He is honest, fair, and will always check with you before starting any work that wasn't discussed or if the price will be different than originally quoted. Whitehall will always let you know what maintenance is likely due soon and lists these items on bottom of invoice. They work on all kinds of cars and trucks. Only had good experiences here. Highly recommend Whitehall!

The crew knows their stuff, they do a great job.. Prices are higher than average but you get what you pay for.. The business is VERY BUSY from open to close which is a good sign.

The owner, John, is not only polite and curdious but also extremely intelligent, he knows what he's talking about and could probably be a professor at an automotive college. Best car service with best prices cant believe I wasnt taking my car here sooner. Highly recommend for any job, even high-end and complicated to work on cars, all the mechanics know what they're doing.

Most honest and trustworthy auto shop I've ever been to. It can get very busy (because everyone wants to go there), so it's best to call and schedule something a few days in advance. John and his team are great.

LAZY UNPROFESSIONAL UNEDUCATED TERRIBLE ETHICS 1ST VISIT I BROUGHT MY CAR IN DUE TO A BURNING SMELL. AFTER REVIEWING MY INVOICE AND THE WORK DONE (a new alternator) I STILL HAVE A BURNING SMELL. AFTER SPEAKING WITH AN AUTO PROFESSIONAL FRIEND OF MINE HE INFORMED ME THEY WAY OVER CHARGED ME FOR PARTS & LABOR! 2ND VISIT HE LOOKED OVER THE CAR AGAIN TO ID THE BURNING SMELL AND FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM! RIGHT NEXT TO THE ONE THEY JUST FIXED!!! THE OWNER ADMITTED TO OVER CHARGING ME. THEN OFFERED TO TAKE THE AMOUNT HE OVER CHARGED ME THE FIRST TIME AND PUT IT AGAINST THE NEW BALANCE - WOW THANKS?!!? 3RD THE BURNING SMELL I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE FIRST TIME IS STILL THERE! I TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEAL. THEY SAY I HAVE TWO VERY OBVIOUS OIL LEAKS (causing the burning smell) AND ARE SHOCKED THEY COULD BE MISSED BY ANYONE!!!! THE FACT THEY HAVE “Guarantees” AND A “Code of Ethics” IS BEYOND LAUGHABLE!!!

Love these guys, great customer service, never a bad experience and they are always willing to explain what's going on, what's an immediate need and what to keep in mind for the future. I moved down county and still go back
