I contacted AAA North Carolina requesting to have my vehicle towed to a local repair shop. South Ridge Towing & Recovery was notified and by AAA. SRT&R contacted me and provided a time when they would arrive at my home and pick up the vehicle. The driver was courteous and professional.
My My car had slid off the driveway and was stuck in the slush with no tread on the tires. The driver was there in a timely fashion got the car out with no problem and took it to get new tires.

The girl (I wish I could remember her name ) who towed me had to come 2 separate times within hours of each other since the GMC dealership ended up being a better choice than the tire service company that we first asked her to bring us to. Both times she was amazing !! She even stopped without hesitation in a small parking lot while towing my GMC Denali truck so I could drop off my ski rental equipment. Plus she had to climb up to get the equipment out of my truck!!! I couldn’t have had a better experience!!

We were stranded on the way home from family Christmas trip. Despite limited available drivers over the holiday, South Ridge worked with us to get us taken care of. Had a puncture in Eagles Nest, and my car jack was not tall enough to lift my truck up. Had one place unable to come, and another say they wouldn't go to Eagles Nest. South Ridge came with no issues, and we were able to swap my tire for my spare. Molly was great help and was able to help get me back to work for the rest of the day.

Great service! We were desperate to get our van repaired. Our insurance company had it towed to the only repair shop in town, and he couldn’t get to it for almost two weeks. South Ridge agreed to tow it to another shop in the next town the following morning. It was repaired immediately and we were back on the road to West Virginia the same day. We were extremely grateful for the prompt, excellent service by South Ridge.

My Dump truck had shut down coming up the hill towards the old 3 mile gas station, not only did they tow me out of the road, to solve my problem with someone siphoning fuel out of my tanks leaving me nothing while sucking all the trash from the bottom of it, they brought me fuel and fuel filters to put a soft ending to my rough morning making sure I got back on the road in a timely fashion. I was greeted with a father and son who's mission in that moment in time was to get me going back on the road. I highly recommend!!!

The mechanic arrived in a short amount of time, changed my flat tire, told me I'd need to keep my speed at 50mph or lower on my spare and left. He was very pleasant, quick and efficient.

Would highly recommend South Ridge Towing & Recovery to anyone. My clutch slave cylinder failed during a drive with my wife on the blue ridge parkway. I spoke with Damon on the phone and requested a rollback due to it being a lowered car, he was professional and very responsive. Molly arrived quickly to tow the car and was polite and very professional and treated my car with care as well as brought us all the 30-40miles back home safely. Thank you both again!
