Contrary to the Manufacturer, Mitsubishi which has been abhorrent with their post new car sale issues! Sav-Mor, specifically Frank, has been outstanding in all my dealings with them! I thank them emphatically!
I needed fender retainers for my Toyota Venza and was having a hard time finding them. I went to Auto Zone and they only had 1 pk and didn't offer to order. I then went to Advance Auto in Ossining NY and they only had 2 pks and Jerry offered to order more for us. We received them the very next day. I will travel to this store for ALL my car needs. Jerry is great! Customer service is impeccable and he was very polite. I recommend going to this store for your vehicle needs. Thank you Jerry!!
Have known the owners over 30yrs and the service has always been top shelf!!! Big chain auto parts store opens up two miles away. What the owners do........Re-locate and expand the business ten-fold!!!!! Didn't skip a beat!!!!!
