I received exceptional service from Brandon at LeBleu's Towing. He was polite, professional, and went above and beyond. When we arrived, he even tried to air up my tire, and that is when he located the problem: a huge bolt stuck in the wheel well frame that was damaging the tire (see photos). I’m very grateful for his help. I will definitely recommend them and call back if I ever need assistance again!
LEBLEUS TOWING is hands down the best company around. We had to have a tow last night 11/9/25 in DT K-Town. KPD is cracking down on the wrong non important things but hey, at least we know who to contact. Quick Response Time, VERY Reasonable Rates, and Friendly/Understandable Driver.

This service attempted to price gouge me. Highway trooper offered to call this company for me during a tire blowout. Officer mentioned nothing about additional charges based upon him being the one that made the call. Service rep arrived a quoted an enormous price of 325.00 for a tow less than 10 miles. I was never told by the officer or this company of the price before thier arrival. I declined the tow and called justow company for only 100 and they were there in less than 20 minutes! I

This towing service towed my brothers car when he died in a car accident. Within 30 days of the incident I found that they were selling parts off his car on Facebook marketplace. I contacted the owner and he used foul and demeaning language towards me on the telephone when I brought to his attention that the car and accident were still under investigation, and , that any and all parts to the car should not be tampered with under North Carolina law. When I came to pick up the car I came with the police and the owners wife demanded cash, $3600.00 to be exact. Then the highway patrol stepped in and informed the towing service that the maximum amount for towing and storage could only be $1200.00 After I paid the $1200.00 cash they then told me it was going to cost an additional $800.00 to put the car on my trailer. I refused and after an hour and a half of dispute the owner decided at the suggestion of the state trooper to load the car with the skid steer they had on site. 10 minutes later I was towing my brothers car to the crusher to make a public art sculpture. I would highly recommend against using this towing service due to my experience, and I hope that this information helps someone else in their decision not to be taken advantage of by this company .
I enjoy making positive reviews out of a situation that just messes up my plans....why not make another person's day shine. I would like to shout out to Matt who came and helped me and my son by towing my vehicle. My tire was blown out on the highway and this altered a good day to having altered plans. But Matt was very nice,patient, and held good conversation when giving us a lift home. If I need any towing service I will definitely utilize this company!!! I have used Jeremy and crew on more then 1 occasion, this last time I was literally stranded on the side of a major highway alone not only did they have a driver out extremely fast but also took me personally to a safe location having a young driver and a upcoming driver in my family I wouldn't trust any other company

I’ve used this company more times then I can count with my heavy duty trucks they are always on time or show up before hand. I’ve never had problems out them towing my trucks.
