My son is in college and was unable to start his vehicle. I am not in the same state so I set up a tow through insurance to get the car over to a dealership to be looked at. The insurance company set the tow up with "Those Guys Towing" and insurance kept giving me updates on the tow, rather than my son. I called to confirm everything (not knowing my son called) and they were so kind and put this mommas heart at ease.
They offered to see if they could get the vehicle started prior to Towing it, which I gladly accepted the offer so we could see if it was potentially the battery before going to the dealership, the tow truck driver told my son use his key fob to start the vehicle with the push to start and the vehicle started right up! No tow necessary. Why this isn't suggested in the user's manual, or even by the dealership is beyond me... but the driver said it happens often.

I can't say enough about these wonderful people who drove a long way to get my car started, it was through my insurance company but I appreciate everyone of you for your time and your knowledge of Subaru's ( The Orange one). I went straight to O'Reilly's and got a new battery!, (Never go to Auto Zone!!) Lesson learned. Y'all are just Wonderful!!

Quick response and arrived in under an hour after I sent out a request - I was in the middle of nowhere and stuck pretty good. They had me out and back on the road in a fraction of that time. Britt drove a hour and a half to come help me and saved me so much money by helping me out! I thought I had to get a different service done but turned out it was just a dead battery and he followed behind me to the nearest shop. Very nice and intellectual guy! I recommend this Company to anyone!
If I could give 50 stars I would!! What a wonderful experience from a bad happening!!! From the minute my request was made through my insurance Kara called to confirm they were on their way and it might take a while. She did not know that another tow agency had accepted my tow from my insurance made me wait over an hour and canceled my tow because they wanted more for the tow then the contracted amount.
Kara reassured me they would be there and was so helpful and pleaser! Then when the tow guy ( I think Dustin) showed up he was the sweetest nicest gentleman! He went over everything and o felt 1000 at ease that they would get my car where it needed to go and keys in the drop box.
Thank you again for turning a rough Wednesday night into a solved problem of the past!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!
I had Dustin with Those Guys Towing And Recovery bring my vehicle home after a major rollover accident. He did an exceptional job. He had great customer service and he put my vehicle right where I asked, going out of his way to do so. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I would give them more stars if I could! I called another towing company, who said that they had 7 cars ahead of me, and then never called me back. 18 hours later, I called Those Guys and they were very responsive. Arrived within an hour (even had another car before me) and was quite skilled at towing my car back onto the road, as it had slid off the road and nearly rolled down the hillside into a creek. He was very personable, turning a tense situation into “fun”! Told him that I got a tow AND a comedy show! I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a responsive, friendly, skilled professional.

While trying to access my father's cabin, the minivan slid into the ditch, literally burying the passenger side above the tires in mud. It was late, getting dark, and other towing services weren't answering. Those Guys Towing answered on the second ring and left immediately for our location. The driver was courteous and understanding. He managed to unbury the minivan and tow it back to the main road. He even provided suggestions on how to remove the mud from the undercarriage, and places along our travel route which offered these services. Thank you so much!
Those Guys came to the rescue after Triple A gave me the run around for 9 hours. This is a really great local towing service with reasonable prices and really helped me out of a jam!!! After Triple A failed to help me for that long it took Those Guys 15 minutes to get to my car and they answered right away on a weekend.
Brett is absolutely top notch. When you need someone to pay super close attention to the details, when you need someone who truly knows what they’re doing, when you need someone who can talk you through the process (if you’re interested like me - I ask a lot of questions), who is patient, who is meticulous with your property, who ensures everything is just right… THIS is who you hire. Brett moved our “new to us” tiny house up a very steep and windy driveway. He then placed it perfectly, got it leveled for us, and ensured everything was to our liking. Previous to the tiny house move, he pulled us out of a ditch after we landed there due to packed snow (on the aforementioned steep and windy driveway). If you are looking for the best towing company in the area - look no further, Brett is the one. Hire him immediately.

It was midnight and my engine stalled and died in the middle of nowhere. Praying someone would answer with the little cell service I had, I called those guys towing, they answered on the first try and were on their way in minutes. Super friendly, Brett has loads of experience and is literally the perfect person to help you navigate your problem. He helped me get home and I even used him again the following day. Being from Texas I couldn’t believe how affordable his prices were! Truly couldn’t ask for a better experience!

So I got my truck's front end buried in the softest mud patch ever on one side of my driveway. The frame was on the ground and it wasn't going anywhere. Called my insurance and "Those guy's towing" arrived in less than an hour.
The care and efficiency of pulling my truck free was spectacular. On top of that I had broken the valve stem off of my front right wheel. They took the wheel off and put in my friend's truck. They offered to come back and put it back on. I will never use another towing service in this area because of how kind and professional they are.
A truck was deliverying our shed and the truck and shed slid down and partially off the road. Those Guys pulled them both out. Had to pick up a truck from VA. He was willing to drive there for us and take it to our local mechanic. Very pleased he was willing to travel so far. AND...had a car we are restoring needing a tow to the paint shop, another great tow. Needless to say, we are hooked and wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks for such great service!!
We had to have our car towed in the middle of a terrible storm with large hail and all. These guys didn’t hesitate to come to the rescue, although we were an hour and a half from them!! They were professional, kind and sympathetic to our needs!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Family had two different vehicles stuck at the bottom of a steep, snowy mountain side cabin. This couple pulled both vehicles out no problem. Escorted us back into town and ensured we got back down the mountain safely. Hopefully we will not be in that situation again, but if we are we know who to call!

I had a major issue with my aftermarket hydraulic RV leveling system, which had a malfunction and would not retract. I am not sure what I would have done without Brett’s help. He took care of me as if I was a family member. He understood the system, understood the problem, and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I could travel safely home.
Hello! Got my AWD vehicle kinda stuck in some mud recently and my friend called her friend Brett, of THOSE GUYS, and he was there within 15 minutes. We were stuck on a mountain and it was nothing but a sheet of ice. This was the only company that was brave enough to come out and save us. When my husband tried to pay him extra he wouldn’t accept it. He went out of the way to make sure my family was safe! 10 stars!
Those Guys got us out of a really scary situation stuck on an icy snow covered hill. They came right away and were able to pull us out in no time. They even drove us all the way out to make sure we made it to the highway safely. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
