All good things to say about this location. The entire staff is very accommodating and like any business, when they are busy just have patience. 5 star service!
Jay was incredibly helpful in researching what type of wipers I needed for the front and rear of my car, and he volunteered to help me install them. He made it so easy and the wipers are the best I’ve had in years. Thanks Jay!
I went to pick up a UPS package we missed delivery, a women there told me very rudely it's closed and to come back next week. Although they have no other customers in the store, she did not want to answer any questions and acted like wants me out of there in no more than a second. Very bad experience!
The manager of this place is a rude bully. Similar to the reviews you can find on Yelp, he purposely boxed our car in when we made an honest mistake in parking behind his store. When my wife went in to speak with him, he launched into a nasty tirade that brought her to tears. We would have rather been towed than have to be spoken to like this. Buy your auto supplies from someone who isn't rude.
My mom and I were incredibly impressed by their service. Janet went above and beyond to help my elderly mother with her car. I seldom see customer service this good anymore, particularly at a chain store. I highly recommend them!
Went in to get my battery tested and was told they don't do that anymore. I called their headquarters and they said that they do test.
Try hiring people who actually do their jobs or provide better training.
Just came from the store and shocked. Mistakenly I purchased the wrong product for my car 2weeks ago and came to the store for an exchange for the right one. The sale person is telling me I can’t do it without the original recite . I have the credit card that I purchased and my driver license ( a strong identification), he refused to do that by explaining some hacks and fraud that happened to other stores and telling me about did I hear the news. I’m like , it’s impossible to talk to him and deal with him. So, to me anyone can give the receipt to friends or relatives and come to the store and exchange anything to this guy without representing an ID ( which is not strong evidence to them) and it’s fine and ok. What a Joke.
Never expected this type of treatment in this business. I have 3 cars that I maintain them and I do spend products to keep them in shape. They just lost a costumer just for this lame treatment!
Came out to my car to find a dead battery-boo!Glad I could go get everything I needed to swap it out.Staff could not have been nicer and helpful.Had to buy a battery,socket set,and a car shovel to dig my way out of the snow.

Horrible customer service. The gentleman behind the desk did not even look up while I stood in front of him waiting to pay and ask a question. Other associates just lingered in the back room without a care. Another time I went there I asked for help and they just looked at me and said " if you can't find it we don't have it." I've lived here for seven years and each time I go there, the experience is horrendous. Will never visit again. Get with the program Advanced Auto Parts. ( Or not so advanced) Retail is in a tough state and you won't be in business if you don't provide good service.
Customer service at it's absolute worst. I parked in their 15-minute customer parking lot and made a purchase. When I came back out in 5 minutes their staff had boxed my car in. 10 minutes later they came out to move their car obviously upset with me and told me I wasn't allowed to park there and it was for customers only. I told them I was a customer and they said "well then park out front." Front has two spaces, both of which were taken when I arrived. I had passed the open handicapped space and the other adjacent open space labeled for the neighboring business but didn't want to use those for obvious reasons. Every effort was made on my part to park exactly where the signs indicated. The staff who boxed me in started lecturing about how everyone uses their spaces and that I needed to find a different spot next time. I pointed to the sign that says 15 minute customer parking and they huffed away to move the car.
It gets worse. I pulled out front but I wanted to get some clarification on the parking, so I went inside to speak to a manager, Fred. I asked about the 15 minute parking out back and he said "oh you're mad because you got boxed in". Actually I'm bothered that I got harassed after following all the posted signs that told me that parking there was appropriate. He got angry and said he doesn't know about any harassment and that I shouldn't park there and that I needed to speak to a manager and that it's a working driveway so I can't complain about getting boxed in. I did ask to speak to a manager and once again, the boxing-in isn't the issue it's the harassment. Apparently I'd have to come back tomorrow to speak with Paul, the real manager.
They mistreated a paying customer. It wasn't even the boxing-in, it was the attitude and lecturing they gave me that was disturbing. I'm returning my purchase. I'd rather give my money to a business who wants it.
Great deal on full kit for oil change. Filter, 5 quart gallons of oil. And a part that takes off the filter if it’s on too tight! Minus the filter part that was optional. It was $29 bucks! YAHOO! Haha! Guys are knowledgeable too! Recommend :)
Complete rip off ...55 dollars for wiper blades go to wallmart ..my daughter is a new driver went to marble Ave location to purchase them. Buyer beware...I guess that’s how you take care of a local customer.... shop elsewhere.
