If I was able to give no stars I would.i got a Honda from here and when I had my Lil grandbaby and her mama in The car the whole axle broke in half!!! They said if I would have been going any faster we would have flipped!!!! If u value your safety don't go here!!!!!
All they sell is lemons. I know a few people who have purchased vehicles my girlfriend’s mom included! She has the car a few weeks then the doors wouldn’t open and she was having to climb in and out of the window and sunroof and left her broke down in the side of the road several times.
YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE CRIMINALS. RUN. My Lady has had her vehicle 3 weeks. Car won't start, and the hood latch is broken, so there's no way to open the hood for a jump.(By the way. It rattles at highway speed) This is after they switched the last vehicle out, that was worthless. If you VALUE YOUR SAFETY, DO NOT do business with this establishment. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!! They sold my brother a 2020 Toyota Scion. They said it needed a sensor and then it'd be ready to go, in good shape with minor problems. We picked it up and my brother drove it about 140 miles the next day. The car broke down and he was left stranded sleeping in the car overnight in the cold. I had to go pick him up the next morning, and we had to leave the car on the side of the highway. He called them and they towed the car back to their dealership and told him they'd check it out and let him know what's going on with the car because they had no idea!!! In the meantime we got a report on the car showing it was wrecked and they bought it at auction for $700 and "repaired" it for $4500, but they sold it to my brother for $12,000. He called them again and they said they're not going to repair the car because it'd cost more than the car is worth....but they sold it to him right!!!! They said they had another Scion coming in and they could rewrite his loan to buy that car, but it was newer with less miles, so it was going to cost more. He called every day to check on it, and yesterday the girl on the phone told him it'd come in and it was so nice, leather interior, and then someone in the background started yelling "no, no". He called back this morning and another girl answered and told him they never got the car in so it's not there....which implies they sold the car to someone else. So right now they're asking the manager IF my brother can be refunded the $1200 cash for the broke down Scion sitting at their dealership, which does not run and they are not going to repair. They think because NC doesn't have a lemon law in used cars that they're safe and can steal people's money, but there are other laws that can resolve this - y'all look at Breach of Contract laws and Fraud laws. If they have stated the car is in good condition with only some minor flaws, and then it costs more to be fixed than the cars worth, that's against the law.
So don't buy a car from these dishonest and immoral people.

Thry sold me a car yesterday, and by the time i got home, the tire almost exploded because although they said it had a salvaged title, but they didnt tell me that the car had a broken axle. Its evident the way the tire is leaning in which wasnt like that when i was test driving it. I havent even enjoyed the car a full 5 hours, but im expected to pay 12,000 for something that didnt even lasted a day. The payments are 120 a week on 07 honda civic. Plus 200 a month for insurance. Now im expected to keep up with the payments, although i barely even made it home the same day in the car, and some how manage to keep the car fixed. If i could have afford all thay, i could have definetly afford to go to a reputable dealership that offers warrantie, and gap insurance. They take advantage of the people with poor credit, or just cant afford a reputable dealership. They will overcharge you for a car that they just put a band aid on. For example the 07 honda civic with 152,000 miles on it they charged me 12,000 and like i said earlier didnt last 6 hours. I definetly felt like i been taken advantage of, because they pretty much sold me a death trap.
The good: Lower down payment than a lot of other places.
The bad: Oh where do I start..... they sell JUNK, I bought a 2008 Honda Civic. On my way home I realized it wasn't just how the car drove it had a HORRIBLY BAD wheel bearing, the exhaust is not hung right and bangs around back near the tail pipe, the driver side turn signal doesn't even have a bulb socket yet their so called "mechanics" (they are really just part changers) inspected it........ HOW missing a turn signal socket? The turn signals are suppose to work to pass inspection, so they are scamming the state inspection system and customers. The arm rest wouldn't stay down and I had to put a wide velcro strip on it so it would stay shut. Now theses are all things that should have been fixed BEFORE it was sold. I'll be returning this car before I have to much money into the payments and will NEVER even drive by their car lot again. They also didn't get my permanent license plate before it expired, they didn't even take the paperwork to DMV into it was expired and called them about it. Now on the registration paperwork there is a late fee on it that they are going to tack on to my payment schedule, you know because it's my fault that they had a month to do it and DIDN'T. I am completely disgusted with this place and I am going to end my association with them VERY SOON!!!! So good luck to the rest of the used car buying world that doesn't know about them yet!!!!
So I purchase a car $1,000 down and within not even 3 weeks they repo my car over $100 on the down payment that I had issues outside of my control that I couldn't pay when I was said I was able to pay them. So instead of working with me and valuing me as a customer they repo my car and tell me they're no longer going to finance it to me. So I just give them $1,000 for a car that I basically rented for 2 weeks. That's so wrong and unprofessional
I Love it!!!! The salespeople are awesome I highly recommend them I purchased a affordable car. Prices are excellent it won't hurt your wallet I give them 10 stars if I could.
I am a manual driver and this is the only dealer that have a variety of manual car to offer. The customer service here is also excellent. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.

No one has paid or asked for this review....asr is great to me for use cars bought an 09 civic si from them and have no major issues a few minor repairs to do but they are salvage titles and all this is discussed in the contract...they worked with me since day one very friendly and respectful only down is getting the tag for the car on time but they have stayed in contact the whole time with about and are currently working on solving the issue so overall great place and I will be back
I have never been to a car dealership that was as quick as they are as long as you got the requirements you are in and out within an hour with your vehicle I love this place and their customer service it's awesome I've never called there and they had an attitude even if my car payment is late or behind they've never had an attitude they work with you and the prices of their vehicles are very reasonable car payments are very reasonable so please anybody for any car needs you need to buy a car please give this place a try Mr Tommy has a pleasant attitude and so does Mrs Ashley

Had my car for over a year and not had any major issues and it still runs like the first day I got it. No issues getting the car was a quick deal I just had to show proof of insurance and they also worked with me on the down payment and gave me a week to pay the tax/tag/title. Down payment was pretty cheap and my payments are beyond affordable for a 2 year term. The mileage was kind a tad high but it’s a Honda and it has plenty of life in it. Work with you on payments as Long as you talk to them and Corey always tells me my balance left. Everything you pay is going to your car. I have recommended plenty of people including my sister and they all have purchased a vehicle here and absolutely love and had no issues with their vehicles as well. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Ok so for starters understand I buy 5 cars a year for business... Never from the same place until now! I dealt with Corey, GM I think is his title. Despite them doing an extremely high volume of sales he took the time to listen to my goals over the phone. He promised me a smooth, minimal document transaction and thats what we got. We choose the car withing 2 mins, test drove for 5, added to commercial insurance within 3 mins, paperwork took 5. Had I not gotten super social with the guy I'd have been done in under 20 mins! THEIR WAITING ROOM IS SUPER COMFORTABLE despite me not having time to really enjoy it. These cars are really good quality. Some salvage rebuilt titles, but the show you the condition of the car before they bought and fixed it, THAT IS A FIRST! Mostly cosmetic, but more importantly they are not a "You bought it as is sale is final" type place, nor a "get evicted cause you must pay weekly" place. Do yourself a favor and shop here. Cars DO NOT LAST LONG ON THIS LOT, I promise you! AND THE KEY FOBS WORK
Corey went above and beyond when we bought our Scion and is standing behind he repairs made before the purchase. He ended up staying almost 2 hours past closing to make sure we could drive off with the car that night

They assumed I made a review about them when I did not so I'm here to tell you . they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! . they sell you over priced used cars that are only worth $900-$1000 for $10,000 !! They're cars WILL NOT last 2 years and dealing with them ive had weapons pulled out on me during repossession in front of my son ! And was also threatened by the owner Because "I made a bad review about him" these guys are trash . they will work with you only because they know they are ripping you off to the max .
How much did they pay you people to give this place positive reviews? This guy has quite the scam going on. 12 grand for a poorly rebuilt 14 yr old wrecked car. Must be a couple gallons of Bondo smeared down each side. Fish eyed paint, rear doors don't close correctly because of Bondo in the door jambs,computers flashed to pass inspection and keep the check engine light off long enough to sell. Then once they sell you a $1000 car for 12 grand they let you get it paid halfway off and even though you're current on payments they still repossess the car once they've made their money on it so they can resell it for 12 grand again. I personally know of 3 people that have gone through the same thing with these con artist. They sell junk that should've been junked 3 yrs ago. Buyer beware. Im contemplating doing a live video of a car that a family member bought there that I described above before it goes back because even though the payments are current they still want the car back. Somehow this place has a positive bbb rating. Just goes to show what you can achieve when you pay people off.
My daughter loves her RXS we bought today from ASR. Everyone there went above and beyond for us. Wonderful people. This is the second car we have bought from them. I will buy more. Thanks. (We live an hour away, if that tells you anything!)
Great experience getting a car from here. I have had 2 Cars from here and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The salesman was wonderful he wasn't pushy like most of them are and I really liked that. The down payments are definitely reasonable because there is not credit check or anything like that and payments on both my cars were reasonable as well!
Well its the place to go if you want a car. The rate isn't bad, yes they want a sum down. But they are taking a chance on most to all of their clients. I have bought 2 cars from here dealing with Corey. And I will buy more, great cars! Good people
