Timely and professional from start to finish, have been a AAA member for a long time but after being quoted 5 hours I chose another route. Cardinal had my truck towed to their facility and fixed within the time AAA could even respond…. Great price, family owned, and trustworthy. Will be keeping these guys close for all my needs.
I broke down in Concord and had to get a tow home. So, I called a few places and Cardinal had the fastest response time during school traffic. The whole experience was smooth and the cost was very reasonable compared to other tow companies in the area. I'd highly recommend them for their speedy and friendly service.
Spoke to Jacob at Carolina Tow. Told him I need to get Truck towed to dealer. He said he would be out within 40 minutes. 30 minutes later Jacob showed up extremely friendly. Loaded up and gone in 15 minutes. Call these guys next time you need a tow!

First of all they were faster than everyone else. They quoted a much shorter time to come tow my car than every other company I called. Additionally they came well under their initial time estimation. Extremely professional. The only towing company who quoted me the fee upfront over the telephone. Can’t say enough good things about these people who quickly rescued me in my time of need.

Cardinal Towing made everything easy! We needed a car towed 185 miles from SC to Concord NC. They were friendly and scheduled it quickly. The tow truck driver was also friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services!
After calling 4 towing companies, some that didn’t answer & some who said it would be 2 hours, we called Cardinal and they had Jacob out in less than 30 mins( on a Sunday & a holiday weekend!!!) Would recommend Cardinal Towing to anyone! My car decided that it didn't want to run anymore while I was driving to work this morning. They came out quickly. Got me and my car back home. Service and price was great. Hopefully I won't need them too often but will definitely use them again if I ever need.

Cardinal Towing was above 5 stars for our experience! I hit a deer, was sitting on the Hwy for 2 hours before the Trooper came and Jacob was there in 1.5 hours. He never complained about the wait. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with a happy heart. Couldn't ask for better service!
