The staff is rude and not welcoming. Not very helpful. The staffs at their desk doesn't even want to get up to acknowledge/greet you but prefers to sit at their desk and yell across the counter to speak to customers (Big black lady in particular). Customer service skills need improvement and more training, along with professionalism. This place is a disappointment if you're a new member. I doubt that they will give a bottle of water/vest to premium members for visiting as advertised because they don't know their jobs roles/policy or procedures. Staff didn't even know how to use the coparts app/QR code to sign in visitors, what a shame. Just cancel your membership or visit different location.
I have been dealing with Copart for 10+ years, I have not come across auction management like Copart - Mocksville that does not value its customers relationship.
Worse place ever!!! Bought a vehicle listed as run and drive and tried starting after deliver oil came sputtering out the side of engine. Engine is shot!!!! They say no refund. Don’t recommend this place. I’m going to drop back the vehicle middle of their drive way!! Waste of time and money. Management doesn’t care or even show any type of consideration.
