Some clown answered the phone with an attitude. He didn't know what questions he was asking then got an attitude because he needed to clarify. Grown men acting like children. Don't do business if you can't handle customer service
Finally got my project car on the road and unfortunately it ended up overheating, so i had to get the car towed back. Eagle One towing answered the phone right away, asked a few basic questions, gave me a price quote up front, and sent out a truck right away. The driver was awesome, we talked about project cars and had a few good laughs. Overall a great experience and company. Hopefully I don’t have to get my project car towed again but if I do, I’ll definitely use Eagle One Towing.

I'm not too sure about this company too much... I got hung up on when I was on the side of the road and then I called this company and got hung up when I needed some help. I received a phone call from a guy named Rickie (the tow truck driver) who was one of the best guys I've ever met. He helped me out when I couldn't call anybody else. If this company doesn't take care of the man who would come help out somebody at 3 in the morning when nobody else would then they are crazy!! I can give that man a job with benefits if you don't want him. I appreciate you Rickie!!

Fast and reliable and affordable.The wheel and rim flew off my car luckily I was in the parking lot. I called eagle one towing, and in about 35-40 minutes Rickie Wells showed up, gave me advice and tips on how to keep the interior and exterior of my car right, and even tho the wheel was off my car he was still able to load the car on the tow truck without damaging it.

Had the pleasure of working with Rickie Wells. I called him the first time in need of a quick toe, and he dropped what he was doing to come help me. The next day, I needed another toe on short notice, and he was there on time and helped me out. Rickie Wells was the most professional driver I have ever worked with. He was very prompt. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions sincerely. He called me multiple times and worked through getting on Fort Bragg without getting upset once. He delivered my truck to the mechanic shop and drove very professionally the whole time. Amazing Customer service!! After waiting 3 and a half hours for a different company my insurance set up that never showed Ricky Wells was amazing! He was there in just 30 minutes he texted with ETA updates. He knew we had been sitting in the cold so he made sure to see if we needed anything like blankets coffee etc. I will definitely use him again and refer all of my friends and family!
