Great company! I had to get my car towed and they were able to come get it and drop it off in a timely manner! The guy who picked it up was very nice and handled my car safely! I definitely recommend these guys! Working in the rain and handling my car safely even as he had to stop in the middle of the road to unhaul my car.
Gatton's Towing was very responsive when we needed them on a Friday night. Brian assisted with getting Patrick (Tow Truck operator) to our location. Patrick was very thorough in taking care of our vehicle. Highly recommend Gatton's Towing if you are in need of a towing service.
The handling crew on the phone was fine, the lady was easy to talk to. But the guy that came brought the car was angry and agitated throwing stuff around, we gave clear instructions where to unload the car ahead of time, but he had no regards did not even care. dumped the car, gave no paperwork nothing just took off and scrammed, Very disrespectful interaction, when he was unloading the car had no regards to the car, dropped it in the middle of the drive blocking in the other cars. Car was promised to be delivered within the day, they delivered within 5 days.
All good things. The owner is a good person who went to bat for my family went it felt like we had no one on our side. If I’m ever here again and need a tow I know who to call.

I looked through the pictures before calling them to transport my 35 ford, and I'm glad to say they did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use them again and definitely recommend them!

We had an unusual experience. I called AAA because I got my truck stuck in the backyard because of the rain in Concord. They came out and looked at the situation and said there’s nothing we can do about it. You’ll have to call somebody else so we called one tow truck person but they weren’t able to come out so then we got the name of Gatton Towing. Terry came out, he looked at the situation, backed his truck down there hooked up his winch to the truck and pulled it right out. We were sitting there for three hours trying to get someone to come and help us and Terry came to the rescue. Thank you so much, Terry. MaryB and BeccaB

Operator was rude and snappy. They gave me a ETA and arrived 3 hours later. The dispatcher very unprofessional cutting me off as I spoke and was inaccurate with the ETA. Terry the driver was nice and polite though
My Insurance Tow was scheduled for next day at 12:01p called that morning to verify with the receptionist she said I was clear. I got off work at 3p called to check and they never picked up my car! Rude receptionist didn’t even give me a call to let me know. Said she didn’t have any drivers got smart with me and canceled my tow! I wouldn’t walk my dog past this place . Rude & unprofessional.
Yesterday I drove my sisters car to work and accidentally locked the keys in there so I put in a service request with my insurance company to have it unlocked upon arrival the man Bryan was very unprofessional and nasty saying he couldn't get the keys out cause the car wasn't on my policy while I was on the phone with my insurance company saying they could I done did it before that's how I know they could also then he proceeded to say either you pay me 75 dollars or im out (bye) cause i wouldn't pay you a dollar with that attitude the other guy that was with him was very respectful my insurance company ended up sending another towing company to get my keys out for me im not saying I wouldn't use yall service again but that one particular mak i never want to encounter again
I am so thankful for Gatton’s Towing. I needed my vehicle at the shop and was not able to start it. Amanda went above and beyond and actually was able to get my vehicle picked up and delivered in the time frame I needed. Brian, the driver was super kind and professional and was able to get my van down my steep drive, hooked up, and out of here in no time. It’s a company that I would recommend to anyone I know, because when you are already stressed, you don’t need to be faced with long wait times and unprofessional companies like I have in the past. I had a few motorcycles that needed to get moved. Terry was awesome. I figured with 4 bikes, they'd send a trailer and we'd roll 'em on and strap 'em down. They brought a tilt truck. I was a bit worried watching my bikes tilt like 30*. Terry was awesome. Did it all by the book and all was safe and sound. If you can, ask for Terry by name. He's awesome. Thanks.
I Definately will use this towing service again. Bryan did a great job towing my sprinter van. Navigated a tight parking lot and got my vehicle to the final destination without any damage.

With all the rain we've been getting we slid off our driveway trying leave for work. Called another tow company first that said they were open 24 hours they did not answer. Called Gattons, they answered second ring at 5:30 in the morning and was here within the hour. And got us unstuck Within 30 minutes. Despite it still raining and being cold the driver was very professional and nice . Will definitely call them again when we need their services again.
