Ok. Guy comes out every time to watch us and today got angry with my husband and accused us of ALWAYS throwing out hangers every time we come and he has to climb in and take them out, when it was our first time bringing hangers. We assumed we could recycle plastic hangers.... My husband apologized and told him we have never recycled hangers before and he ignored him and huffed away. Half the time, we can't recycle jars, the other half, we can. We're finding another recycle establishment bc our apartment doesn't offer recycling and he made us feel like children being scolded. Please be kinder to the community just wanting to do right and making 1 honest mistake.
Proud of my county for maintaining such a clean and convenient facility. And today, the gentleman who was your customer service representative was so very courteous and helpful!
