My car was damaged at the car dealership and sent for repair to your shop. I went to pick up the car and the damage from the dealership was 50% remaining. After an additional 2.5 weeks of being at your shop, I picked up the car today and some scratches from the dealership remains as well as over corrections of a buffer/polisher. Attention to detail and detailing of the car wasn’t accomplished!

Wow!! Drove up with my Volvo not making any sound at all! John and JP took care of me like family and they had such great energy to help me quickly and kindly. Thank you so much.

definitely recommend. While communication wasn’t always the strongest, they did an amazing job replacing my quarter panel and even fixed another separate issue for me. I admit I was a bit impatient because of the slow updates, but they were very reassuring in the end and the quality of the work speaks for itself.

I had my BMW x6 fixed here through insurance (Allstate) I have a mixed review about this auto body shop, I will definitely not chose this auto body shop if I need to fix another car. I had a nightmare dealing with this repair , I first got it fixed & picked it up on August 5th thinking it was fully repaired and when I got there I checked my vehicle, come to find out, they had missed two damages on the vehicle due to car accident, they had to order the parts, waited, took it back August 28th , picked it up , one part wasn’t fixed because they couldn’t program the car. They also had to re-order one of the parts , waited for it to get delivered, I took my car back to them on October 13th since I never got a phone call that the part had been delivered to the shop. I had to call, set up a date to take it. I got my car back on October 14th finally fixed of all damages. Mixed review because everyone there is polite and respectful. Everything was fixed with out hesitation. Especially when one of their workers damaged my tint on my car. Headache due to taking long for parts to get to auto body shop. Everyone has different experiences, mine was definitely a headache car accident happened on July 14th and my car finally got fixed of all damages until October 14th.

They had my car for three weeks and each time I called for an update they were always incredibly helpful and responsive. It’s very clear they have a great team, all the way around. They even changed out my dead bulbs for me after body work was completed free of charge and my car was super spiffy when I picked her up! Thank you for all you hard work, and for making an insurance repair as painless as possible!

This shop has become my go-to place for all my Mazda auto body work. I found this body shop after another body shop could not get to the bottom of why my hood was vibrating after a replacement hood was put on it. Mazda referred me here and it’s the best thing that’s happened. Not only did they handle the insurance side of things but they got to the bottom of what was causing my hood to vibrate, patiently. They fixed the parts and even buffed/polished the car so that everything looked brand new (apparently something they do for all customers). This body shop worked well with me as a woman and I felt like my concerns were both heard and addressed, with no pushback, instead of the treatment I’ve received at other car places as a woman. 10/10 will be back!

Their work is impeccable! When my car was returned, it looked better than the day I drove off the dealer lot - (both inside and out!)! The whole repair process was seamless, from initial intake/estimate, handling details with the insured driver's insurance company, drop off (they also were kind enough to call the rental location for me), communications via email and phone calls along the repair process. Excellent repair experience. Not only the body works of the damaged location, they cleaned the engine bay and buffed the entire body! They are very busy, but very organized. I received the repair status every time of completion of every step. The repair of this fix was a liability by another driver, but I would also use this body shop if I had own accident.

I must say, I really love how Joanne and John have been attending my husband and I. They took really good care of BOTH our vehicles. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. My car has been through a lot with other people’s reckless driving over the past few years and it’s hard to find a body shop that you can really trust. A rare find !! I am so impressed with Bronxville Auto Collision! In searching for a certified Honda repair shop in the area, I came across Bronxville Auto Collision which had great reviews online so I decided to give them a call. I immediately felt comfortable and knew I would receive great service … they were very informative and explained everything to me about the process. I brought my car in and met John and his staff and they exceeded my expectations every step of the way! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did — my car looks brand new, repaired and painted perfectly and believe me, I inspected every inch! I brought my 2020 Ford Transit Connect after being rear ended on the highway, John and Joanne were true professionals and my truck came out like it was brand new. They even touched up some other minor scratches I previously had on my vehicle, they are Ford certified and that was a plus for me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Original Review: 10/21/2021 First of all, thanks to everyone at the shop and special thanks to John, Joe and Melinee. This shop did my day when I went to pick up my car! I really care about my car and am very picky when it comes to leave her somewhere such as maintenance etc. My front bumper was slightly hit by a careless driver and we got some damage. Nothing dramatic and mainly cosmetic (scratches and 1/4 inch torn at the corner which was visible. Since I was parked and at no fault I didn’t want to live with it so I started the process to be covered by his insurance. Everything went smoothly and I started looking for a good body shop. I asked friends and colleagues, searched my brz/frs/86 platforms, and asked Subaru dealers. Finally came to a decision and it was Bronxville Auto Collision. At my first visit I met Joe (shop advisor) and Melinee (admin). Both were so friendly. Joe directly came with me to check the car, called the insurance company, and informed me that they will give a call once it’s handled with the insurance. 2 weeks later I went again to the shop to meet the adjuster. He took pictures informed me about the procedure, and transferred the initial estimate to my account. Immediately, Joe and Melinee scheduled the drop off and a week later I left the car. As I said, I am picky!!! I took the daytime running lights and side marker off (received them from Japan) since they are attached on the bumper and I didnt want anything to happen to them. Just left the stocks and informed Joe about it. In the past I experienced so many thing at other places (broken/missing parts, dirt and oil inside and outside the car etc) so I just wanted precaution. When I went to pick up my car, I was glad that I choose John’s place! I really appreciate the work and the care they did on my car. The job was done PERFECT! They did care for every little detail. Paint job is outstanding! Even every single clip for the inner liner was the stock! In general mechanics break them or loose them and replace with after market poor clips. Moreover, they also repaired some of the nut dents that was bothering me all the time. THANKS for that too. She was like the first day I got her. When they installed the bezels and my license plate holder mounted on the tow hook on the bumper cover they were so careful finishing everything without a single scratch. Once we were done with the car, they walked me through each step they did and also gave me all copies including the order receipt of the genuine Subaru parts they installed. Everything was transparent and they answered patiently every question I had. This is how you built up trust and will recommend a business to anyone eyes closed. Guys! Again, I appreciate the fantastic job you did. After all, I have no doubt that the paint is done well with proper preparation and will not come off after some time. I will definitely follow up. But for now, I am a very very happy customer. Thanks to all in the Shop!

First off I want to thank the team at Bronxville auto collision for fixing my babe! She looked brand new just fresh off the lot! Best body shop I've been to. Very professional and friendly staff that seemed like they really cared about fixing my car, not just getting a quick job done. They fixed my left rear bumper and panel (main issue), but also took care of a water leak they noticed. I've had issues with overspray in the past, and had no issues here. Definitely going back for any future body work.
