Wilbert's U-Pull It JunkYard in Williamson Township (NY)

Did my interaction with Wilbert' U-Pull online, was contacted by the tow company the next morning and they had a driver coming shortly to pick the vehicle up. The tow truck driver called to let me know about when he would show up, arrived at that time and was a nice person to deal with. Would recommend this company to anyone needing to have a vehicle removed. Thank you.

Its $2 per person to get in the yard. This place is usually always busy and has a big organized selection. Check out was fast and easy as well. Jay was awesome. He had what i needed and was extremely friendly and about business. Got a good deal on a used tire and would definitely recommend this place to others. I usually call 1st to see if they have what I need.

From the beginning of the quote it was very easy. My vehicle was a good running car but rust got the best of it over the years. Buyers window people were excellent to deal with. If you want to sell a car hassle free and not worry about buyers remorse. Wilberts is the way to go!

I have been looking to replace my van. So my FB was getting stuff from the dealerships that I was looking at. A post from Wilberts came up so I went to the site to see how this place operated and if they could take my van. Otherwise I would just scrap it. I went to the page that generated a quote based on some information and seconds later I was told a dollar amount that I would get. It was a better quote than I would have gotten from the scrap yard. Now the amount was based on the ability to drive it there. You will get less if they have to come get it, which is reasonable. The next day I got a text from them seeing if I was still interested in selling them the van. I thought at first it was computer generated! After several texts I asked them to call me. Mindy was not AI generated! I asked if the quote I got was a way to get me there then they would give me less because of what they may have "found". She said no, that that was the amount. I told her to save the quote and in a few days would decide. I went in, they took information and then checked out the van, then I was paid. Simple, straight forward and quick. Thank you Wilbert's! I know that the parts will bless someone that needs them!

Unprofessional, misleading, and non understanding. Their other location in rochester NY blew them out the water in customer service. Spent 30 minutes looking for something that wasnt there after they told us on the phone prior to arriving to the establishment. Once realizing that what we were looking for wasnt there, we decided to leave, An employee had told us in a rude demeanor that there wasnt any of what we were looking for and proceeded to walk away without letting us ask any questions, after the fact they had provided us with incorrect information. This was in Elma NY, 550 pound rd.

Huge place full of cars, trucks, motorcycles and everything in between that have been junked! They have every vehicle lifted up in the air (see pics), carts or wheelbarrows to use. 2$ to get in. Bring your own hand tools.

At wilburts u pull it junking my 07 chevy tahoe was very easy and the cash payout was very worth it. I enjoyed there whole process . Stress free operation.

Spoke with a gentleman on the phone looking for a price on a transmission, he got vocally annoyed when I told him what I was offered elsewhere. After stating I would just wait to get the part I needed from TOLPAs he scoffed and just hung up the phone.

It was a process made very simple. I called and they answered promptly and gave me a quote over the phone for my car. They were great with follow up and scheduled the pick up of my car at a time that was convenient for me. Thank you!

Lines and lines of car. You pull all parts on your own. They have great prices for the things you pull. All the cars are jacked up so if you want to grab tires or rims they are available too. It’s a $2 entrance fee but it’s worth it. It’s just fun to go and check out honestly!

I called ahead of time coming from niagara falls and they said They have the vehicle that we're looking for so now we get here and they tell us it's in row 78 when they only go up to 48, which they should of told us. Now after walking the whole thing 3 times we decided to give up and come to the front and find out. That the slip they gave us was for Rochester. And when I ask for a refund back, he walks away. The respect and professionalism is nothing compared to the wilburs in rochester! Me as a business owner that I am if My staff or I make a mistake, I'd give the. Refund back, but i'm not gonna sit here and hide your fight for 5 dollars. Is the principle of me coming 40 minutes away? I'm walking the whole yard three times and the fact that he walked away as if I was a problem asking for my refund has me baffled. I'd give a no star but the option is one star or so. It's highway robbery. The one an elma is compared to nothing in rochester like I said.

Use to like this place, but I return something that wasn't the right one, and they just give me a store credit something that make o sense but totally understand . but I lost it because it expired in winter, and I did not want to be pulling parts in cold weather .

I recently sold my vehicle to Wilbert's U-Pull It and they paid me more than I expected. They picked up the vehicle at the arranged time and everything went very smoothly.

Asked about rims available on a Hummer H3 in the yard in Williamson NY and they couldn't tell me if they were available over the phone even after I explained i was over an hour drive away. Spent over 2 hours driving, $20 in gas, and only took me 5 minutes after getting there to find out the H3 had no wheels. Asked to have my $2 back that I paid to get in 5 minutes prior to finding out i wasted my time for no wheels and they said no can do. Can't waste gas money or my time on parts they can't tell me are available over the phone or online. Very shitty experience.

It was fast, the employees knew what they were doing, they pay cash on the spot if you bring it to them. Highly recommend!

Well organized and clean yard for pulling your own parts. If you've looked online and know where the cars you neef are you can just go to it. Otherwise the attendant can print you out a row list where all of the cars you ask for are located. All of the cars are raised off of the ground on rims supporting the frame so you can get access to everything without a jack needed. If you think you're going to be laying down though you should bring some carpet to lay on because it's pretty large gravel. Unfortunately they only had one vehicle of the type I was looking for and it had been pretty well picked over though I did see a Subaru Justy out there which I thought was neat.

My truck would cost more than it was worth to be repaired and without having a place to store it, I reached out to Wilbert's. We did the whole thing via text. I met the tow truck driver at the vehicle where the transaction was completed. Pretty simple process.

Asked if they could kindly see what Group 65 Batteries were in stock before I drive 45 mins and the lady who answered the phone was very very rude and told me she would not be doing that for me and nobody else is going to either. Very odd behavior from Wilbert’s. Have been coming here for 10+ years. Lost a customer today
