It's a good place very friendly people although if anything I kind of wish they had better labels and signs to know where to drop off the scraps we need to drop them off someone had to direct me to go to their back of their place or place to drop off their scrap I was there at 1st but I didn't know if I was supposed to go in or not when I entered through the cars and stuff it looked more official
Closed early and rushed me out. Jerked me on money as well. Bad customer service skills by the owners wife or girlfriend. Tried talking to her and she told me to speak to her employee who openly admitted she was just dismissing me cause she was in a rush. I'm a supervisor for a business and would never treat customers in this manner. Horrible experience, strongly recommend going elsewhere....
Love this place the guys treat me well. A lot of times we omen will be shorted. Not here they treat everyone very kind. Good prices too. Best place to scrap in Concord!
