I wasn't there the other day but I do business with them I've always had a really good experience with him Mr Connie wheely has always been so very good to me. I would recommend this place to anyone and if you do go there ask for Connie. He is the honest one.
We spoke with Connie only by phone, never met in person. He purchased one of our cars that we had not used in over 5 years. He offered a very fair price. His driver (pick up) person was very nice and personable. The process was on time, fast and efficient. Very nice business. I highly recommend.
I've only been here once so far (knock on wood, because who wants car trouble right, lol) but if you do this is the place to go! Fast friendly service and they even pulled the part for me... Luckily I only needed a brake light connect for my son's car, but when I tell you they charged me next to nothing, just know thats an understatement. they were a blessing for sure. Thanks again
Came in and told about part needed and immediately the office personnel let employees working the yard what was needed and in a short time my part was loaded into my truck. They wasted no time at all!
Very nice, very orderly and they give you a piece of paper with the number on the cars that you might be interested in!! Although I know cars...it is hard to tell some models after a hard accident and the numbers proved themselves time and time again!
I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the last 7 years. There were a fair price and 2 of them are still on the road with little work done to them except routine maintenance. The parts I have gotten were always the correct part and worked well. We had driven 5.5 hours to purchase the last vehicle from them and are starting to look for another.
Guys are always helpful. I called looking for struts for my Toyota. Got a call back they had 4 used Toyota struts! Saved me some money. Great service great resource!
Terrible place to go looking for parts. Nobody knows anything when you ask about parts and they sit around and look at you like they have no idea what’s going on. Also terrible customer service
Place is awesome small parts and big parts they've got everything I needed to get my truck back to where it needed. Really appreciate the extra effort it took to get some of those parts they moved 10 cars out of the way to get to the one thing I needed help with!

I went there to inquire about a car they had forsale and was completely made uncomfortable by the staff especially the woman behind the counter looking like I didn't belong in their shack. When I come into your business please be polite enough to say hello and ask if you can be of assistance. Never will go back there.
Worst customer service ever. Went to get a tail light. Was sent to get my own part wich is fine. Could only find 1cae on the list out of 3. And no keys to get inside or it let alone to open the trunk . Called office and they could have cared less. Said u can pay and we will put it on the list for ro be pulled next week

The worst car experience of my life! I brought my 2006 Ford Escape to the mechanics there and was told I needed a new transfer case. They replaced the transfer case and after 10 miles of driving my car was not drivable. I had it towed back and they said something must be wrong with the transfer case and offered to put the old one back on. I drove less than one mile with original transfer case before my car would no longer drive. They tried to say my transmission was shot before I ever brought it there. It was my everyday car before I brought it to Wheeley's and ran fine. I ended up selling it for $500 losing $2000. To recap, I brought my running car there, mechanic drove it and told me it needed transfer case, I was given back a non running car that now needs a new transmission.

Very polite and helpful people. They didn't have the part I was looking for, but checked with a competitor's inventory and sent me in that direction. I will be calling them again.
Asked about rims for a truck and they said they don't have any before I even got the words out of my mouth, they don't allow anyone to pull there own parts and if it's in rough shape you don't know until they bring it up front. From the looks at the guys sitting behind the desk, they could use some exercise instead of being lazy and not helping customers! Just my 2 cents worth
