Called to have an old mini van picked up. Have used them previously and was satisfied with the service. The employees I have talked to regarding pick up have always been friendly and explained the process. The towing company they used also is easy to.work with, they call when they are headed to pick up your vehicle and what time they will arrive. Have twice had a woman driver on the tow truck, she is also very friendly, and very capable doing her job. I had a tricky pick up. a vehicle that had been sitting in the yard at least 10 yrs, and was missing one wheel. But she looked it all over and in not much time had it on the flatbed and was strapping it down. All parties are professionals and know their job. Would highly recommend Wilbert's is you have a vehicle ready to scrap.
I’ve had great experiences with Wilbert’s for over 10 years, but this was my first time at the U-Pull It in Williamson. I needed a knob for my car & just wanted to put it on myself. The staff was awesome! They got me signed in & helped find the vehicle options I had at their location. They were patient and explained how to find the vehicle on their lot. It was a little intimidating to walk out & see all the vehicles, but everything was well-organized, well-marked, and signage was very clear. I was able to easily locate the car & part that I needed. I’m not really a car person and only required a small part, but it was amazing to see the parts & vehicles other customers were working with. Checkout was smooth & easy back through their main building. I left with a price list after asking a few more questions. Grateful for Wilbert’s & their staff!
I needed a seat track for my 12 Focus. The parts man at Van Bortel said it was obsolete and to try Wilburs. I've been to Auburn pick and pull but Wilburs is way better and closer to home.
It was my first time there did say they had 2 of my car but when I got there there was only they have to keep up on there inventory other it was good I dove for an hour to get parts from them if good but I come back again if need and I did call before I came
First and last time coming here. Dumbest rules of all the junkyards of every yard I've been to from Florida to New York to Louisiana and everywhere in between. Need an ID just to buy an engine or transmission. Can't bring in a drink into the yard on a 90° day. Can't even smoke a cigarette in the yard. You have to get their inventory number off the vehicle you pull a transmission or engine from and will make you walk back to the vehicle to get the number. I'd rather drive another 35 minutes out of my way past this place than ever go back here again.

Wilbert's u-pull it website made turning in my car for recycling easy and fast. I submitted the website form and a Wilbert's representative immediately communicated a cash offer that was acceptable. An independent towing service was provided and loaded the car and paid cash within a few hours. As always, great service from Wilbert's in Williamson, New York!
Communication could have been better. i got a call from someone at dispatch saying he was picking up car that day shortly. I was not prepared as we were out of town and had not gotten cars ready for pick up. But other than that the driver who did pick up our two vehicles was very nice and courteous! Was pleased. This is second time I have used them and would use them again if ever needed

If you know how to wrench you can save $$$, I scored a jumpseat console that usually goes for $400-600 online in good condition, for 22$ after a quick clean up easily could've paid 200-300 online. As well as a fender for my car for 30$ in the same color as my car. Well organized inventory, the site is super helpful, telling you how long things have been on the lot, along with the inventory notifications letting you know when new cars hit the lot.
I only give it a two star because It has been good for awhile up until recently where they have been trying to charge more for certain items that for the past 6 months I’ve been going to Wilbert’s have been a certain price, but today when I went I was pretty mad I was purchasing 3 fuel rails that I spent about an hour getting off 3 different vehicles, just for me to get up to checkout and the lady tried telling me it’s 6 fuel rails even though I’ve bought that same item dozens of times from all locations and they have always considered it 1 fuel rail not 2. She tried to explain you could take them apart which you can NOT that fuel rail it is not ment to be taken apart and put back together otherwise when you go to put it back on the vehicle it will not seal correctly, and leak. After I tried to explain that she went and got her manager who said the same thing so I said I didn’t want them, so I went to another u pull it place and took off the same exact part, and the guy at checkout said that it is 100% considered one fuel rail, and you are not suppose to separate them. Even when you look up the part number on the dodge catalog you can’t even get a single side nor anywhere on the internet. They definitely need to be more knowledgeable on the stuff the business sells.
We were happy with the quote from Sharri and the service when we brought the car in. Evan was very pleasant to work with. Shared a few memories from Spencer's racetrack. This was the least stressful car transaction I have ever been a part of. If you have the time and patience to list your car and deal with appointments , showing, haggling, payment, etc, go for it. If not, I recommend going with Wilbert's. I felt they gave us a fair price.

From the beginning of the quote it was very easy. My vehicle was a good running car but rust got the best of it over the years.

Unprofessional, misleading, and non understanding. Their other location in rochester NY blew them out the water in customer service. Spent 30 minutes looking for something that wasnt there after they told us on the phone prior to arriving to the establishment. Once realizing that what we were looking for wasnt there, we decided to leave, An employee had told us in a rude demeanor that there wasnt any of what we were looking for and proceeded to walk away without letting us ask any questions, after the fact they had provided us with incorrect information. This was in Elma NY, 550 pound rd.
Huge place full of cars, trucks, motorcycles and everything in between that have been junked! They have every vehicle lifted up in the air (see pics), carts or wheelbarrows to use. 2$ to get in. Bring your own hand tools.
Its $2 per person to get in the yard. This place is usually always busy and has a big organized selection. Check out was fast and easy as well.
Jay was awesome. He had what i needed and was extremely friendly and about business. Got a good deal on a used tire and would definitely recommend this place to others. I usually call 1st to see if they have what I need.
Lines and lines of car. You pull all parts on your own. They have great prices for the things you pull. All the cars are jacked up so if you want to grab tires or rims they are available too. It’s a $2 entrance fee but it’s worth it. It’s just fun to go and check out honestly!
