They were fast, friendly, and helpful. I just answered a few questions online about the car I was getting rid of. I quickly got a cash offer back and accepted it . The next day the tow truck operator reached out to establish pick up time. She was friendly, professional, and there when she said she would be. Easy peasy.

I called ahead of time coming from niagara falls and they said They have the vehicle that we're looking for so now we get here and they tell us it's in row 78 when they only go up to 48, which they should of told us. Now after walking the whole thing 3 times we decided to give up and come to the front and find out. That the slip they gave us was for Rochester. And when I ask for a refund back, he walks away. The respect and professionalism is nothing compared to the wilburs in rochester! Me as a business owner that I am if My staff or I make a mistake, I'd give the. Refund back, but i'm not gonna sit here and hide your fight for 5 dollars. Is the principle of me coming 40 minutes away? I'm walking the whole yard three times and the fact that he walked away as if I was a problem asking for my refund has me baffled. I'd give a no star but the option is one star or so. It's highway robbery. The one an elma is compared to nothing in rochester like I said.

Its $2 per person to get in the yard. This place is usually always busy and has a big organized selection. Check out was fast and easy as well. Jay was awesome. He had what i needed and was extremely friendly and about business. Got a good deal on a used tire and would definitely recommend this place to others. I usually call 1st to see if they have what I need.

Huge place full of cars, trucks, motorcycles and everything in between that have been junked! They have every vehicle lifted up in the air (see pics), carts or wheelbarrows to use. 2$ to get in. Bring your own hand tools.

Mindy gave outstanding service and was very helpful. The tow truck driver was very courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a very smooth process.

I love this place Ian’s I love the people who work here.. God bless you all sometimes it’s not the parts we go buy but the piece of mind to stroll around and take a break from the outside world. Don’t take 2 bucks for granted take a break and walk and be at piece with self.

This was my first time at this yard Yard was very organized and cars were all elevated to allow easy access Picked a part for my wife’s Mini Cooper for $12 that would have cost over $200 new. I will definitely be returning in near future

Lines and lines of car. You pull all parts on your own. They have great prices for the things you pull. All the cars are jacked up so if you want to grab tires or rims they are available too. It’s a $2 entrance fee but it’s worth it. It’s just fun to go and check out honestly!

Well organized and clean yard for pulling your own parts. If you've looked online and know where the cars you neef are you can just go to it. Otherwise the attendant can print you out a row list where all of the cars you ask for are located. All of the cars are raised off of the ground on rims supporting the frame so you can get access to everything without a jack needed. If you think you're going to be laying down though you should bring some carpet to lay on because it's pretty large gravel. Unfortunately they only had one vehicle of the type I was looking for and it had been pretty well picked over though I did see a Subaru Justy out there which I thought was neat.

The staff was very professional and helpful. I received a very nice price for my truck. I will recommend this business to all my friends. Shout out to Mike and Jorge. Great people. :)

Wilberts was very easy to work with, they gave me the cash offer quickly over the phone. I told them the automobile was on a city street so I had to get it picked up pretty quickly. They said they could do it within 24hrs but would get there as soon as they could. I agreed and much to my surprise they called back and picked up the car within a few hours with cash in hand to pay me. Very smooth transaction. 👌

The gentleman that picked up the car was very nice and sympatheitic. I was the original owner from the showroom till now.13 years. I was heart broken. Very pleasant and great personality.

One of the best around,clean yard ,cars all up off the ground easy to work underneath,they tell you with printout paper to easily locate vehicle, have wheel barrows to put parts in so you don't break your back, engine A frames to pull motors,A+++ facility, I drive 1 1/2 hours to get there

They managed a less than 3 hr. same day pick up for the car I scraped, paid me very fair $ and the flatbed driver was very professional and nice mannered

The quoting process via the Wilbert Website was fast and easy. Got a call from Mindy and set up the towing service and a polite tow truck driver showed up the next day, we filled out paperwork, and the deal was done. Easy as could be. Only fitting that the old van headed to Wilbert’s U-Pull-It - a bunch of her parts came out of that recycling center (“boneyard” back in the day). I LOVE the option to still have a pull it yourself yard, especially one that is so organized. Been doing business with Wilberts for over 40 years - nothing better than a warm summer day and just walking the yard and looking at wrecks.

They were awesome, while I was at work they stopped by my house to pick up my rusted 2009 Traverse and paid my wife for it. They were very kind and informative with my wife when she asked them questions about what was going happen to the vehicle and not rude with her at all.

All around great experience. I called, they quoted a price and within a couple of days (by my choice) they were here to pick it up. Very smooth load up and the two truck guys were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They have picked up cars, trucks and now a van from us, will definitely use them again!

Our old vehicle finally was too expensive to repair. Called Wilbert's and set up a Saturday pickup. It went very smoothly and no problems. This is my second use of them and will do so again when rust wins again.
