Absolutely terrible. Got a tow at 9:00 p.m. 1.5 mi away. Came in the morning. Found out that I was being charged almost $400 because it was after hours and they charge a flat $135 examination fee. But in order to get that information I had to be yelled at by a front desk worker who told me I needed to pay first in order to see an itemized bill. I told her I've never heard of that being the way any business operates, she told me people from the Bronx are all the same. Yes, I'm from the Bronx. I didn't realize we were monolithic. When I saw that they were quoting me for the wrong number of miles, she told me incredulously that she's never seen someone disagree over a couple of miles. So maybe the problem with us Bronx folk is that we don't like to be jerked around? In the end I paid $ $350 to have my towed a mile and a half. I had Cas Body Shop tow my car out of Vincent garbage shop 11 miles down to the Bronx for $150. All of this doesn't even mention that they were trying to quote me over $5,000 and to take their word unneeded repairs, including a supposedly completely detached front and back control shaft arm. When I got it to my shop the control arm was definitely bent but it wasn't detached. My Bronx shop quoted me 1900, incredibly apologetic that he couldn't get any aftermarket pieces for my car to lower the price.
The only bright spot of this shop is Richie B. The only person who spoke to me like a human. Avoid this place like the plague. Call Cas if you need a tow.
Tow driver Naren rescused me on the highway! They towed my motorcycle with a lot of care and was very patient with me, highly recommend for motorcycle towing!

Got stuck on the highway after my car overheated. AAA got me in touch with the NY thruway tow service which I guess works with Vincent’s. Since their shop was close to where I lived, it was easiest to tow my car to them. The guy who drove me was so nice. Told me all about the business and how it’s family owned. Dropped me off at home after the tow. Overall great service.
My car broke down on the side of i95 and I was referred to calling Vincent's. The tow truck arrived very quickly and used a winch to pull my car up the bed. My tow driver Naren was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable with how to handle the situation. He recommended that it may be my alternator that is the problem, and that I can get it fixed at Vincent's repair shop. He made sure I was safely in the tow truck before he started loading my car up. The man who primarily handled my paperwork (richie i think) behind the front desk was incredibly rude for no reason and would not let me take a picture of the bill the first time I asked. they charged almost 300 dollars to tow the car less than a mile for less than 2 hours. i understand that towing is an expensive service due to the equipment and labor involved but this seems quite excessive given the short distance and time. the NY state website lists just 185 dollars for a same day pickup regular tow. the employee who drove me to my car in the tow lot was much nicer, thank you to him.
