My heroes!!! I rented an EV vehicle from Budget and it didn’t work right. Lee from B&C rescued me and went up and beyond what he was required. Great company! Good caring people!!
Had a weird experience with the insurance company ... talked to Lee and he helped me way above and beyond ...he got to my car and brought my baby up to the repair shop even though it was well after hours the owner was fantastic and helped me too if your ever stuck call these guys the are the best
D&C was contacted through my auto club for a tow to the dealership. The original time they gave me would have meant I would miss a medical appointment. I called to see if someone could be there earlier and Chris called to say he was on his way a few minutes later. Great customer service! I can’t say enough good stuff about Chris. He is personable, professional, efficient, and an all around good guy. I highly recommend D&C.
Dan is the absolute best car guy you can find. He knows his stuff, gives you fair and reasonable prices, and as a local small business owner, he's the right choice, in my opinion. I've called Dan for personal vehicle assistance and for my employer's company vehicles as well. Don't look any further, D&C Automotive, is the right choice!
Dan is by far top of his field he doesn't like turning anyone away even if he's busy ( he's always busy)I have had him work on several cars even a dump truck always satisfied with d&c auto
My car was hit by an impaired (kind wat of saying drunk) driver. Dan from D&C was on the scene within 15 minutes. He had my car on a flatbed. Then, he stored it at his yard for the weekend. They are very professional in their work. Highly recommend D&C.
This place sucks beyond comprehension. I told the tow driver not to drive my vehicle because the power steering pump pulley broke in half and the belt was broken also.
Guess what? The driver started the vehicle and drove it on his flatbed truck. When I found out by the ignorant backwards driver he drove it on his flatbed, he said , “but it started up and drove”.
I then called the dispatcher line and the person that answered the phone said “there is a difference between a vehicle that is non-drivable and a vehicle that is running so I said “why did you drive it”. He said “ because it was running”. What????
Don’t use them for anything. You and your vehicle might be screwed. They don’t care and take no liability for their actions.
Daniel and his wife literally saved me! I've never used an electric vehicle a day in my life and the rental company I went through was very unhelpful when the cars charge died before I could get to a station. He towed me to the nearest charging stations that was maybe 10-15mins up the road when the rental company was going to have him tow it to Myrtle Beach SC and didn't even mention me going with...the rental company was going to leave me stranded almost 4hrs from home! They stayed with me while my car charged as well! They were a huge blessing from God! I was able to get back home to my 3yr old son!!!
Don't let the yard fool you. Work is exceptional and prices very fair. Great place to have work done. Had plugs replaced on my 2015 Prius and ouitside drivers rear mirror fixed.
My family is new to Wilmington and upon having some issues with my daughters car, we were given Daniel’s contact. Everything about the experience was such a stress reliever (which is never how I feel when I have car trouble!) He was quick to respond, communicative throughout & was able to fix the alternator in under 24 hours at a great price. We have found our mechanic in Wilmington. Highly recommend!
I needed a couple parts replaced for my AC, the unit itself has not worked in several months. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to fix the issue and how professional they were. Great quality!
