I just picked up my truck after having the Crossroads team tackle a laundry list of problems. They contacted me with an honest assessment of the issues, provided me with a quote that didn't change after the service was completed, got the work done in a timely manner, charged reasonable prices for all the work done, and left me with a truck that feels brand new. They beautifully welded my new exhaust components, leaving me with a super quiet vehicle that I didn't even recognize after turning the key! I can't tell you the last time I've been this satisfied with a mechanic. So very pleased with my experience!

7-10-25 Just visited Crossroads again today and found the same great service. Took my Honda in right on time; knowledgeable; wonderful people to do business with and very fair pricing. Always fair! Honest and dependable. Repairs are always top notch I never have to bring it back for them to fix a repair they have done. I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. The prices are more than reasonable. They don’t put just average parts in my car always the best parts. They want to fix it right so you’re not bringing it back in a few months to get the same thing fixed like other repair places. Always honest respectful and make sure they explain things in a way you can understand. Mike and his crew are the best! They are the best around for all your auto needs. Top-notch friendly staff who always go above and beyond to help their customers. They take the time to explain any issues about your car and why these issues may be coming up. I had originally taken my car in for a routine oil change. However, the night before my appointment, my check engine light comes on. So when I took my car in, they checked the issue for me. They explained what the issue was, what was most likely the cause of this issue, if the issue would affect the safety of my car and self, and things to look out for as a just in case. They had me in and out quite fast and they are affordable as well. 10/10 would recommend

My car died and had to be towed to the shop. I was greeted immediately and treated with respect and consideration. I am a single older woman and have experienced condescending comments from other shops but never at Crossroads. Within hours my car was fixed and I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost to repair. I trust Crossroads completely and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mike and James, you guys are the BEST!

Thoughtful service, they reuse old parts when they can, they estimated up front as if they couldn't and final bill was lower than estimated instead of a surprise the other way around. They also fixed a misfire issue my prior mechanic couldn't.

Needed brake work done. All my questions were answered. They diagnosed the problem and explained how the repairs were made. I have confidence in the repairs that were completed. The brake pedal travel is much improved as well as the firmness of the pedal when applying the brakes now. Very pleased. Only the work necessary was done, although there were recommendations made for future work to be done. I will be using Crossroads Automotive in the future.

I brought my classic car here to be looked at. Mike is very knowledgeable and did not guide me wrong. He was able to lay out the issues and concerns and indicate the best bang for the buck, he did not try to oversell me. I have just found a new shop.

I have been taking my car to Mike, James and crew for 7 years and they always take such good care of it. Their attention to detail, knowledge and customer service is second to none. They always take the time to let me know exactly what’s going on with my repair and what to look out for in the future. They even check in with the estimated price for the repair as they’re working on it, absolutely the best repair shop I have ever been to. I’ll be a customer of theirs for life, they treat you like family and take the care that you like to see in your vehicle.

Great people, they do everything to the best of their ability and they are always up front and honest. My Dad and my brother use them as well, and not once have they let us down. Absolute Auto arnt even in the same league as these guys.

Service was excellent. I waited for the oil change and tire rotation. Only took about 15 minutes. Very courteous and trustworthy staff. Never try to sell you something you don't need. I always use this shop for my auto repairs and maintenance.

James got my snow tires approved for my company vehicle very quickly. Tires ordered and put on in no time at all. Got me in and out fast. Thanks for great service guys!!

Good for small jobs. Bigger jobs not so much. Went in for an alignment. $800 later the vehicle is still not quite there. They did bring it back in and rotated the tires free of charge.

Moved from California in 2015 and worried about car servicing without the technician I trusted for many years. After checking out service stations in Wayne County, I stopped in Crossroads and was so impressed by Mike and James. Not only are they friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, but they worked for Toyota years ago and have a soft spot for my dear 1995 Tercel. I've had several oil changes, new timing belt & all that involves, had a leak fixed, and snow tires mounted each winter. Always satisfied with their service and appreciate their advice. They can explain to me in terms I understand. They know I'm a senior with a limited budget and a wish that my car will last as long as I do, and I believe they take my safety and true needs into consideration. As I've waited for my car during oil changes, have had several opportunities to talk with other customers -- all who share my comfort level and satisfaction. I recently moved from Walworth to Fairport, but am willing to drive back to Walworth whenever I need service because I trust Mike and James entirely. Trust is a major factor when choosing any facility, and not once have I left their business feeling I was being duped or overcharged. NOT EVER. Love these guys.

We've taken our vehicles here 4 times now. They're very friendly and always communicate any problems before taking action. I love this place in comparison to other garage I've taken my vehicles too and will continue to take them here even if it's more of a drive. They're great.
