Service came fast, roadside gave an 1 hour to 1.5 hours. They came in 30 minutes and the driver was kind and courteous. Would definitely recommend if you need a tow in the area.

Called tonight for a tow, even though we had to wait, the driver was courteous and professional and apologetic for the wait. Would definitely use this tow service again!
Spoke with the owner initially at 10:02am. I am on the side of the 210 2mi from Lillington. He needed to confirm with his driver. Received a call back @ 10:05 that it would be 45mins (knowing it was raining I was gracious and thought it would probably be 75mins). Initially I asked to be towed to a dealership in Fayetteville and was given a quote of $195. Where I was located almost in Lillington to be towed all the way to Fayetteville, to me this was reasonable. Not 20mins later, at the request of my husband, I told the owner it would then be towed to my home. He said no problem please send me the address to which the vehicle will be towed. Driver initially does not show up to my location on 210 but rather the drop off location of my home. Finally driver shows up and car is loaded at 12:32pm. Miles from 210 to my home was 13mi. Owner expected me to still pay the $195. I got him to come down to $155 for a 13mi tow even though I waited for his driver for over 2hrs and only contacted him once about where his driver was.
* the driver was very respectful and courteous. Load and unload was prompt, efficient, and without incident.
My guy Mr. Jerome is an stand up business man. If you are not using Bucknor Towing I can tell you that you are not being treated like a customer should, you paying to much and your over all experience is lacking get these guys in your phone you will not regret it!

Fast and professional great bedside manner we were running behind so we called and let him know he gave us an additional 15 mins !!! That right there was different and added great value to his service . I’d highly recommend Jerome it’s not always a pleasant day when your car breaks down but his easy attitude definitely helped!!
