So once again, Liberty Towing letting you guys know I do not use anyone else. I do not even attempt to call anyone else. Liberty Towing is the only toe service that I deal with. I am using them again today. They are here in a flash always good customer service love their guys love them. If you want good Fast, reliable tow service deal with Liberty not only that the price is right always thanks guys.
I'm sorry I didn't write this sooner! Dead battery that wouldn't charge after a trip to visit grandchildren. Two old folk stranded, tired, and worried. Enter Liberty Towing and Christy!! She did everything she could and more! She brought us home, brought our car to the dealership, made sure we were good. I don't mean to embarrass her, but she was our angel that night, and we will always be grateful!
Amazing experience, we got a flat and didn’t have what we needed to change it. We called for help they got to us in less than 30 minutes the man was so friendly and nice! He put our spare tire on and even made sure it was full of air. Great great experience!!! Highly recommend this business!! Thank you Russel !
This place and the man that owns it are absolutely phenomenal. We have AAA towing service and they refused to help us with what our policy was supposed to cover, and this company came out and not only towed our truck but also towed our camper, got us to a campground, made sure we were taken care of in such a kind manner. This was the only tow company anywhere near our location off I-40 that responded to us. Such a pleasure to do business with them I would recommend them to anyone for anything.

I work the night shift but I had gotten off early. When I went to leave I discovered I had a flat tire and of course i didnt have a spare I looked up 24hr towing companies because it was 3am. Liberty was the only one that answered. The driver was very nice he towed my car to a tire place and dropped me at a nearby hotel.
The tow price was very reasonable and if i ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling Liberty
Had a great experience with this company. My family was headed west bound I40 on a Friday evening around 10pm. I hit exit 100 for diesel, however the station didn’t sell diesel. I hopped back on I40 and didn’t make it to the next exit with a station. I called Liberty T&R and they promptly had someone out to help. Their fee was very reasonable and service was very friendly. Highly recommend!
My 4 Littles and I were passing through Morganton when my van broke down 3 hours from home. With only 5% of battery I sent my husband my location and called liberty. Not only did they tow my van to an amazing auto shop (McCabes) but the owner and volunteer fire and rescue squad took my kids and I to a safe spot to wait for my husband. Breaking down in a town I didn't know, without a phone or car was so scary. The owner of Liberty made us feel so safe. He had one of his guys come out and tow our van ON A SUNDAY and worked with our road side insurance. My husband and I thank you so much.
Broke down and they sent a wrecker out at 2am to save me!!! They were very fast and very reasonable price especially considering it was 2am Sunday! Very professional too!!

We were involved in an unfortunate accident just down the road from Liberty Towing. Our luck sure changed however when Kevin from Liberty showed up. We were from Pennsylvania with 2 dogs and stranded. Kevin took us back to his shop, helped us secure the last available car in all of NC, and then drove us all the way to Charlotte Airport to pick the car up. I can't mention his name without feeling deep gratitude. He went above and beyond his time and generosity to 2 strangers and 2 dogs.
Worst towing company!!! I’ve been waiting for over an hour after my arrival time!!!! Then the agents lie so bad I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours total. It’s 90+ degrees
