I hit a deer, out of state, with my truck and things got hung up with the insurance company. Kristen got to work on them and had things straightened out in no time. Can't say enough good things about these people. Not only does my truck look great, I also got it back nearly a week early. I highly recommend this company.

Kristen and Tom were great to work with, there were zero issues concerning the repair. They even performed a nice cleaning of the vehicle before returning it to me. 100 percent satisfied.

Trustworthy, professional and great to work with. OIB Collision took great care of my car after my accident. Their work was so good, you can't even tell I was ever in an accident. In addition they are a true pleasure to work with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I arrived at 7:55am. So that I could get an estimate done. They didn't open til 8 but was told that I needed an appt, and every shop in the area was doing it by appt as well. Crazy how you can act like it's complete mayhem before your business even opens. Went to a competitor business in shallotte. Literally, 7 mins away and had an estimate done in 10 mins with no hassle. Guess business courtesy isn't their specialty.

Ocean Isle Collision went way beyond good service. They did a elexcent job on my vehicle and were some of the most friendly people to deal with. They preformed their work in a timely manner and i was really surprised that they cleaned my van inside and out which i did not expect and prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business.

I had OI collision paint a part of my outboard cowling and it turned out great. Tom was great to work with and worked it in and got it done within a few days. He also had a couple of other Yamaha cowlings in the shop that were finished that he showed me and they looked better than new. Based on my dealings I would highly recommend them for any type of painting or repair work.

I’ve had to use OIB Collision twice for repair work, I cannot say enough good things about them. Tom and Kristen truly care and go out of their way for their customers. I had issues getting a rental car and Kristen went out of her way to get the ball rolling, she did all of the calls and emails back and forth to Enterprise, I never had to do anything but pick up the car and drop it off! Issues with insurance? No worries, Tom and Kristen will make sure your insurance keeps things moving along! They truly make the experience as seamless as possible for you so I will continuously recommend them before any other competitors in the area!

My Toyota Avalon was recently damaged and needed front bumper replacement. Being fairly new to the OIB area I did some research including obtaining a recommendation from my regular mechanic (Jim's Car Care) and opted to use Ocean Isle Collision. Wow, they are by far the best body shop in every aspect I have dealt with in 50 years of driving. They were very price competitive, completed the work exactly as committed, and did a fantastic job on the repair. Tom and his team are exceptional to work with and are just good people period.

The professional bodywork is only excelled by their actual caring for their customer. I cannot say enough good things about Ocean Isle Collision. Tom and Kristen treated us like family. They had to deal with one of the worst insurance companies out there (not mine) and got everything done. I highly recommend them.

OIC just replaced my RAV4 rear bumper and a supporting 'crash bar' after someone backed into the center of it, leaving cuts in the bumper a damaged the crash bar. I was able to get in during a convenient time to drop off the SUV for a couple days. I received, great service, workmanship and a spotless vehicle when I picked it up! Thanks OIC Team!

A++ on service... they ordered a new tailgate for my work truck... got me a good deal and set up appointment for 1:30... I had some running around to do, but ended up arriving 25 mins early with some lunch I picked up on the way. Pulled around beside the building to eat, less than 2 mins into my sandwich I feel the truck move, and look up to see my tailgate being swapped out. They literally saw me pull in the parking lot and rushed out to swap out before I got out of the truck. A++ on the service 👍 highly recommend

My son called me yesterday frantic because of a fender bender while parking at a rental house that had a random pole sitting by the driveway he didn't see and ran over. I immediately looked for a body shop online, and saw the high ratings of Ocean Isle Collision. I told him to take it there this morning to make sure it was safe to drive. Not only did they take it in to look at it as soon as he got there, they fixed it and had him on his way within just a few minutes. He was texting me while waiting saying he could not believe how nice they were and how professional they were, as we have never had such great service at a repair or body shop EVER! I can't thank Ocean Isle Collision enough for keeping this panicked Mom in Virginia sane, and helping to make what could've been a horrible rest of beach week for my son, a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this place to everyone in need of great service, quality, and value!!!

I have only wonderful things to say about Ocean Isle Collision ! They fixed our car perfectly and in a timely manner...went above and beyond. Everyone was kmowledgeable and professional, but at the same time very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend !

I wasn't at all satisfied with paying out of pocket for damages I did to another customers vehicle, the owner was loud, rude, and unwilling to let me view unseen damages,,and charges for minor replacement of a $50 part that would take 5 minutes to replace. cost an extra $350 added to an already overloaded $900 estimate, they get so accustomed to burning insurance companies up with additional labor, cost of materials that they charge whole prices for,,but use on several jobs,,and don't prorated prices..then insult me on the phone telling me I know nothing about auto repair.. I might not be an expert on auto repair,,but I sure am an expert on how people take advantage of others in pricing, and materials, and labor..you had your say buddy, now I'm having mine. Since you wouldn't let me have a professional conversation on the phone with you. I definitely recommend you check other locations, and get several estimates,,and especially request to see unseen damages before you obligate to pay for them..don't let people take advantage of you

I backed into my mailbox during a pouring down rain at night and put a deep scratch/dent into the back panel on my brand new 2024 Highlander. I was sick beyond belief. These people at OIC were phenomenal. They fixed my car quickly and restored it to better than new. They are professional, knowledgeable and the best around. Highly recommend this place!

Had the hood of my 2014 suburban painted. They did a great job matching the existing color. My experience with Tom and the entire staff couldn’t have been better. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with

They were extremely friendly and helpful. The quote was quick and easy. Tom was very easy to work with and was upfront with the time it would take to fix. Ultimately they came in on budget and on time. Kristen at the front desk was absolutely the best! She called multiple times before and during the repair to keep me informed of how everything was going. If I had a similar company I would hire her in a second. Excellent experience all the way around.

Stopped by to get quote for two bad scratches on my car. Tom looked them over and said he thought he could do the repair quickly! And he proceeded to buff out the scratches for free!! What a great business and over the top service. Faye Hayes

My car was hit by an uninsured motorist and I had to take my car to a service repair shop. I am so glad I I took it to Ocean Isle Collision! From the first phone call to set up the appointment to picking up my car after the repairs Kristen and Tom took care of me! They were professional and courteous at all times. When I got my vehicle back it looked and smelled brand new! I would recommend this business to anyone!

I highly recommend this repair company. They did an excellent job on repairing my truck after a tree got in my way. The repairs and paint job turned out excellent and my truck was completed and delivered as promised. I really appreciate a job well done. Thanks to all who helped get it done.

I cannot say enough positive things about this business! My 82 year old mother in law recently dinged her bumper, so we stopped in to get an estimate. Not only were they able to fix it while we waited, it was the most positive experience I could ever imagine. I highly recommend this business! Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. An amazing body shop! Our family had a car issue while on vacation in Ocean Isle beach and they were so understanding and went way out of their way to be considerate and very timely with their help. It is truly a rare find these days to find a trustworthy place, I would recommend this place to anyone. Too bad they are not close to me to take my service to them all the time.

Unfortunately the repairs on my vehicle cost more than it is worth. I just wanted to say that Ocean Isle Collision has the absolutely best people working there. They are genuinely glad you came and truly care about helping you.

Went in for a repair from an accident. I dropped off my truck on Monday and they had it looking perfect by Friday. They made this issue smooth, handling all the work with the insurance company, and helping to set up my rental. Hope not to need them, but if/when I do, they will be the place I go.
