They let you know straight up what it is, give you good info and are willing to work with you if there’s any miscommunication inbetween. Overall I would recommend them; they’re nice and hearty.
Hours are M-T 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am-2pm Mr.Day perhaps if you would have been at the correct entrance someone may have been there where you were at hasn't been used as the entrance for over 20-years, and the email google shows is not the correct email address.
Great Place to get parts. The person working the counter was super friendly and helpful. The part I need had to be taken off the vehicle, and the removal of the part was done quickly and then loaded onto my trailer.
Been trying to call for over a week. Finally came down from Asheville to talk to some one in person. All gates are closed no notices, email is being returned as undeliverable, it 2pm on a friday.
Ordered a radio and USB media adapter from them. Sent the wrong media adapter but they were super quick to remedy the situation and sent me the right part. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I called them as I was driving to their business from out of state and they had the part waiting when I walked through the door. They helped install the part at zero charge. This is how you do if folks. I would give them a million stars if I could.
