I was quoted one price and the driver overcharged me and pocketed the difference. Don't know his name but he has red hair and a red beard. Will never call them again due to this employees dishonesty. A company is only as good as the people who represent them.

We live in Pennsylvania and were on vacation at Ocean Isle Beach. Our ignition coil needed replaced and it was 3:30 Saturday afternoon( we were leaving Sunday to head home. I sent Reliable our address and by 5:45 Chris from Reliable had picked up the part and was putting it on! Chris was a very nice young man-polite & knew exactly what needed to be done. The price was more than reasonable!
Thank you Reliable! Without you we would have been stuck there until Monday!!

Was in nc about 3 week's ago vacation with family. The landrover we traveled in alternator goes out left us stranded in a parking lot. They towed the car to the shop and was able to get the part on Sunday and we was able to leave back to Tennessee that Monday. Good choice for any traveler that's there in a bind they do what they say they'll do with reasonable prices.

On Vacation with my children and started having an issue with our car on Saturday evening. We were due to check out of our Airbnb on Monday Morning. I started searching Google and found this place with great Google reviews. I started calling Sunday morning and even sent an email. At Midnight I still have not received any type of response. Even if they weren’t interested in working on my vehicle , a return call/email would have been nice since they advertise as 24/7 automotive repair

Traveled from up north to visit family around here, my tire was loosing air after driving from Myrtle beach to Ash. I ended up with a large rock embedded in my tire. After Nissan roadside never showed up, I called reliable towing early the next morning just based off the google reviews. They came out within 30min on that Saturday morning like they said they would, was able to plug my tire, and was more than reasonable with pricing. I am so thankful they were able to help and so quickly. My family local to Ash even took down their contact info.

My starter went out on my jeep and Chris came to pick up my jeep to transport back to the shop. Chris was extremely nice and did an excellent job. It is nice to work with someone pleasant and obviously loves his job. Great Job Chris. And great job to Reliable Towing for hiring great people

My alternator went out on a Saturday on the way to the beach. I dropped if off there on Sunday and was fixed Monday morning the repair was cheaper than he said it was gonna be. Very happy would recommend to any one

The man was really nice but they are way over priced. He pulled my Tahoe out of a ditch and towed it 13 miles to his shop on Sunday, I picked it up on Monday and he charged me $700.

In response to the company response-nice to know NC Highway Patrol is in cahoots with local businesses to commit highway robbery

They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time with a very reasonable price. He even got his family member to give me a ride to pick up my SUV when the job was done.I couldn’t have asked for any better! Thank you guys for your hard work

Had a loud engine noise with our RV the unexpectedly fixed itself. Took it over to the shop as a precaution. Talked with Chris for a little bit and had a better understanding of the potential problem. Felt safe to drive it home. Didn't charge us anything for his advice. Great, honest place. Highly recommend. We need more businesses like this in our world.
Friendly and attentive. Don't be scared off by the drive. The road has a turnaround for larger vehicles.

This company is incredible, had two tires on my boat trailer go out after 7pm today and had no idea what to do without a tire shop open. They helped me find two tires at tractor supply and then came and put them on after my wrench snapped on the rusty lug nuts. Incredible service for a great price

Was on vacation at Holden Beach, my fuel pump went out on my dually. I sent them a message at 6:30 am on Sunday July 4 weekend. Towed my truck and got it fixed in less than 24hrs. Definitely recommend!!!!!

I have used Reliable twice in the past two years and they are absolutely the best! After I called they were in almost constant contact to let me know their time of arrival and get information about where I wanted my vehicle delivered. They were prompt, very courteous and considerate of my troubles with the car. I highly recommend them! Prices are very reasonable and they are nice people!

This company has always treated me extremely well. It didn't matter what my issue was they were there to help and when I needed towed they we're there and made sure my car was secured until I was able to go clean it out.

This company is a LIFE SAVER! They handled my long distance tow at 1am when AAA couldn't not deliver anything. The quick and fast response of the driver was very much appreciated after waiting for a driver from AAA for over 5 hours! I could not have had a better experience dealing with Reliable Towing and their driver. Seriously do not hesitate to use them for your next tow if you should so need one. They are RELIABLE just as their name implies. 20 outta 10 would recommend!

The name of this company speaks for itself but is so much more than just reliable. I called the number listed and a John answered on the 2nd ring. I explained what was going on and he said "Don't worry, we'll get you taken care of". He did just that. The next morning a gentleman named Chris was at my house and had my car fixed and ready to go within an hour! He was very nice, polite and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. I truly could not have gotten any better service than what this company provided. Bravo! Thank you so much! Awesome and Honest!

When AAA had my husband waiting for 2 1/2 hours with no call backs until they finally said “we just can’t find anyone”! , I called called John at Reliable, who said he would be there in 20 minutes! True to his word he was there and got the car started. But most importantly he waited to be sure my husband was on the road and then called me to let me know he was on his way. John went beyond what most would do. I would recommend him without hesitation. Nov. 21,2022

We got a low tire alarm while starting our 8 hours trip back from NC to MD. This was at 6:30am on Saturday 7/30. Call Reliable Roadside Service and was able to drive the 3 miles to their home office. The owner came out and was able to find the screw in the tire and repaired it in 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable. If you have issues with a tire I woiuld call this company.

Let me tell you what…..if I could give them ten starts I would!!!! They saved me when AAA majorly let me down!!!! I’d always been on the side of the road for close to 2 1/2 hours when I decided to give John and Kaye a call…. Within 30 mins they picked me up, looked at my vehicle before we left the site…. Figured out my issue….. quoted me a great price…. Double checked to see if the issue created any other issues at the shop…. Had the part ordered and got me back on the road within an hour of getting to the shop….. the longest part of the wait was just waiting on Napa to deliver the part. I will always suggest them and they have my future business. They are a godly couple that reminded me there are still good people out there who care for their locals and I know I really appreciate them!!! If you need a tow or a mechanic give them a shot!!!!

Locked out of my car on our way home from the beach a couple of weeks ago! Found these guys and they were there faster than it took for the guy to get in my car- it was my car, not him! He never got flustered and it was HOT!
Would recommend them any day! He called while he exited behind us to tell me my brake light was out! Excellent service, price and experience! Thank you!!!!

My tire blew late at night, around 10pm, and I was really between a rock and a hard place. I called and they sent out a guy who then decided we should go back to their shop to see if they had a tire for me. I was about a minute or so away from their shop. He brought me back and I waited with his wife as he found a tire and went back to my car to see if I fit. While I wanted they were very accommodating and nice. It was the right tire and I got to finally go home and sleep around 11:30. They did an amazing job handling the situation and making me feel like I was being taken care of. Highly recommend.

John is an honest man doing honest work. He didn't overcharge and kept the price as low as he could. Those under his tutelage were polite and earnest. They informed us of problems and educated us on how we could deal with them ourselves to save money.

This is the first time I have ever had a good impression left on me from an automotive service expert in Wilmington in 12 years.

My tire blew on the 40 just outside of burgaw. I called John up around midnight and he responded asap. Can't express how grateful I am for his assistance and professionalism. Wilmington is blessed to have a guy like this willing to offer his services at all hours of the day, and at a very reasonable rate. Very satisfied customer.

I am more than pleased with the level of excellence reliable roadside services provide for their costumers. I had a blown tire and John was at my house within an hour of me calling him. He was able to find the best-priced tire for me. I experienced a flat tire after a day of reliable roadside services repair. However, that was not an issue, John sent one of his guys to come right away to fix the issue. Reliable roadside ensure the car is 100% good to go and safe for driving before all work is complete!

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting John today because we walked out to the driveway and found our car with a “flatter than flat” rear tire. I called Reliable Roadside Service and John was there in no time. What a wonderful guy! He not only changed the flat tire, he patched it for us. My car died in my driveway so I called John and he was at my house very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in a very short period of time. It's hard to find an honest working man these days.....But John with Reliable Roadside Services was exactly that! He not only answered the phone at 2 a.m. on a Saturday night but also got out of his bed to help my sister's out down at Carolina Beach when they got stranded by car troubles. He got the car running for them and stood with them for minutes on end making sure the car was going to make the trip back to Burlington without any problems. On top of all of this he charged me way less than what anyone would expect! Great Guy, Great Service, Outstanding Person all around!! Highly recommend to anyone with car troubles around that area!!!!
