Warning Do not use this company-I called & was told one price by the owner, then 1 hour later, giving A higher price, by the same owner,this Business is managed like the towing scams you see on TV in Charlotte, NC. Does not belong in Cabarrus County!!! Update -I will post A copy of my receipt since the owner surprisedly “claims” I didn’t call his business
No one ever wants to go through the expense or the headache of having your car towed. But this towing company and team made it a lot less stressful. Super responsive, super quick, super professional, super affordable, and most of all super friendly! Thank you for making this as easy as possible for me!
Crooks they have people walking around in mechanic outfits acting like they are licensed mechanics! They do not know what they are doing, I was cheated out of $300! When I called I was told that was between me and the "mechanic" tyrone Beware of this place it was a nightmare my car was ruined and no one was willing to help there are lots of other options in the area and I suggest you choose one of those..........I'm very sure I have the right business I had to buy a new car behind this experience I'm very sure that Tyrone was wearing a AVG towing shirt and he took my car to AVG towing I have GPS on it you spoke with me on the phone so you know that I have the right business you guys be warned these people are liars and cost me a car…..when you have either 1 star or 5 makes it kind of obvious your having friends and family rate high…smh
I had to use these guys three times in one week. Each time they were quick and their prices are reasonable. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. They were easy to deal with and provided the receipts I needed for insurance. I hope I don’t need a tow again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to use this company!
I called AVG after I got home from work today. I was afraid that if I didn't get my old CJ towed, my landlord might do it for me. They were busy but offered to come later. After I explained my situation, they were there almost before I hung up. Jeff was the best. I really enjoyed talking with him. Nice, knowledgeable and safety conscious.Did a super job. AVG will be my go-to guys from now on. Thanks guys!! Forgot to mention , the price was much better than I expected. Thanks!
Hey guys wanted to give them 5 stars because Jeff went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with our car. And the guy whom took the payment. Very nice funny down to earth guy. But can't remember his name. Surprised I remembered Jeff's name. But anyways thank you guys for not charging me over 100 for a tow not even .8 miles from where we were. Very good pricing. Will recommend to everyone.
Adrian helped us after an unfortunate incident with two popped tires on the side of a very busy highway. AAA and our other roadside assistance options were hours away at a minimum. He was very kind, patient and worked quickly to get our car where it needed to go at a fair price. We are so grateful he found us, and will absolutely use AVG again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE FOR INSURANCE. Towed my car to mechanic. No issue with tow, however, I need receipt for insurance. I have called and emailed numerous times over the past few months and have not been provided with an invoice or receipt that I can submit for reimbursement.
Don't think it's fair that yall towing people cars and people still paring ingredients in the white lines Don't know what time yall be coming through the Apartments complexs but unfortunately my car was towed people still parking in the white lines
Had to get my Mercedes towed to the dealership. Communication was great from the first time I got I touch with them. Driver was on time and was great! Definitely will recommend them!
Car was towed without being tagged in my neighborhood. I have been parking in the exact same spot since Aug 30th 2022 and no issues as the Manager knew it was me and had no issues.
Talked to my attorney and it is illegal. The owner tried to out talk me and lied on my Complex Manager. He is a very rude and inconsiderate person. I really hope he actually becomes more humane and stops talking like an "ego filled manchild." Now "COUNTRY" when he brought my vehicle back was as sweet and kindhearted as can be. I only pray he finds a better employer Country is way too kind to be around that kind of energetic madness! He deserves a place with real integrity and not running on their high horse.He just better pray that no damage has happened to my vehicle as I am currently getting it checked out and he will be sued.

The owner of the company is just one of the most fantastic people to speak with and to do business with. Super great service. All of his drivers are top notch professionals.
We had to use this towing company and they arrived within 5 minutes. I know Concord is local but that was still extremely fast. My fiance has a Camaro and the driver was amazing at getting the car out of the parking garage carefully especially since the car is so low to the ground. Our driver was awesome!! No one wants to use a towing company but if you have to it's awesome to have someone professional and reliable.

Let me tell you, these guys are class-act professionals. "Country" was the driver that towed my trans am, and he showed that he has the skill to take care of your car and get it moved where you need it. Reasonably priced as well.
Our car was taken illegally and the Cabbarrus Sherriff used this company to tow our car. We went to retrieve our car from the company. First we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to meet us at the shop. Then our bill for 3 days was $450 which included a tow fee, a labor fee (for pulling out of a ditch--we were not provided with proof that that was necessary) also a gate fee and an additional charge to use a card. I respectfully asked for details about the charges and was told "we charge what we charge". My husband defended me and there was a heated argument. At this point we were told we could not use a card and would have to pay in cash. We left to get the required cash and when we returned the attitude of the driver was just as abusive as before. He used foul language, raised his voice and threatened us. Once we paid and received our keys my husband went to move the car. The driver stated that we would not take our vehicle that day. He ran to get in the "gate" which is actually a van and tried to block us from taking our car from the lot. There was a crash and then the police had to be called. This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company in my opinion and this driver should not be allowed to interact with customers!!
I called and requested a tow. In less than 30 minutes I had a gentleman on site to pick up my car. Smooth process, no complaints. BTW, this business is under new ownership, no longer Mike’s Wrecker Service.
I have had them tow from work and days later to a repair shop. They are very Professional about their work. Very kind and helpful drivers . The driver That help me answered all my questions each time. I will call on them from now on. Very good towing company.
My daughter bought a car from Mike and he charged her so much more than it was worth to begin with and then it lasted a month and a half. She is 21 years old and he took advantage of her. He said he'd put a transmission in it for twice the amount of what that was worth too. Big favor after selling a car that the transmission was going out when he sold it to her. The power steering and the water pump was going out too per their mechanic. The guys in the back are wonderful. But I'd NEVER recommend this place to anyone. He claims to "check the cars out" first but if he had, he would've seen the massive transmission leak. He could have known about it and sold it to her anyway. I'm going to tell anyone who will listen about what he did to my daughter just starting out on her own. He should've treated my daughter the way he wants his to be treated one day. Now my daughter has a loan payment and no car. Shame on you Mike.
