Would highly recommend South Ridge Towing & Recovery to anyone. My clutch slave cylinder failed during a drive with my wife on the blue ridge parkway. I spoke with Damon on the phone and requested a rollback due to it being a lowered car, he was professional and very responsive. Molly arrived quickly to tow the car and was polite and very professional and treated my car with care as well as brought us all the 30-40miles back home safely. Thank you both again!
Needed a quick pull after getting a box truck caught at a bad angle. Gave them a shout, and even a bit after business hours they were there quicker than any other wrecker service our company has needed to use. Driver was professional and lightning quick. And with just a little banter, was hooked up and put right where we needed to be. They're pricing is very competitive compared to some other companies we have needed to use. Called on a Sunday afternoon and they were one of two towing companies that even answered the phone. They gave an accurate time it would take to get to me. Loaded up my car and took it to the mechanic. Service was efficient and easy. The whole experience was first class. I’m grateful!

It is common in today’s world to be treated as a number or receive less than great service. This company does not treat you as just another task in the to do list. I felt like a friend had came to help. In fact, I’d consider Richard a friend now.
My Tesla died and I needed a tow to Boone. I called every tow company in the area and no one would come due to the traffic at the slopes. Richard didn’t care. He wanted to help. He arranged a time to grab the car without hesitation. He not only grabbed the car he picked me up along the way. Once the car was loaded we went to Boone. On the way Richard was absolutely a pleasure to talk to and a truly good person.
If you need a tow anywhere around Beech mountain I highly, highly recommend these folks.

My Father in Law experienced a medical emergency Monday in to Tuesday resulting in confusion. He ended up hours away from home, unfortunately crashing his vehicle in the Linville area. After finishing with Highway Patrol, South Ridge Towing picked him and his truck up and took them back to their shop. Until my father in law could remember a phone number to reach family, Dan and Terry provided him with dry clothing, space by a heater, hot coffee and a biscuit. They showed incredible compassion and we are forever thankful for it. We are from the Upstate of SC, but if anyone is in need of towing service in the Linville area, 10/10 recommend giving South Ridge your business.
Responsive, punctual and extremely professional to say the least. He picked up new parts, Towed me and my daughter to his shop and repaired my truck lug studs so we could make it back Home.
All of this on a Sunday!! Damien the owner and his father in law are truly good people.

Damon was terrific! We blew a tire on a pothole on Grandfather Mountain. He came back with a tow truck that could carry 3 people, and found us a tire place that could get us a new tire on a Sunday! He went out of his way helping us and made a great tour guide as well :)
Very honest and hard-working people, I can’t express enough on this review how much Damon helped me. After being in a very bad accident, they understood what I was going through and worked with me to get through this hard time. I am grateful to have came across such great people. They do a very good job for the best price you can get within the surrounding counties. They will handle your towing, needs down to replacing tires. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE!
