This towing service towed my brothers car when he died in a car accident. Within 30 days of the incident I found that they were selling parts off his car on Facebook marketplace. I contacted the owner and he used foul and demeaning language towards me on the telephone when I brought to his attention that the car and accident were still under investigation, and , that any and all parts to the car should not be tampered with under North Carolina law. When I came to pick up the car I came with the police and the owners wife demanded cash, $3600.00 to be exact. Then the highway patrol stepped in and informed the towing service that the maximum amount for towing and storage could only be $1200.00 After I paid the $1200.00 cash they then told me it was going to cost an additional $800.00 to put the car on my trailer. I refused and after an hour and a half of dispute the owner decided at the suggestion of the state trooper to load the car with the skid steer they had on site. 10 minutes later I was towing my brothers car to the crusher to make a public art sculpture. I would highly recommend against using this towing service due to my experience, and I hope that this information helps someone else in their decision not to be taken advantage of by this company .
I enjoy making positive reviews out of a situation that just messes up my plans....why not make another person's day shine. I would like to shout out to Matt who came and helped me and my son by towing my vehicle. My tire was blown out on the highway and this altered a good day to having altered plans. But Matt was very nice,patient, and held good conversation when giving us a lift home. If I need any towing service I will definitely utilize this company!!! I have used Jeremy and crew on more then 1 occasion, this last time I was literally stranded on the side of a major highway alone not only did they have a driver out extremely fast but also took me personally to a safe location having a young driver and a upcoming driver in my family I wouldn't trust any other company
