Called to sell my truck, he sounded excited to look at it, made an appointment. Few days before I had some free time, called to check if he could look it over, but he was to busy. Drove the 20 miles there, he didn't seam to want to look it over, but he finally did, then said to many miles on it, after I told him the mileage over the phone days earlier! Wasted my time!

I located a truck at the dealership I was interested in. Called the dealership to see if it was still available and they said yes. I immediately drove 50 miles to drive the truck. I took it out and liked and was ready to buy. John drove my trade in but said he was too busy to give me a price on it. Said he would call me back. I ended up calling him at the end of the day and he informed me that he sold it out from under me. I was very surprised. I had purchased a van here about 2 years ago and it was a good transaction. I expect the same treatment from the big dealerships. Didn’t have the courage to call me and be straight with me. The kicker was that he said he wasn’t sure if the deal would go through because his buyer was having trouble with financing. I was all set up and ready to buy that day. Don’t buy the mom and pop story.
Bought our car there ,get it serviced there.....great experience.everybody has been nice and my biggest concern (when looking for a vehicle)was pushy,annoying sales people!!!!NOT here,you deal direct with the owner and he treats you just like one of his friends.
