But, I can tell anyone reading this that Eric and this company are without a doubt my number one go to when I need a tow, they always go above and beyond, and they love the Lord! If I could give 6 stars I would!
My mother's insurance had her car towed from an accident and needed help with information and with the car itself. Mr. Rescue was not the company used, but Eric helped connect everything even though she was not his customer. Great business, very genuine, and took extra good care of her. Very thankful and grateful!

Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, and worse — I witnessed behavior that was blatantly racist. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the service was slow, unhelpful, and outrageously overpriced. They clearly don't care about customers, only about squeezing every dollar they can. I would never use this company again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere. Businesses like this shouldn’t be operating.
My request for service seemed to be regarded as a true inconvenience for this establishment. Instead of being provided any consolation for my time wasted waiting on a tow that never arrived, I was instead chastised for calling back and “-questioning their order processing and not understanding that I was not their only customer.” Thanks Eric; I really appreciate you suggesting I call a different tow company. To the owner: sounds like we’ve found the reason I never got my tow if there’s no record furthermore how would I know an employees name that is mentioned in other comments if mine is the most recent?
My wife and I broke down and I called Mr. rescue towing and within 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem , and picked it up. They told me the quickest garage that could get to it and had it towed immediately. We could not be more pleased with the service. We will recommend this Tow Truck company to anybody and everybody we meet. Keep up the good work guys.

While requesting a tow, my brother, in exclamation mind you, according to "Mr. Rescue" used the "lord's name in vain," (said: "My God") and was denied service.
I didn't realize it's another human being's place to judge someone. Especially in this situation with a paying customer requesting a service during an already upsetting moment with their car being out of commission, And instead of being the example the Lord asks of us, ERIC, you not only judged my brother, but then you chose not to help him in his time of need. Shame on you!

Really? With this understanding surely your dispatchers would then not be so distraught by a person exclaiming “oh my God” in a time of crisis. To be denied service over something so inane brings me to the scripture Matthew 6:1 ““Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.” Using the name of God in your worldly affairs, but judging your neighbor who seeks help? Seems blasphemous compared to a simple exclamation. Shameful service, unprofessional and overly sensitive garbage. Call someone else if you’re in a bind. Especially if your faith is in Jesus.

Yesterday, I found myself stranded in a parking lot in Leland with car trouble, and I was dreading the idea of a costly tow all the way back to Delco. However, this company completely exceeded my expectations. Instead of simply towing my car, they took the time to diagnose my issue and provide invaluable advice.
As it turned out, there was a detached shifter cable that was preventing my car from going into any gear, even though the automatic gear stick appeared to be functioning fine. The dashboard display wasn't matching the gear stick position, and it was a confusing situation. Mr. Rescue Towing not only confirmed this diagnosis but also explained the issue in a way that I could understand.
