Quite a surprisingly pleasant experience at this particular Copart location. The front end staff were very kind but I want to give a shout out to "Charlie the Loader", he was super helpful in getting the car started for me and went above and beyond in his customer service!

I only give 3 stars because the ladies from the office!! But I could give 0 or 1 star because the service of CJ the forklift guy, he is so rude and really don’t have idea of what he is doing
If I could give zero stars I would. This company removed everything from the inside of my truck and tossed it into the bed of my truck that is not waterproof and ruined my wedding invatations, work flyers and more.
They originally told me to file a claim with my insurance so I did that and this company turned around and said they were not liable for items that they destroyed. I would NOT use them. All of these items were inside of my cab and throw into the bed with zero care. It's not a ton of money but principal that matters.
I didn't clean out my truck prior to it being picked up as it was pouring down rain and I has just gotten tboned so I was a bit disoriented.
Employees go above and beyond to help transporters get in and out in a safe and timely manner. Customer service is excellent. Keep up the good work and thank you
I would give it a zero if I could. They treated my car like garbage and then it was deemed not a total loss. After the damage was fixed, we then had to deal with the Damage Done by Copart. An ongoing battle and they refused to pay all the fees involved even though they admitted fault in causing the damage in question. No one would talk me except an assistant manager and she had no authority to make any decisions. It was an awful awful experience and I would say do not go near this company if you can help it.
Always a great experience at this location! The staff is great, picking up a car is a seamless experience. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, including loading my truck. I've only been here twice now, but I'll certainly be coming back!
