Don't ever use this company, it's a scam. They prey on those who are in a difficult situation. My diesel truck broke down and there was a full load in my trailer at 8pm at night . The initial quote was $2,500 for the tow but after I made the payment a few moments after I got another phone call stating that there was a problem with the transaction so I gave them my second card. I got a message and they have charged me $1,272 twice on the first card. Then on the second card they charged me again $1,272. From the initial phone call I waited 3 hours for a tow truck that never came. I called the number 3 times each time someone different picked up and its seems to be from a 3rd party call center. I was told and I quote, " you will have to call the same time you made the transaction in order to get a refund." Meaning that I have to wait 24 hours already stranded cheated out of my money with no tow truck in sight for a refund on a transaction I didn't even receive a service for. This company is so disorganized and honestly a joke, their own 3rd party customer service hotline barely understands what's going on.
I got into a car accident at 3 AM in Brooklyn, New York. I was stressed and just needed urgent help. I called this company, not realizing at the moment that they don’t even operate in New York.
They took all my information over the phone, including my card details, and told me the price would be $350. They promised to arrive within 30 minutes.
Thirty minutes passed — nothing.
I called — “we’re on the way.”
An hour passed — same answer.
But they never showed up.
I ended up calling another towing company that actually came.
Later I checked their information and realized they are based in Pennsylvania, not New York, and they don’t even provide service in this area.
Despite not doing anything at all, they still charged my card — not $350, but $420.
I tried calling them back — no answer, completely ignoring me.
This feels like a total scam.
Stay away from this company. They take your money and disappear. Fraud, 100%.
Called to have a shed moved. Very good communication, honest quote and showed up on time. Made sure we were happy with the drop off location at out home before departing. Would definitely use them again and recommend them is you have the need for moving a shed.

I paid $150 for a simple jumpstart that lasted less than 30 seconds.
Then I was told the driver was “stopped by the police” and that I had to pay an additional $50 if I still wanted the service.
When I refused, they threatened to keep the full $150, even though I never canceled the request.
I was stuck alone in a parking lot, and this company took advantage of my vulnerable situation.
Later, I found out that I could’ve bought a portable jump starter for less than $70 on Amazon.
I feel scammed and disappointed.
I leave this in God’s hands, and I’m writing this to warn others not to fall into the same trap.

Very bad service , I was told they will be here within 2 hours and I was stuck on the side of the road for 9 hours , my back is hurting and now they are telling they want a 60% cancellation fee ?
I run on a flat tire on my Mercedes s550 and called this company. These guys will leave you waiting in your car for more than 8 hours. Don’t pay them — they’ll charge you a 60% cancellation fee after 12 hours. They’ll keep giving you updates — 45 minutes here, an hour there — but they never show up. Horrible experience.
Put in a request to have my vehicle pulled out of a little ditch in the last snow storm. Was priced over $800. Accepted it, because I was in a bind. They told me 30/45mins for my tow to arrive. Around 45 mins later, the tow truck driver called and said he was just leaving his home. He further stated that he would be there in an hour. About 30 mins later got a call from the tow truck driver, stating he just left his house and got stuck a min down the road and would not be coming. I got pulled out by some nice people in the area. Called the tow company back and cancelled because their people NEVER showed up. They told me it would still be $400. I told them that was insane, because NOBODY helped me out. It's also important to mention the first call started around 730am. I wasn't able to be pulled out until 1030. So none of their people responded. Man on the call said they would refund me. They didn't. I disputed it and they are still demanding the $800. This company is a scam.
I've been in the automotive industry for 35 years and my girlfriend broke down an hour away and he was there within minutes and brought the vehicle to our dealership that I work at. Really nice guy and professional and honest!!! Thank you again!!!
They canceled on me twice and had to fight to get my refound.and when they finally sent it it will take 7 to 10 day to get it back .
So they are just like most companies out just trying to make a buck the customers means nothing.
Outrageous pricing and false advertising,scanned my card and couldn’t even help me had to spend the night in truck till next morning,was still charged a thousand dollars for one tire used and still waited hours for someone to show the next morning!!!!
I’ve had a bunch of cars towed by Cole and his top notch crew, I have never had a bad experience when using them. Very personable and fair pricing. I have recommended R&R towing to everyone that has reached out to me needing roadside help. On time and always top notch. Thank you for the good work!
Very nice guy - he let me come during off-hours and he let me fix my vehicle on the lot without charging me some crazy fee. It's unfortunate that they Highway Patrol towed my vehicle, but this gentleman was nice to work with at least. Thank you!

This company is the most sketchy dealing people, they won't give you any warning, and what little tap they give for semi drivers to "wake them up" if they are about to be booted is disgusting, R&R does not deserve to be in business anymore.
The website list the business as being open 24 hrs, but it’s only for towing and not business transaction, so going to handle paperwork early was a no no. Was there at 9am as told and there was still no one there for 30 more minutes.
My husband was in a car accident and needed a tow. We called the next day to find out what the towing and storage was and spoke to the owner.
The tow fee was pretty high, considering they didn't pull him that far and they charged us for 2 days storage even though it hadn't been there 48 hrs.
He got to the yard and they hit him with an additional 50 dollar gate fee which the owner could've told me about on the phone.
This place is why tow truck drivers have a bad rep.
