Professional service via text messages, pictures, and phone calls verifying parts needed. Arrived parts were exactly as shown to me. Definitely my go to place for parts.
I had a tough, almost impossible request/purchase. I wanted all the pieces, including every nut and bolt and clamp and washer to convert a 1962 Cadillac from non-air-conditioning to air conditioning. I knew removing this from the donor car could easily destroy things simply because of its age and I knew there were a lot of things that were seemingly not related such as a bigger, water pump, bigger radiator and bigger, harmonic bouncer that could get overlooked. With the help of the original repair manual for Cadillacs, the folks over at Cadillac Heaven removed everything I needed without inflicting any additional damage to the aged parts that existed. Everything was in rebuildable shape, including the wire harnesses, & most things were still good. Even the AC condenser was good . There were one or two pieces that I thought were missing, that they were going to send me again, until I realized it was my fault that the parts were at the replaters. I rebuilt the hoses and air conditioning, compressor, stripped & glass beaded and painted everything, redid, the vacuum controls, and now have factory air conditioning in my 62 Cadillac that blows at 45°. I want to particularly thank Carrie, the father and Dave for their patience and extended knowledge.
The original owner is still there, and if you are like me, you will love the stories that he tells. Cadillac, as far as you can see. And it's plenty of room for you to walk around and even take pictures.

Called for part I needed for my 90 brougham, guy was rude like I was bothering him, quoted me almost twice as much as every one else, said It was to late in the day( 3 pm) and he would call me back the next day. He never called me back and I couldn't get him back on the phone. Found my part for $140 anyway. Don't even bother with these guys, not worth the time.
Called 6 or 7 times over a month for a price on parts. Always got "The owner will call you back with a price later today"... Finally when i got the owner on the phone today (sounding like I interrupted his nap) he says "I only have half (one side) of the parts you want." And proceeds to give me an astronomical price for parts that are useless without the other half... I promptly hung up and will never seek their business again.
Could have saved me the time and told me this the first day I called...

Excellent experience! I needed a coolant crossover pipe with AC provisioning for a 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special and Cadillac Heaven came through for me. The part was clean, in great shape and I received it faster than anticipated! I'm sure there will be other "organs" my old girl will need and Cadillac Heaven will be my first call. Thanks, Dave!
If you're in need for a part for your Cadillac, this is the place to go. Picked up a gas tank for my Dads' 1980 Eldorado, it was in perfect condition. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Emailed and called multiple times about a bunch of parts needed. Owner was always told "owner is working on it". That was about a month ago. Have now given up. Not responsive. Doesn't know how to email, send pics, etc. Try elsewhere.
So far, so good. Called and ordered a discontinued part for my 95 caddy.. the price caught me off guard as it was a hefty price for a piece of plastic.. but you also have to understand that they need to make a profit and once these parts are gone, they're gone! Once i receive my part ill update this review. So far, ill continue business if all goes well.

needed a discontinued gm suspension crossmember. they were able to prove the part and took care in its removal from another vehicle. would highly recommend.
I had GREAT service from them. I needed a part for 98 Cadillac limo. No one in the country had one but them. I called them and 4 days later I had the part. From NC. to Ks. everything worked perfect. I'm now ordering another part for the same car. I don't know about the rest of you but the Lord Jesus always puts me with GREAT people and these folks are GREAT. Keith Kimball Ks.
Make answered phone I asked for a radiator he told me no he doesn’t have one they are all bad then my husband called back and said he does have one but doesn’t like selling them. He said the price would be 75 dollars which is more than a brand new radiator online. We tried to negotiate a cheaper price as we’re driving two hours and it’s as is and used he said no because it’s too cold and he don’t feel like going out and pulling one for cheap labor.... very rude and unprofessional.
Very poor business firm. I must concur with the other 1-star reviews regarding this business (especially John Wicks). Dealing with this "so-called" Cadillac heaven team was a complete waste of time. Their unprofessional and rude male secretary was unorganized and unintelligible. I too wasted 2 weeks with back and forth emails that got me nowhere. Ultimately, the guy just wanted to quote me a "questionable" price, while trying to justify his incompetence. I basically had to restate everything that was transmitted through email all over again, just to have him admittedly have zero knowledge of our previous correspondences, and give me a callback as he ran to find out the answers.
I strongly suggest that you check with your local salvage yards (or sites like Craigslist and eBay), to find the part that you need for your vehicle. I wouldn't use these folks even as a last resort. I highly doubt that the positive reviews on this business are legit considering the manner and tone they use when speaking to a potential customer. I never write reviews, but I had to inform my fellow consumers about this shady camp. I'm so glad I didn't spend a dime with them. TRUST ME DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
This place is too expensive...I bought a $30 tube if brand new from the dealer for $25 there. And I had to take it off myself. They also want to charge me $75 for a coolant container when pick and pull sold it for $12.
Very irritating to work with. Had to call numerous times over the course of two weeks to see if they had any if the parts I was looking for. When they did finally locate one of the parts I was looking for I was quoted 5x times what all the other salvage yards/junk yards. Overall a waste of time.
