They gave me a price and when it was time to pick up the driver was give a lowball price due to engine knocking even though I said it had a engine knock and said engine was most likely needed to be rebuilt before they gave me a price. It did start and drive. These people are ridiculous don't use them

I had a 2000 Honda Accord that had reached the end of it's life. I gave them the details of the car and was directed to a Peddle.com which was also excellent. I was given the highest offer out of every place and tried and the entire process was seamless. I was very surprised how well everything worked out. They walked me through each step of the process and they were here the next day, cash on hand, to pick up my car. Driver was very friendly and on time. I was use this service again without question.

They offered me $150 for my old car. Then told me they could only do $120. When I said I won't sell it for less than the original advertised price they told me to send them photos, and I did. They waited a few hours, then sent me a text saying "they can 'increase' the amount to $120!". Clearly not paying attention to the original amount at all. Disrespectful and terrible user experience. I went with Clunker Junker and they actually increased the amount that they originally offered me.
They say that once you accept an offer it 'locks in' the price but that is also a lie. I accepted the offer made to me online and was instantly told that it would be less than what I was quoted. Place is a scam
This was a very smooth and through process I was impress. The moment I contacted them through their website with the information on my car withing 15 minutes I had an offer and a phone call explaining the process and who would be coming and what day to get the car. The offer was double what anyone else was offering. The day of the pick up it went without a hitch, truck pulled up, handed me a check and was gone in about 15 minutes. I recommend this company!!
I had a stellar experience with these people. I accepted my offer over the weekend, they called on Monday and my truck was picked up on Tuesday. They gave me way more than the dealership would have offered for my 17 year old vehicle. Pickup was seamless. The tow driver cut my check and loaded it up and left. No fussing around with potential Craig's List buyers.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My car was suppose to be picked up and I never received a call. A few days later I call med to have it scheduled to be picked up, AGAIN, and never received a call. I needed to grab a few things from the car and when I arrived at the location my car was, my car was no where to be found. I called to see if anyone knew where my car was and was told it had been towed. No one had called to inform me they were moving my car, along with not receiving my money or my belongings. I waited to hear back, as one of the women said I would hear from someone that day, and never did. I called the following day and the same woman told me it was her fault no one called and it was her 2nd day there and that's why things got screwed up. Said she would call me back shortly after speaking to her boss, to which she never called back. I waited an hour and 30 and decided to call. When I did she answered very unprofessional and shoved me off to her boss who had no clue what was going on and proceeded to bicker with me over the phone, even lying and stating my car had been towed over a week ago, even tho he had just told me my car was being towed that day. I DO NOT recommend these people to anyone. STAY CLEAR!

We had our car towed and sold to Junk Car Medics. The process was ok. In the end the vehicle was sold, but we had issues. The original pick up time for the vehicle apparently the tow company missed the appointment. So I sat around for a couple hours, and they never showed up. Then the 2nd attempt, they showed up around 45 minutes late after I called and asked them if they were indeed coming. In the end the car is gone, and I got $145 for the car, so for that I am thankful.
I called several local services that advertise that they pay top dollar for your car, or we pay $1000 cash for your car. That was not the case, when the final word was in, I was offered a quarter of what Junk Car Medics offered me. At first I thought it was a scam, who quotes you a price on line and sticks to their word. I answered the questions and I was quoted 4 times the amount I was offered by the local gimmicks. Still too good to be true, I advised my son who's car it was, but it was in my name, that he should not count his chickens. This was an online place. I told him when it is all said and done, I will let him know but we will probably have to call the local people after all. Within 10 minutes of my online quote and after I selected "I Accept Offer," I received a text and an email with instructions and the instructions could not have been any simpler. Click the link in the email and create an account and the text gave me a phone number to the local towing company that would be picking up the car. Within two hours I received a phone call from the towing company and they made an appointment for the next day. I was so skeptical that when the towing company showed up, I would not give them the title until I confirmed the driver had a check, then I confirmed the check was real. I went one step further, I took pictures of the tow truck, the driver and the process in case it was a scam. I have since cashed the check, they have the car and I got 900.00 more than the local quote. TRUE STORY!
Okay I want to help make your experience great when your trying to sell/junk your car.
Everything up front seemed easy. I put my information in and the I received a offer right away. I received a follow up email asking if I wanted excepted the offer. After accepting the offer I told them where to retrieve the vehicle. Then I received a phone call asking if they could call the location to make sure I didn’t owe anything. That is when the problems started. The associate that took this info and made the call to the shop. Made that number my primary number. So when it was time for them to retrieve my vehicle they were calling the shop the whole time. I choose the 8-12 window and around 11:30 no calls yet. So I called them. They explained they didn’t have the right address 🧐 like really? Why haven’t you called me? Oh we meant too? Then he says we’re coming to get it by this evening. Around 3pm I call and he says we already picked it up... I’m like how? I have the keys and the title and my tags are still on it! The big problem I’m doing a selling transaction and I haven’t been paid!!!! Needless to say it took me until 5:30 pm to get this straightened out. This business along with the tow company they used were very unprofessional and very disorganized. Would not recommend them unless you have no other choice 😫

Got an offer for $1175 when I filled out the online form. When I accepted the offer I had to give the VIN to complete the transaction. But the next message declared the offer no longer valid and lowered it to $700. Stopped the deal there. Who knows what the next offer would be... Avoid Junk Car Medics/Peddle
