I am revising my original review after taking time to verify details about my visit.
I came in specifically to see and evaluate a particular vehicle and asked very clear questions about required features due to safety and medical needs (power seats, lumbar support, heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated seats). I was shown and allowed to test those features on a vehicle during my visit.
After later reviewing the actual listing and specifications for the vehicle being sold, I discovered the car does not appear to have all of the features I was shown in person. This was extremely frustrating and felt misleading, especially since I was encouraged to leave a $5,000 deposit during my first visit. I didn’t and Manager present got angry.
I also was not permitted to take photos during my visit, which made it harder to verify details afterward.
I am not saying every customer will have this experience, but I strongly recommend that buyers:
– Verify the VIN matches the exact car shown
– Request the original window sticker before leaving a deposit
– Confirm all options in writing
For a purchase at this price point, transparency and clarity should be standard. Unfortunately, I did not feel that during my visit.Feb 12, 2026 -
Wonderful experience with Larchmont Chrysler Jeep service center today. I had to take care of a recall on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Top notch, quick, courteous service all around. Shout out to James, Christian and Ernesto who helped resolve the recall and get me back on the road quickly!

I’m gonna start with zero stars.. I dropped off my husband‘s car yesterday to get worked on. I’m not sure for what I think. It was engine problem, and oil change. I asked them if I can have someone drop me off they said no no one is available and their service sucks, every other dealer in Larchmont or New Rochelle will Uber you home , I personally Driver GX LexusI would never buy a car from this dealer , THEY service my husband’s car and couldn’t even wash it and it was kept overnight

I really wanted to love this dealership, as it was one of the first places I visited after my car was totaled due to storm damage.
I had a scheduled appointment for 4:30 pm. Due to traffic and confusing directions that routed me through side roads, I arrived about 10 minutes late. The salesperson/manager I was scheduled to meet with told me he could not help me. He then remained seated at his desk in an otherwise empty showroom, with his feet up, playing a game on his phone.
Another salesperson, Brien, kindly stepped in and spent about 45 minutes showing me two vehicles. I ultimately fell in love with a Wrangler Sahara 4xe. After that point, the original manager reinserted himself into the conversation and strongly pressured me to leave a $5,000 deposit that same day to “hold” the vehicle. When I said I needed time to think it over, his interest abruptly disappeared.
I went home, did my research, and continued corresponding with Brien via email. I eventually made a reasonable offer on the vehicle, fully expecting a counteroffer. Instead, after following up, I was harshly told to stop “harassing” the dealership and was informed that the vehicle could not be sold due to an open recall they claimed had been disclosed previously.
This raised concerns, as I subsequently discovered a mileage discrepancy of over 1,200 miles between the dealership listing and the Carfax report, despite the vehicle having only been on the lot for approximately two months. I also independently verified that there were no open recalls on the vehicle — both through public recall databases and directly with Stellantis, Jeep’s corporate parent — neither of which showed a stop-sale condition.
Additionally, the vehicle was priced significantly higher than comparable used models in the local market.
Unfortunately, due to the inconsistent information, lack of transparency, and unprofessional communication, I’ve decided to move on and continue my search elsewhere.Feb 01, 2026 -
Before finding Larchmont Jeep we had trouble trusting other dealerships. The difference here is night and day. Mike and Eleanor were excellent to work with, trustworthy, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. The selection was excellent and the entire team took the time to make sure we found exactly what we needed. They truly care about their customers. Highly recommend, will definitely be back for my future purchases.

I had an excellent experience leasing my 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Ltd from Larchmont Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram—my second lease with this dealership. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. Special thanks to Eleanor Gulla, Michael Carrion, Lou Acosta, and Barbara and Cynthia in Service. Leasing or buying a new vehicle can be a major—and often intimidating—decision, but their knowledge, honesty, and guidance made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all.
The Jeep Wagoneer S is a fantastic all-electric SUV with impressive performance, beautiful exterior, amazing cameras, a luxurious and comfortable interior, a great sound system, and practical cargo space—including a front “frunk” for small items. With about 300 miles of range, fast charging capability, and zero emissions, it’s an outstanding vehicle.
If you’re looking for an honest dealership and a top-tier all-electric SUV, I highly recommend Larchmont Jeep and the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Ltd. You won’t be disappointed!Dec 17, 2025 -
I recently purchased a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler from Larchmont Jeep, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Eleanor Gulla was phenomenal — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I found the perfect vehicle without any pressure.
My flight was delayed, and I arrived much later than expected to pick up my new car, yet the team went above and beyond and kept the dealership open just for me. That level of care is almost unheard of today, and I’m truly grateful.
When I finally arrived, Louis Acosta took the time to go over the entire Jeep with me, explaining every feature clearly and patiently. His thoroughness and excitement made the delivery experience outstanding.
Shortly after taking the Jeep home, I had a technical question. Eleanor put me in touch with, Neville, their master tech. He immediately got on the phone with me and solved the issue in record time. His responsiveness and expertise gave me tremendous confidence in their service department.
I absolutely love my new 2025 Wrangler, and I can’t say enough good things about Eleanor and the entire team at Larchmont Jeep. Their commitment to customer service is truly next level. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, and exceptional car-buying experience.Dec 04, 2025 -
My daughter brought her Renegade in because the abs, 4wdrive and other lights and messages all came on at once. I've worked at a garage years ago and would never write an invoice/estimate like that. They claim both front axles and both front hubs are bad but don't give specifics. The vehicle was brought in to scan the codes and get an idea about what could be the cause. They did not list the codes anywhere.
More than likely it's just a wheel speed sensor. Obviously the computer knows what sensor is making trouble, but they choose hide it from the customer. Who does that? My daughter is little and looks like a little girl even though she is 26. The reason she brought it to a dealer is to get a honest and complete diagnosis. She didn't get that from them and they will not be getting her business!Oct 14, 2025 -
Lemon Larchmont Jeep Update : Unfortunately, you can’t travel back in time… I purchased my brand new Jeep in 2019 from Larchmont Jeep. I’ve always only gotten my Jeep serviced at Larchmont Jeep as well… To get to the review, I was misled by the quality of the services provided at Larchmont Jeep. These issues have gone into a third weather season. My troubles were unveiled one rainy night in February. The Jeep Death Wobble took me for a spin across a draw bridge crossing, into the highway divider. Thankfully there were no other vehicles involved, I was not physically injured, just traumatized and my Jeep was off balance. I immediately took my Jeep to Larchmont Jeep, explained the situation and they agreed to check in out and repair the Jeep. However, one problem led to another, we were charged for repairs and then we discovered the original problem- the axle was never repaired. Larchmont Jeep reached out, apologized for any inconvenience and offered to take in the Jeep again. Another repair and a few weeks later I hear a mysterious noise when I’m driving. I’ve made several attempts to call and visit Larchmont Jeep, but I keep getting told I’ll get a call back. It’s October… The person I need to speak to hasn’t called me back. I’ve waited long enough and cannot get over feeling cheated. Rather than wait longer any longer for Larchmont Jeep, I had my vehicle serviced elsewhere. Not sure what’s going on, but Larchmont Jeep has wasted so much of my money and my time. This has been an expensive let down. Rude… Imagine thinking your Jeep is in good hands with the dealer then this. I was sold a Lemon from Larchmont Jeep and now I’m being ghosted… Take your vehicle to a dealer you can trust. Google Jeep Death Wobble if you’re unfamiliar Be Well and Stay Safe.
Old Post: Larchmont Chrysler, Jeep will take care of you like you are family. I purchased my vehicle here in 2019. Now they can’t get rid of me. Lol! I continue to have my car serviced here, because they know how to treat the customer right! Not to mention they have great deals, a clean establishment and customer satisfaction is their number one goal. So thankful for them! Special shoutout to their customer service reps, they are the real MVPs!Oct 07, 2025 -
When my 2013 Winter Chill Jeep Grand Cherokee lost its "cool", I brought it to the dealer. The air conditioning system needed everything . The cost was high, but the job was well done. The AC works perfectly. But in the repair shop, there was body damage across the front bumper. I took the car back and showed James, the manager. He said he would call me. Shortly thereafter, I received the call from James to bring the car in for body repair.
I was so relieved.
I got the car back in perfect condition. The repair and finish on the body work was done in a very professional manner.
I appreciate that this was the outcome.
However customers remember to take your belongings out of the vehicle. My change purse with quarters was stolen in the process.
Again James, thank you!
My dog and I can stay cool again.
This is an update to the above review written in July.
I mentioned my change wallet was "missing".
Well much to my surprise, I was looking for another small wallet to put meter quarters in, I found the original wallet! I have to retract that statement.
I am now more than thankful for the work at Larchmont jeep.Sep 23, 2025 -
Very, very disappointed with my recent high-end Jeep 4xe lease with this dealership. Feeling very misled, particulary by T, the general manager; certain terms were not discussed openly prior to the transaction, feel like a shell game was played with me and I don't appreciate it at all, particulary with a big purchase like this. This was a very different experience vs our first Jeep with them in 2022

After setting an appointment online and going in for scheduled appointment I was told my car would not be able to get serviced until next week because there are no spots available. Very inconvenient for me to take time out my day to come especially when the system allowed me to schedule an appointment and I received confirmation. Shouldn’t have an online platform if it’s giving false information.

This place does customer service right. Friendly atmosphere and Sales department is professional. The manager was easy to talk to and Brien is knowledgeable . I had a smooth time getting a new car. Very professional and a breath of fresh air.

HORRIBLE PLACE! really was considering taking my truck for service despite what i have been told , the older lady was rude and asked me why i didn’t do the oil change at my dealer where i work at . i told her i rather have the RAM dealer service my RAM truck … the dealer should really consider getting new service advisor that are more approachable and not pushing money out the door … it doesn’t matter if i work for a dealer i wanted a RAM dealer doing it ! TERRIBLE !

Continued top service by the most trusted and helpful people. I have leased multiple times from Jeep Chrysler Dodge. Lou Acosta is outstanding and iI will continue to see Lou for all my car needs. GM Theon has a heart of gold, and works his magic to make things work each and every time and I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for me and my family. These two individuals I’ve always made me feel so welcome and cared for there are no words and I would never go anywhere else. If you have a chance to buy or lease see Lou snd Theon- unmatched knowledge and csre.
Also kudos to Barbara in the service department who is always so warm and helpful. All great great people.
Also, I have been driving a Jeep for three leases now and never had an issue. I love how my car rides snd go back for the same exact model.Jun 06, 2025 -
Larchmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is fantastic from beginning to driving your car off the lot! All of the sales people are friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the cars and work with you to find the best car for your needs. I highly recommend buying/leasing your next car from them!

Worse parts and service department. Don’t believe the reviews they harass their customers with email after email to get a good review and if they know that the person is unhappy with the service (my case) you won’t be receiving a review request. Recommendation is if you have a free service of any nature check it out at the check in and ask to be notified of any charges and it’s amount before the service is done. I got my card from this dealership and I absolutely love the sales team (especially Brien) but when it comes to the service department run and fast and as far as you can.

Servicing your car at this dealership could jeopardize your safety and well-being. I hope that I can save a potential victim from being scammed out their money and given a car that is unsafe to drive after paying to have it serviced.
I spent $3,200 on a diagnostic and service based on the result of the diagnostic. I was told by their mechanic that my car seemed to have a life expectancy of AT LEAST another year after getting the repairs that they suggested done. His professional assessment influenced my decision to proceed with the repairs. I was told I needed to fix my front calibers and my battery voltage was low and should be replaced soon. I asked if the mechanic found any other problems and the receptionist told me , no .
So I went to go get my car from their parking lot . As soon as I tried to make a turn my steering wheel locked up. I was still on the property of the dealership so I walked back inside told them that something was wrong with my car. Their mechanic came out and was trying to convince me that the car was okay after witnessing with his own eyes that the car was driving straight although the wheel was locked all the way to the left . The steering wheel became more and more heavy by the second . The mechanic told me that I should get my front calibers done with another trusted mechanic and get a battery from Walmart to save some money and once I make those changes everything should be fine. Since he is the professional, I trusted his guidance and tried to leave their parking lot . I drove down the block and all the lights on the dashboard came on and the wheel was too tight drive properly.
I came back to the dealership immediately. The mechanic then took my concern seriously and said that he would have to do another diagnostic to find the problem . They close early on Saturdays so he was preparing to go home , so they said they would call me on Monday . All I was thinking about was the fact that I could have drove this car on the highway and gotten in to a really bad accident.
I explained to Eleanor Gulla (the owner) that I was paying for a rental car as I was waiting for my car to be fix and that I should not be responsible for paying for any additional services that were not mentioned in the initial diagnostic .
After analyzing the conversation at the end I asked her for a refund or to have my car repaired she declined to give me service or a refund .
Days went by and their General Manager Theon and their Service manager gave me a few calls to try to figure out what happened and to see if I would trade in my car or pay an additional $5,000 for non-guaranteed services . They were very polite , but their owner didn’t want to compromise.
I explained to the service manager that I was given an unsafe car to drive after it was supposed to be fixed and it did not come to this establishment in that condition. Anything could have happened to me . He understood and admitted that the car was not safe to drive because they found issues with the brakes after I brought my concern to them.
Fast forward to today 3/18/2025- I came to pick up my car with a tow truck because it was not safe to drive. However, the owner Eleanor Gulla did not release my keys to me because she was trying to force me to sign a paper that stated I refused services and that the car was unsafe to drive . This information on the paper was false and was never given to me. I never refused services . This was the game she wanted to play to cover her inadequacies .
I called the cops since her staff was instructed to keep my car keys until I signed . The Police came and effortlessly got my keys back and I eventually towed my car off of their lot .
I lost $3,200 and a car , and after all of that the last thing I thought I would experience was this , but this experience will help the next person before they step foot in this establishment.Mar 20, 2025 -
First time dealing with Larchmont Jeep. I visited a different dealership before coming to Larchmont and was pleasantly surprised. They were knowledgeable, transparent and professional. Will recommend to friends and family.

Mike Carrion is AMAZING!. I brought my Jeep with him. He went above and beyond to answer any questions and even took the time to show me how some special features on my car worked. Even after the sale of my car whenever I call him with any questions he gets right back to me. I recommend anyone buying with him at Lachmont his customer service is absolutely impeccable!!

1st time dealing with this dealership and it certainly wont be the last. Set an appointment to look at a few vehicles. Was expecting to be pressured which was the complete opposite of what we experienced. Theon and Louie were very professional, honest, prompt and knowledgeable with replying to my follow up emails with questions regarding the vehicles we had looked at. Never at any moment did we feel pressured or if we were being misled. Theon and Louie made the entire process comfortable. Jack in finance worked with us and got us a better interest rate than what we had gotten from my bank and credit union. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. 100% would recommend.

I recently had another incredibly frustrating experience at this dealership’s service department. I went in to address a recall on my steering column after being told over the phone that the repair would take about an hour. The representative also mentioned there was a second recall for the battery, but that update wasn’t ready yet, so I’d need to handle it later.
When I arrived, I ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes only to be told they didn’t have the part for the steering column recall. Instead, they performed the battery update, which I don’t even use since I don’t rely on the electric features of my vehicle. This felt like a complete waste of my time. I could have come on another day when the steering column part was in stock.
When I asked when the part for the steering column would be available, I was told it would take another 15 minutes to check with the service department, by the same representative who I originally spoke on the phone with to schedule the service. Since I had to leave, I asked if she could call me back with an update, but the representative refused and said I would have to call them myself. She then mumbled under her breath something to the effect of the shock of her calling me to provide me with an update as I walked out.
This whole experience has been beyond disappointing. Why wasn’t the part in stock before I came in? Why can’t I get a straight answer or a simple courtesy call? On top of all this, I can’t even make an appointment to avoid wasting time, there’s never a loaner car available, and the overall service is disorganized.
This is the third recall I’ve had to deal with in just 1.5 years, and every time it’s been a headache. Because of this, I doubt I’ll be renewing my lease when it’s up. The lack of preparation, communication, and customer care is unacceptable. There are many other Jeep dealerships in the area, which have better service for their customers.Dec 15, 2024 -
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Jeep dealership. The customer service is horrendous across the board, from the service department to the sales team. The service advisors are incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I brought my car in for service, they acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help or even answer basic questions.
As for the sales department, it’s no better. I spoke with more than one salesperson, and both were condescending and seemed to have absolutely no product knowledge. I asked about a specific vehicle, even went as far as to provide the stock number and VIN to make their job easy, and they still had no clue about their own inventory. It was clear they didn’t care about helping me or understanding what they were selling.
Overall, this dealership lacks professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you're looking for any type of decent experience.Oct 22, 2024 -
I highly recommend going to the Larchmont Jeep team! This is the 8th Jeep myself and my family has had. My family started working with Eleanor in 1999 and always come back for more. Just picked up my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Overland this month. Eleanor makes the experience easy and always keeps us happy. If you are looking for a long standing relationship and outstanding customer service you are in the right place!

I went to Larchmont Jeep because I was disappointed at another local dealer (no one acknowledged me). Within 2 minutes of walking in I was greeted by Lou. The original Jeep I chose (a 2022 Rubicon 4xe that was on the floor) had a technical problem. After much hair pulling, Theon the Sales Manager suggested a black 2024 High Altitude 4xe. These guys were great at holding my hand thru an initially bad situation. I absolutely love the High Altitude 4xe that I got and I have Theon & Lou to thank for it. I highly recommend Larchmont Jeep if you’re looking for top notch service and who isn’t?

Definitely would recommend anyone buying a used
or new vehicle. Brien in sales and Jack in finance. They
are very professional to the point. Jack got me a low
Interested rate on my truck. Can’t say enough good things about those guys. Need a car go see those guys!Nov 16, 2021 -
10/10. Would highly recommend. I went into this thinking it would take hours, more than a few back and forth’s…and give me a headache. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up the car, so I was worried it’d be for nothing. I couldn’t have been any more wrong. The car I fell in love with on their website was exactly what they said it would be. We were able to do everything online before I even arrived so I was in and out QUICK! My 4xe was charged, clean and ready to go. Mike showed me everything on the Jeep and the finance department was on their game. No drama, no headaches. I would go back there.

Went in to the dealership randomly on a Sunday and was lucky enough to have Fernando greet us. He showed us a few pre-owned Grand Cherokees and we immediately fell in love. He set the right expectations with us and answered all our questions! The overall shopping experience was AMAZING & the customer service from Fernando, Jack and the rest of the team was nothing short of STELLAR!! Definitely recommend!
