Price was very good communication was tough, customer service people are rude and short. Delivery went to the wrong place, core pickup went to the wrong place. I would buy again but some of the phone contacts aren't worth talking too.

Speedy's has been helpful in having many of my needed parts for my Hondas, Acuras and Toyotas. If they didn't have the parts, they would look up who had them. FYI, regardless of who has the parts ask cost of shipping, often cheaper that driving to the parts yard.
Found the parts that I needed and in pretty good shape. Love the way they have the vehicles set up to be able to pull parts off. All the staff that I came in contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were really good as well. Will come back if or when I need parts. Thanks
Called and it said the text I texted got a response for a different person a day later asked me how they could help me texted my request hours and hours later Got a response saying they couldn’t help.

I wanted a transmission for a vehicle but the one they had wouldn't work,but they were kind enough to let me know that .At least they were knowledgeable enough to tell me . I will be checking them out again when I need parts
Took forever for the parts to show, never offered to give partial refun for not delivering when stated or even call to say it would be longer delivery than the 2 day shipment I paid extra for.
I also ordered a part and returned it, but I never received a refund. They only told me that the part arrived broken, and I sent it back just as they had packaged it. I didn't open the box; they kept the part and never gave me a refund.
I had a terrible experience. I ordered a smog pump for my 1985 Chevy. Corvette they never got it the Post Office. I call several times they cuss me out on the phone and block my number while takeing money out my account They were very unprofessional.I'd advise anybody that's trying to do good business, Never to deal with speedy Useds parts unless you want to get scammed
They don't even get a star from me they are a straight up scam don't order nothing from them I'm also convinced they make their own reviews.I ordered an engine in December and haven't received anything they said it would be 8 days and I'll receive my engine it's almost February they stopped answering the phone and I'm also reporting them to the FBI almost $2000.00 loss I swear I wish I'd never called them. scam scam scam don't do it.
Purchased a wheel off their website, the image had a rim in good condition and the one that I ended up purchasing was not nearly in as good of condition. I was contacted and informed that pickup was ready and also informed of the less than stellar condition of the rim. Asked to cancel the pickup and for a refund and had email confirmation of a refund being issued not even 20 minutes later. Very reasonable and very professional
We purchased a 2016 Mitsubishi lancer motor 90k miles used on 11-15-2024 from Speedy's auto salvage. The motor is in and runs flawlessly. This company is great to work with probably one of the best I've ever dealt with. We paid a few days ahead, informed them we would pick up the motor in a few days on Friday. They are fantastic as it was ready and waiting for us that day. They clean the motors, and all the open radiator connections were plugged off with a cap. I also manually turned the crankshaft over with a long socket wrench and it felt pretty smooth no issues. They loaded it onto my pickup and help us secure it down to get it back home. The mechanic we used was thoroughly impressed with the motor and condition when he saw it. He installed the motor with new hoses, serpentine belt, radiator, plugs, oil and etc! This engine runs beautifully and should last for at least 100,000 plus miles with regular maintenance. We can't thank Speedy's enough for a reliable motor, great price, and the customer service we received from them. We will if needed in the future use them again and highly recommend them to any and all our friends. Thanks again for a great experience your awesome!
I had a bad experience with Speedys Used Parts..
I bought a transmission for a 2020 Ford Escape from the salesman Bill. The transmission was bad. I returned the transmission three days after the purchase and did not receive a refund. A lot of headache for nothing. Bill was very rude to me on the phone. I tried to speak to the manager Ben and the owner Chris, but I was unsuccessful. They did not call me back after waiting for a month. Be very careful before buying parts from them.
I am the owner of an automotive repair shop. Had a customer who's rear end went out in there Chevrolet S-10 truck. It was gonna be much cheaper to replace with a used unit, rather than a complete rebuiId. I contacted Speedys (whom I have purchased quite a few parts from since opening my business in 2014). They were able to find me a rear end for the vehicle. It had to be shipped and took about a week to receive. When the rear end arrived we did not pull the rear cover off at that time for inspection. We pulled the vehicle in to install the rear end. Removed the old rear end. Before installing the new/used rear end, the customer calls and wants to hold off on the repair. Reason being was, he had just purchased this used vehicle and the seller told him he would find him a rear end and install it for him. I told the customer there would probably be a restock fee on the rear end, but I would call and ask. I contacted Chris at Speedys, and told him the situation. His response was, sorry you should have gotten your money first and declined to take the item back. I responded okay. Contacted the customer and explained to him the issue. He said, just go ahead and install the used rear end. So we did. Got it installed, started to pull the cover off and immediately seen water coming out first. After the cover was off there was definitely and issue. Clumps of rust, and gunk. (See attached pictures). I contacted Chris and told him the problem. I offered to send him pictures, but he declined and hung up on me. They picked the rear differential up a couple days later. I contacted Chris two days after that to see about getting the money refunded to my credit card. He stated, that I could have used that rear end if I'd put in a little effort to clean it. Really? So you want me to clean it, knowing there has been water in this thing and send my customer down the road in it!!! That's not how I do business!!! In a matter matter of months (they offer 90 day warranty) this item could experience bearing problems due to all the rust and material in there, even though it would have been cleaned. I'm not willing to take that chance and have to explain to my customer why it needs all the bearings replaced 6 months down the road. (now it's on me and not Speedy's with there 90 day warranty.) Even after the call today he still refused to refund my money and has the rear end!! So now I'm having to file disputes with my credit card company and wait. I honestly cannot believe the rudeness and plain out disrespect for your customers. I would cautiously advise about purchasing anything from them. I attached pictures but they have not shown up.
