Called for an oil change they’re pretty busy but even if I don’t get my oil changed here I just want to give 5 star customer service. Representative informed of what to expect and even took down my info and will give me a call if something sooner opens up. That’s what I call true customer service. I’ve called up dealerships and ‘professionals’ but nobody has taken the time and care like she did. Either way I’m definitely taking my car here in the future.

Broken down on the freeway enroute to VA and the tab at M&M worked diligently to get back up and running!!!!! Great service, great attitudes

Excellent in every way -- customer service, quality of work, attention to detail. They've been our go-to mechanic for several years now and plan to continue doing so for many more.

I broke on a pothole a wheel, which was unfortunately also discontinued. I was told nothing to do except changing the 4 wheels by them. I finally put my hand on one new wheel by myself, ask a simple tire mounting to see if everything could fit nicely first, and took time from work to brought them everything. I was welcome by a very grumpy attitude, definitely bothering as not a worthy customer for their time or whatever. The tire was not ordered (5 days later), and they wanted to keep my car for alignment etc... Their slogan should say "Do has we said and pay, or get out". Friendlier and very professional Services in the same street +++

I got two flat tires in two days. They helped me out of a bummer of a situation. Quick and friendly service. 👍

Can’t recommend them highly enough. Great people great business! Came in for an annual inspection of my Tesla. They took care of me despite a jam packed schedule. Really nice people! Would definitely come back for whatever other mechanical needs I have!

Paul- the owner honestly went above and beyond to help us. My family and I were taking a family road trip in our 99 Suburban all the way from Florida. Out of nowhere the engine just shuts off, on a busy highway with no shoulder! We called AAA, they said me and the kids had to find a way elsewhere or they wouldn't be able to tow us. So we picked this shop which was close by, knowing it was a friday afternoon and I called an Uber. Paul saw me get out of the Uber with two kids under 4, two carseats, and bags and immediately let us know that he was going to help us out and offered to let me come inside. It took a few hours for my husband to get there and luckily it was an easy fix- but he was so incredibly kind, and full of a lot of wisdom and skill. We aren't locals, but if we were, we'd always chose them. Can't recommend them enough.

These guys are the best! Saved me from buying an absolutely busted used Subaru. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and fair, and they were able to fit me in for an inspection despite their busy schedule. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We're from the city and were in the area running errands last weekend, when we got a flat tire. We had to order a new tire and leave the car until we were able to come back today. The other task was then finding a place nearby to mount and balance the tire, we struck out a few times until we were recommended M&M conveniently down the street! Didn't have to Uber to the Bronx and back! Thank you to the people here, we saw how busy you guys were and truly appreciate fitting us in quickly. Your service here is wonderful! Definitely in our contact list for emergencies in the future.

BEST SHOP IN THE AREA! Me and my family have been going here my whole life. Don’t bother with anybody else, from simple things like inspections and oil changes to more extensive repairs this is the place to go. Fair pricing and the owner and workers are all great guys. Glad to have a shop like this local to me, thanks for everything!

Paul takes the service of your car very seriously. They are meticulous which is great especially if you drive an older car. They do everything from tires to breaks.

Did a quick inspection for Fiat that I bought for the shop. Temp Inspection expired today and they squeezed me in. Thank you! Also not sure if it’s because of covid or it’s a usual thing but they put a wrap around my steering wheel and shifter so I didn’t have to Clorox it after the inspection.

Paul and his crew are awesome. On the way from Philly to Rhode Island Thursday night I got stuck in NY bc of a mistake another shop in PA made a few days prior (brakes were malfunctioning to the point where I couldn’t drive on the highway) Friday morning I was turned away by two Toyota dealerships bc it was a holiday weekend. I really thought I was stuck in NY till Monday.. but then I called M&M. They told me to come right over and they would “tear that sh*t up!” It was seriously the best experience I have a had a auto shop. They figured out the problem and got me back on the road in about an hour. It’s a no BS kind of place and they all work together. If I didn’t live so far away this would be the only shop I would ever go to again. Thanks Guys!

My car broke down in a place that was 2 counties away from my home. I called them because they were 2 blocks away Basically the mechanic had me and there was not much I could of done. Instead they did a basic fix to get me home and diagnosed the car for FREE on what was wrong and what could go wrong so I could give it to my local mechanic. Not only is it a great place. They helped restore faith in humanity. Thank you so much!

While I was traveling hundreds of miles from home, my engine gave me trouble. I was Desperate, but 2 family members highly recommended M & M Automotive for repair. M & M took me in straight away on a Friday. Paul diagnosed the issue and repaired my vehicle same day and it worked like a charm. I received an evening call from them to check on my safety getting home. Thank you M & M!

Pat and his crew are awesome. Reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. Pat worked on a starter issue for my Honda. It was a mystery as the usual fixes weren’t working, but he was determined to fix it and researched other solutions and we finally got it fixed (knock on wood it’s been 8 months ). I also took my car to another more local spot to me, and they gave me a price which seemed high. I took it to Pat and he was about $300 less. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough about these guys. They’ve taken great care of our cars. I pulled in today when my car suddenly started making a weird noise... 4pm on a Friday... with my 4yo kid in the car. They were so busy but hopped in the car to hear the noise and told me they’d take care of it on the spot. It was ready in an hour with a minimal tab. Thank you!!

I have tended to use the dealership for repairs and service, but I have always wanted to find a local garage I could trust and use, partly for reasons of economy and partly because I believe in supporting local businesses. However,I have had some bad experiences with local garages in Pelham. So finding M&M has been a relief - a real breath of fresh air. The owner, Paul, is smart and funny and down-to-earth. He comes across as honest and fair; I have yet to feel as though he's tried to sell me on something I didn't need, and I have been pleased with all my transactions with M&M. Recommended.

Paul, the owner is one of the few honest auto mechanics out there. My car had over 120K on it. The owners manual suggested changing the struts. I got estimates from a few shops in the area, all willing to do the job for between $750-$1000. Paul had done some other work on my car and I asked him about the struts. He took it for a drive, put it up on the rack and inspected the struts and said they were just fine, saving me all that money.

This is a great shop. There's been several times I had to drop my car unexpectedly and they always managed to fit it into their schedule and get it done the same day. They also stand by their work and I completely trust their recommendations.

Paul and his staff do great work. Weather if be just a simple oil change. Or changing my clutch I know it will be done correctly at a fair price.

My car lost power late at night on the Hutchinson parkway and so had to be towed. I scanned the internet for options and decided that M&M looked like they were trustworthy and could deal with a car mysteriously appearing there. Absolutely I made a great choice. My car was fixed the next day even though they were short staffed. The price was about the same as it would have been with my home mechanic. Paul is the real deal. BTW I also discovered Pelham is a gem of a small community.

My car had an issue with the brakes that sounded scary. I pulled off the highway a mile from M&M and was able to slowly make it there. I looked at the other reviews, which gave me confidence, and they were absolutely right. My only issue with this place is that it is not closer to where I live - otherwise they would become "my mechanic". Heck, I may still make them that. The service here exceeded my expectations, not only because of the friendly staff, but also because of the educational transparency in understanding what happened with my car. I am definitely not an expert in cars, so this is what set my experience here apart from others. Transparency, honesty, and fair pricing is key. I felt I got that here. 5 stars!

I take all my cars to Paul. They do great work and are honest. If he tells you something needs to be fixed, do it. If it can wait, he'll tell you the truth. I hope he never retires!

I went there because I read the reviews online and honestly guys, they are amazing at this location. They explained everything to me in a way that i could comprehend. They are so nice seriously, let me stress that: EXTREMELY NICE AND WORK WELL DONE. They don't try to scam you and they are honest about the repairs. I 100% Recommend them. Lovely people and great customer service.

I can't say enough great things about this shop. I have been to many service stations and by far these mechanics are the most professional and thorough. The owner, Paul, runs a great shop and genuinely cares about the customer. He is always professional, honest and is never pushes customers to get unnecessary services. Dedicated professionals like Paul are few and far between, so I highly recommend his shop if you want the job done right!
