Super nice people with a very impressive parts yard. If you're looking for hard to find parts for European and Japanese 80s-90s cars/trucks, then you need to come here. Many old Nissans, Datsuns, BMWs, Toyota trucks, Mazdas, etc. Bring a bag of tools and wander the yard, you're guaranteed to get a deal on whatever you find. Where else in the Finger Lakes can you find Morris Minor parts?
Great and friendly service. When I was stuck in ice and snow on a country road, they came to my rescue within half an hour. With AAA I would have had to wait at least 4 hours.
Phenomenal service and really great people! My fuel gauge was off and I apparently ran out of fuel with my truck. They ended up showing up within about 15 minutes with fuel for my vehicle and got me back on the road. You can tell they care about what they do and about helping others. I am thankful that they were Around!

I experienced a tire blow out today during a very busy work day of conference calls, meetings, etc. It was very inconvenient and not only did I not have time, I was not in the mood to change a tire on the side of a muddy road at this point in my day. I called drukers for a tow, they were quick to answer, quick to arrive and everyone was awesome to deal with!! My initial intention was to get the car to my normal garage as I do need good tires for the amount of driving I do. When the driver arrived, he informed me they could get tires for me too. He gave me a business card, told me what they can do and we agreed to take the car back to their shop. Car issues are always an inconvenience and these fine folks made my day by making it quick and painless. I should have my car back and ready to go first thing in the morning so I can continue on with my work week without interruption! Very professional, I appreciate the high level of service and highly recommend!!
I had a great towing experience especially If you live on Seneca Lake! Very professional and pleasant to do business with. I contacted AAA to suggest they use Drunker when possible better than those in Montour Falls!

Drukers is awesome they went above and beyond to get me and my vehicle to the dealership.
I was stranded by the side of the road for over 10 hours waiting for other providers. When I got connected with Drukers they came through for me.
I was stuck on side of the road w my RV and my insurance company was giving me the hardest time. Needless to say, I was frustrated. Then out of nowhere, this tow truck driver guy shows up and takes it upon himself to not only help me out but he was also ready to make sure I got to where I needed to be safe and soundly. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and was very professional for no other reason than being a human being. I would highly recommend this company!
We are new in this area. In a matter of months, Mr. Druker has already saved me (and my Subaru) twice! First time at the scene of a wintery accident, he correctly advised that my car was drivable. Last week he advised instead that I needed a tow. Right on both counts! In my experience Druker Auto definitely deserves 5 plus stars for speediness, accuracy, and kindness.
DO NOT buy a car from them. The check engine light came on within 3 days of getting the car home, and within 2 months I've had to replace 2 catalytic converters ($2200) and the car still doesn't run properly. I'm selling it before I lose any more money. They just patch up broken down cars with bandaid fixes that last long enough for you to throw away thousands of dollars before you realize the car is literal junk. I trusted all the positive reviews, but those are for their towing services, not car sales. Just buy from a reputable dealer.
Robert was wonderful!! I was stuck on the side of the road, and even though it was ‘after hours’ he took the job and drove me home, all the way to Rochester! He even stopped so I could get a water at a rest stop! He was very friendly and laid back! Highly recommend this place!! Thank you for the wonderful customer service Robert!

Wailed a deer earlier and called my dad for recommendation on a tower as the car was totaled. He sent Rob from Druker Auto. First thing he did was ask if I was okay and preceded to help me with any important things I needed to take away with me. Loaded car fast as it was so cold and was on our way. Was very pleased with my experience at Druker Auto. As an elderly woman, I feel many take advantage but they treated me great and my vehicle was done expeditiously. So glad I was told of this place.
