My friend and I had the awful experience of getting my Mom's car impounded from the police for a completely unfair state insurance policy. I was extremely angry and frustrated with it all. My nerves were shot trying to process an auto transfer to remove a suspended registration from the vehicle. I made many calls to Vincent's Towing and they were always friendly and accommodating and gave me the feeling they were on my side. I don't fault them at all and Andrew especially helped with options to get this all figured out. I can't say I wish anyone the misfortune of having to deal with Vincent's but they helped calm my nerves and worked with me to get things figured out. I am probably the first person in history to praise a shop that "jailed" my car but again I can't blame them. Thank you Andrew!
After a big crash - hit&run - (thankfully able to walk away), a Vincent tow truck appeared to take me and my car off the highway. I was shaking so bad in a state of shock, fumbling words, all while trying to sort out where my totaled car needed to go because it was packed full with stuff I needed for work the next day. Naren exhibited an amazing amount of patience and kindness. In hindsight, I probably would've had a major panic attack had it not been for his calm presence and willingness to explain things thoroughly more than once. Naren made sure I was as comfortable as possible while also being professional and maintaining clear instructions from his dispatcher. This man deserves a mid-year bonus or a raise! If you're in a scary situation, you want someone like Naren to show up and handle things. Will forever be grateful for Vincent Services and especially Naren.
I had the misfortune of a mechanical breakdown today fortunately it happened 15 minutes from Vincent's Towing garage , i was greeted by a young lady on the phone who had the most pleasant demeanor , she took my info told her my needs explained the fees , and less then 30 minutes the Heavy Duty tow Truck arrived the operator was professional the equipment was like new its back in my shop and my mechanics are working on it now the get it back on the road for the morning. if you are ever in need of a tow truck i would not hesitate referring Vincent's towing Thank you for your service today , Al C.
Last night I had two nasty blow outs and Vincent Service came out to rescue me. The tire size and rims that my trailer needed, most people don’t have in stock, but Vincent service did. They showed up and took care of me and got me back on the road as quickly as they could. Alvin and Dylan were great!! They were polite and professional and got the job done.

Company charges EXUBERANT prices. $220 for a gallon of gas while stuck on side of the road. If you have no other option in an emergency fine, but look around first and try to the help truck (free).
The company’s move is to provide the service (prior to mentioning price) and then price gouge you after when you are in a pinch. They will list a few reasons as to why the prices are so ridiculously high - travel, pay for worker, truck, overhead, etc.
It’s a gallon of gas and it took the worker 10 minutes. I would have paid $100 but $220?
If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and swims like a duck it’s probably a duck.
There is no reasoning that justifies that charge, but they will try whatever they can to sell it.

Just got dropped off after an unexpected breakdown on my way home from work. Naren saw me on the side of the road and offered help before I had a chance to even call. He took me to the dealership of my choice (which was definately out of the way). Great conversation and friendly throughout the journey. Naren, I cannot thank you enough!
The service at this shop is awful. The guys at the counter have an I don’t care attitude. Refuse to explain the charges to you regarding the bill they want you to pay. They communicate with a lady on the phone via text to see if the transaction goes through. A person was there to get their car out of impound. The old white guy stated to the person” payment must be in cash or zelle” basically a person can’t even use credit card to pay to get the car out of impound. This place is absurd in a village of Mamaroneck.
Faced with an emergency Vincent’s was professional and quick. Stuck with a damaged car on the side of the road, they dispatched Naren who was an utmost professional.
Naren quickly assessed the situation, was able to load the car safely and dropped me off at my location with ease. His steadfast and calm approach was exactly the best way to handle this evening roadside emergency.
High marks for Vincent’s and all due to Naren’s level of service.
If I could I will give them 0 stars, crazy price for nothing, they hook up our treiler and tow 8 miles, charge us 775$ per out and total was 4367.51$ for nothing! Terrible !

These guys are the best. I came in because my metal tire cap got stuck to my tire valve. The dealership at Hyundai wanted to charge me $400 for each tire to replace the whole valve system for two tires for a total of $800.
I said no and brought my car to Vincent's and they were able to take the rubber off the valve but save the sensor system replacing the rubber and getting everything fixed for under $200. Saved me $600 I will never get work done at my dealership again
Honestly don't know where to begin with Vincent towing service in specific Naren Beepat! His service was second to none, he helped me from start to finish with my Tesla when the battery died, he wasn't hesitant to help and explain to me the process with no attitude and was truly set on helping me out. He towed my car then drove me to the charging station and then waited till my car charged a bit to make sure I was 100% ok! I wish nobody is ever in my situation but if you ever in my situation don't hesitate to call Vincent towing and ASK FOR Naren Beepat!
Great company! The Port Chester High School Marching Band has used Vincent Service Inc. for several years to unload trucks with pallets of fruit for our annual fundraiser. The forklift operators come very early on Saturday mornings and are always helpful and efficient. Special thanks to Monica for making scheduling so easy.

I recently had to pick up a trailer that was towed by this exceptional company. Even though when picking up a piece of equipment from a tow company tends to be stressful due to the money that has to be spent and the red tape required to receive your equipment; the staff made it as easy an painless as possible. I have never interacted with a tow company that was willing to go out of their way to assist with transportation to and from lodging and ensuring that arrangements of lodging were secured before departing for the day. The lady behind the counter, Viola, went above and beyond in regards to her professionalism and general overall friendly demeanor.
