I had the pleasure of meeting AJ, my tire busted on the highway, he was quick and efficient. He took the time to listen to me and even gave great advice. Also very patient I talked his ears off.

The tow truck driver tried to convince me that my insurance company wouldn't cover a free tow even though it does. The driver also told me that I wouldn't get a free battery even though I was entitled to one under my warranty. When we arrived at the dealership, the tow truck driver told the dealer that my car started on its own even though it doesn't. He wanted to just get it off the tow, which would have left my car stranded in the parking lot and required me to pay for a jump start. I had to intervene to tell the dealership that it doesn't start on its own which required the tow truck driver to jump start it again and have them drive it in.
It was a very weird and bad experience. I called the service company, and they did apologize.
Kevin was amazing! I need roadside assistance with my dead battery. He arrived promptly. Our car alarm wouldn’t stop going off and he stayed with us until we figured it out.
I believe Robert helped me out and he was my life savoir! Beyond thankful for him and how much help he was when my car died on Saw Mill Parkway. I’m not from the area and he was so helpful in finding me an auto shop that would look at my car same day. He was super friendly and reassuring. I just cannot thank him and RJB towing enough!! Unfortunately, I had a flat tire yesterday and Washington towed my car to the shop I requested. I was so impressed by his professionalism and how accommodating he was.He was competent, pleasant, respectful and made a very difficult situation as easy as he could for me. I would certainly recommend him and this company
What a night! Huge gash in my tire unexpectedly! I called RJB and Washington came to my rescue! He arrived so quickly, assessed the situation and was fixing the tire before I knew it. He changed it so quickly and made sure to tell me about how fast I could go with my spare, so that I could make it home safely. Trust these guys! Local saviors! Thank you again!!!!!
Fast, professional and courteous. I needed to have a flat changed in my driveway — Wash arrived promptly (and earlier than initially quoted) and worked quickly. He even took the time to show me where/how to access the spare. Great experience, highly recommend.
The driver Wash was amazing. He got to my car extremely quickly and was very communicative through the whole process and I would definitely call this company again for any of my needs. Wash also made sure that my dead battery was not any other issue he was great

My car wouldn't start. I tried for an hour and had no luck. Had to call Geico for service and they sent RJB. I couldn't ask for a better company to tow my car. Xavier was AWESOME. He was respectful, helpful and very early. I highly recommend RJB and Xavier.
Wash from Rjb was wonderful! He was efficient and courteous and was able to tow my car to our service station in Mamaroneck just as they opened. I absolutely recommend Wash as well as Rjb Service his employer.
I was helped out by Mr. Wash. He was extra careful with the whole towing process. From the beginning of the pick up, to the drop off destination, Mr. Wash was extremely professional and courteous. Did everything with attention to detail and with safety in mind. Made a bad experience with my car relaxing and stress free.

I called late night afterwork for a flat tire. Wash came right on time and was beyond professional. I would definitely use them again. He got my car and myself home safe!
As the owner of a local business, and after having the owner state a local towing price for our business, we were charged about 50% more for a tow, and charged sales tax; which we aren't required to pay for a resale situation. We called dispatch later that day, got an excuse for the higher price, and got told that it wasn't worth their time to refund even the sales tax (even though their trucks pass by here every day). I would've continued to use them if they had credited the sales tax, but since they wouldn't, our company wont be calling them anymore.

My son was in a accident and had to get the car towed. The guy who towed the car was nice and provided me the info to get the car.I Called the next day and spoke to jay he was very nice and helpful even thou I thought the price was high he gave me some options to help. when I went to get the plates off ray was nice and allowed me to take my radio out the car. He also had a form for me to salvage my car because I couldn't find the title. Marcelo was super helpful.He help take the plates off the car and registration and just made things super easy. When anybody gets towed we all get upset because of the prices but we need to understand this is a business and this is part of the process everywhere . I am highly appreciative of the friendliness and helpfulness of everybody there who made the process easy and provided excellent customer service . I would highly recommend RJB Towing there very honest and up front and also provided Excellent customer service.
Had our car impounded and had to deal with all the stress of getting it released. The only part of the process that was easy was dealing with the towing company. The service manager was nice to my wife, who was having the worst day, the gentleman answering the phones was nice to me and helpful in getting it released, and the driver, Kenny, was an absolute delight and was one of the friendlier people I have met in NY. Being nice and easy to work with made the painful process less painful and I truly appreciate it and I feel is lacking in a lot of today's establishments.
Fast and reliable. My 17-year-old son's first car, and first blown tire. He called me for help. By luck, I googled Rjb Service; called them. It was night, they sent someone right away to help my son put on a spare. Reliable, pleasant, reasonable price. Highly recommend. Great service.
My Insurance company arranged for RJB to come and tow my car because I and the 1st roadside assistant they sent me couldn't get the flat tire off. When RJB got here (early by the way) the driver asked if I wanted them to try to get it off. I said Yes! He checked with his dispatch to see if it was OK, they said yes and about 3 minutes later my spare was on the car! Thank you for saving me a tow and hours of waiting at the service station, I appreciate it!
Husband's car stopped and the insurance contacted them. They were supposed to arrive within an hour with the app showing that the driver was on their way. After waiting over an hour with no show, called the company and they said they cancelled. No notice, no phone call, no nothing. Not like they did not have a number to contact if they were not going to show up. If they could not show up, they could've at least had the common courtesy to contact us so that we could contact the insurance or made our own arrangements elsewhere. Instead, they did not reach out to us or our insurance. Ridiculous business practice with total disregard for their customers.
On May 20, 2021 after agreeing to the address for my car battery jump service request with the RJB Service Station/Towing through my insurance company, I waited thirty minutes for their tow truck driver to cover the 22 minute distance of where I was located, for their driver to call me to accuse me of providing the wrong address. There was consensus on my address with the RJB Towing office. The driver was argumentative and I told him I didn't want to argue but needed him to aid me. The driver said he was coming. Instead the driver cancels my service request with my insurance company right after I spoke with the driver. I called my insurance company right after this call with the tow truck driver and the insurance company tells me that RJB canceled on me. I was on the service road. What would happen if I was on the highway? Extremely rude, unprofessional and dangerous. They are supposed to know the area they service. The driver never made an earnest attempt to find the location where I was especially as I explained it to him like a baby. RJB Service Station/Towing has no conscience leaving a woman on the side of the road and being disrespectful stating I gave the wrong address when the tow truck driver and his RJB office dispatcher don't communicate properly? And having the gall to cancel my service call without consulting with me especially when he said he was coming to help me! My regular mechanic made a courtesy ride and found me and started my car in two minutes. RJB Towing-you should be put out of business. And I will let my insurance company know!
I had a tire blow out the other night, far from home, in a not-so-safe area. I called for roadside assistance. RJB responded and their driver Marcelo (?) was fantastic. He kept in touch with me on his way, stuck around until an Uber came to get me late at night and he let me know once he dropped my car off for service. He took the edge off an otherwise unnerving experience, which was greatly appreciated.
I had a wonderful experience with one of your drivers. Kenny, was a great help and very accommodating. By far the best experience I've had regarding my vehicle ever. Seriously, impressed!
I only had one question there was a $25 toll fee that I paid but did not get a receipt for. If someone could get that for me it would be greatly appreciated!
My car was towed as abandoned property while I had covid. Due to quarantine requirements I was unable to pick up my car for 10 days.
While the experience could have been a five star one, a few things made me take off a few stars:
1. They were willing to listen about my covid diagnosis and did provide a reasonable discount on the bill. This is where their niceties end.
2. I went to go get money from the bank (they are cash only) and they started to renegotiate the charges. This is where the stars come off. What kind of reputable business would do this ?
3. They also suggested I call my insurance company for “roadside assistance” in order for an additional discount to be provided.
Overall what could have been a five star interaction with them turned into this two star review.
Overall lesson learned with rjb. Have the cash in your pocket otherwise these guys will attempt to renegotiate and take you for your money!
