positioned safely on the tow truck. He was helpful and informative. I have rarely had a towing experience where I didn’t feel uncomfortable with the tow truck driver but this guy was amazing!
they are awesome. They come out and picked up my Vehicle in Lenoir Late at night fixed it and I was driving it when I got out of work the next day so happy and would definitely recommend

My wife placed a towing request with AAA and they sent out “Trey” (hope l got his name right) who towed our KIA from Hickory to D&S Automotive in Hudson. Very promp and showed up right on time. Trey was very safety conscious and did everything “by the book.” Very impressed!!!
Called Fisher's on a Sunday afternoon, the receptionist (i wish I could remember her name) answered my call promptly, she was very nice, efficient and professional. Terry, a true car guy was GREAT, navigating a very rough and narrow steep single lane 1/2 mile cove road with ease. Loaded my ole car and delivered quickly and safely.
These guys are the BEST! Great work and very fair pricing. They go above and beyond to make sure things are fixed properly. The little extra touches were very unexpected and very appreciated. They will be handling all of our vehicles from now on.
Very reputable towing and body shop. Based on prior great experience we brought my truck in for a suspected transmission issue. They got to it right away. They determined it was a sensor. They replaced that and it runs great
I had them do alot of front end work on my car. I was happy about that part. I told the guy at the front desk, I would like for them to check the alignment on my car since they had to do over $1,200 repairs. When I came back and picked my car up he said the alignment was fine. I believed him that was the worst mistake. I drove my car for week our more, in that time it made squealing noise when I turned the tires. I didn't think much of it because of all of the repairs that was done. Needless to say it cost me two brand new tires because of they didn't do something I asked him to do. Sometimes you should listen to the customer.
Update 3/11/24: Bradley came out and was awesome, went far beyond expectations for services provided and made sure I was squared away before leaving. Fantastic experience with multiple different employees over a long period of time now. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Original Review: Had AAA connect me with a tow truck driver named Fred who was awesome. Needed him twice and he was quick to get there and maintained good communication letting me know what to expect. Highly recommend
What a joke lol. AAA should drop them. Called roadside assistance Fishers said they can't put my gmc 3500 truck on their rollback... Funny 2 years ago they had the exact truck on their rollback. Thanks for nothing. Little bitty smart cars only for Fisher!
They are fine if you just need your car towed. They talked us into letting their mechanic check out our truck and billed us for several repairs, when my husband started trying to repair truck hisself he could tell they had not changed anything that they charged for. So be weary.
My first time ever calling AAA for towing, and was very pleased to have Fisher's respond. Jeff arrived quickly, put me at ease, and was a competent, professional, friendly guy. The day could have been a lot worse. Thanks!!
Terry was amazing so polite and professional, definitely helped make the best of having my car towed, in the pouring rain I might add! He definitely is one of the kindest people I’ve ran into in a very long while!

I had to call AAA for battery charging today. The gentleman called immediately from Fisher Towing and said he would arrive in 15-20 mins. He did and discovered a loose positive battery clamp, Plus a dead cell in the battery. He was kind, efficient and my battery was charged very quickly. He was also correct about both things he mentioned. Needed a new battery and had to replace the loose positve battery clamp.
I was most pleased to discover this company and its representative.
They are the AAA contract providers for the greater Hickory area. So if you call AAA, Fisher's is going to get the call and take care of you. I got Bradley twice by calling AAA due to a bad battery that AAA had put in 2 years into a 3 year warranty. When the battery went bad within 3 days, Bradley came out again and simply replaced the battery. He would have done this the first time but a call to AAA didn't provide him with the info. So the 2nd time he came out he knew just to change it.
I like the fact that Bradley just took the initiative to fix the problem.
I'll always think highly of Bradley and Fishers!
Had an excellent experience with towing driver Bradley (we hope we got his name right, the receipt showed driver #71 and truck #14) who towed our classic car yesterday. He was so careful, polite, funny and professional, and treated us like friends. Towing is always nerve-wracking and he put us right at ease with his competence. We will always use Fisher's Towing now because of our good experience with him, whether or not we have AAA. He is an asset to your company! Stay safe Bradley.
My tow truck driver Terry, was the nicest individual I have ever met. Before proceeding with towing my car, he asked me what was wrong with it, looked under the hood and solved the issue within 5 minutes. Saved me a tow, my time and my money! Definitely gained a customer for life. I will tell everyone I know to use this business! Thank you Terry, I hope life treats you well, and thank you Fisher’s Towing for having such great employees!
By far the best experience I’ve had at any shop. Felt at home , the tech took his time and I could tell he cared about his job and making sure my Jeep was safe to drive before I left. Every problem I had with my Jeep was fixed and I feel like I’m driving a new one. Would definitely recommend!
They get to u fast. As soon as you call them. Terry has outstanding customer service. I was sick from stress. He made me laugh and that helped a stressful situation. I ended up calling them to do another tow to the mechanic. They do a great job.

I had to call them today to get a receipt for my 2nd tow. Amanda went out of her way to help me. She really went the extra mile for me. I really like the way they do business. I highly recommend them to anyone.
My car broke down this evening and required towing. AAA sent out Fisher’s and I was beyond happy with the service that was provided. I have had a few instances like this with this vehicle that have required towing. I have never once had someone call me once the vehicle is dropped off and verify everything was locked and keys were in the Dropbox. Highly recommend using this team.
Really amazing customer service. Fisher's is the main reason I keep my AAA membership. On my last call I let the driver know I was disabled and he went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go and roadworthy again. Can't speak to any part of their business except their roadside service, but that is a quality operation.
Placed a call to AAA. They told me it would take almost two hours. Bradley called me with in 5 mins of my call to AAA. He met me in 15 mins, loaded my suburban with ease, delivered it to the dealership, gave them my contact information, called me to let me know it had been delivered and whom he left my information with. Very pleased with the service and level of professionalism Bradley delivered today. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed. Thank you greatly Bradley.
AAA sent out this towing service. I just arrived back home at this very early am after meeting their tow truck driver Stephanie, who picked up one of my cars that I had left at a gas station after it had shut down earlier that night. She arrived within about 30 minutes of my request for the tow. She was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although it was NOT a pleasure to have the car quit on me, it WAS a pleasure to have dealt with Stephanie of Fisher’s Towing!
I highly recommend this towing company! I cannot say enough nice things about Stephanie, my tow truck driver. She arrived in about 30 minutes, and was extremely helpful and even educated me on what was wrong with my car. If you are having car problems, call Fisher's!
We had to use their services to get towed after a minor car accident They provided excellent service in bad road conditions and went above and beyond making sure everyone was taken care of. I had to make several follow up phones btw. dealing with AAA and insurance and they were knowledgeable and very helpful in a difficult situation. I would highly recommend this company.
