My husband and I were a bad wreck last Saturday. We are new to NC and very confused. David K was the drive that picked up our truck and he was SO kind and caring. Couple days after I went in to the yard to release my truck to the insurance and everyone in there was very nice and knowledgeable about the process. While we were out there David K came over to check on us. Coming from CO where if our truck was left in a yard there would be nothing left it was a nice change to see all our stuff in there untouched. Thank you H&H and David K.
I am from another Towing company in North Alabama. I had to pick up a vehicle here. Rarely have I ever met Towing employees with such a positive attitude. The owner is lucky to have them. They bragged on their boss also.
If your car ever gets towed here, be sure to have insurance on everything or proof of everything you own in there. They stole all my quarters in my coin holder and took 2 of my Rockford Fosgate amplifiers. How very unprofessional, now I have to deal with that! I paid $1700 to get the car back too!
my husband and I were in a terrible car accident last Saturday and H&H Towing was the towing company assigned to tow my vehicle. The tow truck driver (Alex) that arrived was so kind, thoughtful, and hopeful - really gave us the support we needed during a very hard time in our lives. That same night, we had to access the car, and upon calling H&H, a helpful woman answered the phone and allowed us to go to the yard to get what we needed. When we returned on Monday to clear out the car, Scott helped us and he was very kind and supportive! Honestly, really appreciate y'all for your warmth and kindness!

A huge shoutout to Tracy—an absolutely amazing mechanic—who got my Freightliner back up and running better than when I first bought her! Our car broke down on a very busy road on a Saturday evening, and we were unable to get it totally off the road. Had no idea who to call, and so thankful we called this company! The lady who answered was very kind and seemed to be concerned for our safety and our situation. She told us someone would be there in 20 minutes and exactly 20 minutes later, there they were! They even sit there for a minute until our UBER showed up to pick up the other five of is. This company are very kind, professional, and personable folks. We feel the price was reasonable too! Thank you H and H! I’d highly recommend you to everyone!
