What a joke of a company. They was called to get my sons car off the side of the road literally 15 feet from the street, and five min from there shop after he hit a pole. The car was still drivable and because I had insurance was gonna be charged 450 to haul it. After I said no I was told 225 if I wanted to pay cash. Then after I said hell no I only needed the car to be pulled out to the road. He tried to charge me 100 then wanted to get an attitude cause I told him I would figure it out. They use to be a good company when they first opened in Taylorsville.
J&J Towing helped us in a critical situation to move two vehicles. We are so grateful for the willingness to take on a last minute job for us and to do such a great job, too! I recommend them highly for their friendliness and expert service. Thank you so much!
These guys are incredible. They helped me get my car home when i was in complete tears because i was low on the price of a tow. They were all extremely kind and caring!!! I got superior service from J&J towing on a cold dark night. Jason came out to help me when I ran out of gas on the highway. I waited for AAA for three hours and they never showed up. The highway patrolman called Jason and he brought me gas within 15 minutes and then followed me to a gas station. I am very grateful to Jason for his service. And kindness

One of our drivers had a blowout and made the call to me and I was scrambling for a tow service. I reached out to j&j and the owner asked for deminsions. I was unavailable to give him that and politely told him I’d call back. In the meantime with my busy schedule and morning calls coming in I had a simple text from the owner of j&j that stated (I’m sending my rollback to see if it will fit since I’m currently out of town and I’m the only one who can drive my big wrecker) he then text and said if it didn’t fit there would be no charge. The dispatched driver immediately text with an eta and then I was sent a photo that it fit and they towed it just where I wanted. Great communication and great customer service. Satisfied customer here!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!

I own an insurance brokerage (Meg's Best Insurance), and one of my insureds broke down in Ronda and needed a tow to the Triangle. Out of all the 20 tow companies we called, Jason was the only one who agreed to take my insured and was able to give a realistic pick-up time frame and price. If I could give more stars, I would!

I had a problem with my wheel and J&J garage was able to come out in less than 30min (which is fast in my opinion) and also late at night. They were really nice and careful with our suv. Thank you! Will use again if I ever need to!
The guy who came to pick up my son's car were very professional very courteous and a reasonable Good Price rite to tow his vehicle home if you want a good Price rite on a good tow home or wherever you need to go call j&j tow company
My friends vehicle was towed a mere three miles to J&J's empty lot after police had it towed. We called them 3 hours later and asked if we could please pick it up. We were rudely REFUSED, even though it says open 24/7 online. My friend is disabled, has cardiac heart disease and is a diabetic. We were still refused service and was denied for him to at least get his life or death medication. So I watch his blood sugar rocket sky high over night to the point I was going to take him to the ER. Swollen feet and all he hung in there until 8am. Then to get the surprise of his life, a bill for $275. No explanation why it was so outrageously HIGH but he had no choice but to pay the highway robbery towing. His car sit in their empty lot for around 14 hours. We could have gotten it like any decent person would the evening before around 9pm. To top it off, they left his lights on all night and killed his battery. I've been reading through all the reviews for J&J and I noticed a discrepancy. Nearly all of the 5 star comments are from either family or from pretty women. Hmmmmm Truly SAD. Just a warning to you folks in Wilkes and especially Alexander Co, BEWARE. If you're not a beautiful girl or family they'll get you to!! I wouldn't recommend this company whatsoever!!!!

Called last Thursday got a price & was told it would be next Monday to haul the RV, called on Monday afternoon & guy said was unloading a car would call me back when unloaded. 2 hrs past by so called again told me same thing. So my son calls him & he tells him same thing! By then it’s Wednesday & they want answer the phone. If he wasn’t coming to tow the zRV why didn’t he just say so & we would have gotten someone else. Darn lair left us hanging & wasted our time!! I would not recommend this company at all because they are not truthful & their service flat out sucks period!! When I call don’t even have the you know what to answer & say we can’t or want do it. Very sad
I tried using this company previously, but was unimpressed. Today, I had a truck in a sticky situation and had no other choice so I decided to give him another shot. I'm glad I did! He was "Johnny On The Spot" this morning, arriving within 10 mins of my call. Got the truck out and back on the road within minutes. Great guy and great work! Thanks J&J!

The tow was great, was a little late and took a little longer , the communication of this company is AWFUL.. I’ve been contacting him for over 3 weeks for one simple receipt for a reimbursement from my repair place, the person has not sent it after contact through calls , text and email, super unprofessional..

We OTR truck and J&J Garage provided a safe location for us to park while enjoying a week long vacation in Todd, NC. I had a unique recovery challenge to get a truck and chippper that couldn’t make it up a muddy hill. J&J called ahead to let me know when they would be there, they were right on time and quickly got me back up the hill. Very professional. I would definitely use them again.
