If I could give zero stars I would. Very disrespectful bought a car from someone and someone stole my title and the person I bought the car from is not helping so the dmv told me to call the buyers on the title they continued to keep hanging up saying is this that girl and that they are not helping me because I didn’t buy the car from them and that I lost the title when someone stole it !!!!! No sympathy and they said they are going to tell the buyer to give me a call when that’s what they should’ve don’t in the first place I wouldn’t even think abt buying a car from these birds u can tell they don’t like they job or think too highly of themselves
Was looking to build my credit and Scott said he get it done he got me approved for 19 jeep cherokee latitude plus been a great jeep browns definitely stands by their 30 day warranty and after that you have whatever warranty you pay for and can take it back to browns or other dealers at first I was frustrated but unfortunately browns has a point my jeep driven great first year feeling like its having issues but just me being paranoid 2027 march will be 2 years I owned the jeep it still running strong no check engine light passes inspection each time cant fix what dont throw codes or check engine light like browns explained so I totally would go back to browns they have been great people and i would walk in and apologize for my attitude if needed a oil change or service again they havent done me wrong if they honestly had a plow truck sense getting ready purchase a house id go back for another vehicle Scott does really give it his all to get any approved they detail vehicles before letting leave the lot they just make sure everyday customers are just 100 percent satisfied which will make you feel appreciated

Brian in sales at Brown Brothers was fantastic and went above and beyond for me to get me in a new vehicle even with my credit not being the best he worked very hard to find me a bank that would accept me and to get me a payment that I could afford being a single mom. He made me feel very comfortable through the whole process not like he was just trying to sell a car he made me feel like he cared genuinely about my situation and wasn't just trying to push me into a car to just sell a vehicle. Everyone else at Brown Brothers has been just as helpful and so nice! I highly recommend these guys!!
After having multiple issues with my own vehicle, I thought it finally may be time to look for another vehicle. After some searching I stumbled upon Brown Brothers Automotive. Right from the start there was no pressure, openess and an easy, simple purchasing process. I couldn't be more pleased than I was with Brian and how very simple he made everything come together and in no time at all I was driving a really cool car for a vary fair price. Again I would like to thank Brian for his hard work and making my life that much easier.
I have been taking my vehicle to Browns for a couple years now. I have never been dissatisfied, the crew there is knowledgeable and friendly. I even get it detailed there which they do an amazing job at. When I am in the market for a new rig, I will call them because I know they will not steer me wrong.

After weeks of trying to find the perfect third row vehicle for our family we went to brown brothers & found a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. From the start Scott told us he was going to get it done & he did ! It’s been 10+ years since I’ve had a vehicle I loved & was proud to drive & can finally saw I now have one. Got my car 3 months ago, something was going on..Matt said bring it in the next day and fixed what was wrong! Had no issues at all ...Hands down the best guy! Hands down the best place. Can't thank then enough for not giving me a problem and it being done in 1 day. Highly recommend!!!!!
Monica in the service department is very efficient and helpful. She was able to get my car in for an oil change and service before my family and I took my Subaru on vacation in a timely manner! Very fair pricing too! I appreciate bringing my car somewhere I know I won’t be taken advantage of.
Bought a Jeep Wrangler here which is an absolute beast and I love! But it didn't start out quite like that. Brown Brothers awesome staff are absolute rock stars because after I picked it up and got it home 80 miles away it turned out to have a couple of serious issues. They worked with me and local service centers to fix everything at no cost to me even covering an out of warranty service. Buying a used car can be a bit of a gamble but with Brown Brothers I had nothing to worry about!! I absolutely recommend Brown Brothers Automotive
A huge shout out to Matt in the service dept. Such a great guy. Stopped by yesterday with somewhat of a problem i was having. Matt came right out,looked the situation over and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond what others would do. You have a great guy there. Very happy with all the employees at Browns Brothers.

Bought a car from these people 2 years and 3 months ago I thought at first they were good helpful people trying to help me under the circumstances. Unfortunately not the case, the car which had 61,xxx miles on it when purchased now needs a whole new engine. Mind you, I’ve kept up regular maintenance and taken very good care of this vehicle in the short two years I’ve had it. I still owe a good chunk of money and am now in the predicament of not being able to have a vehicle because I was essentially sold a lemon. When I called the maintenance end of this company I talked to a very snotty rude woman (whose name I can’t recall.) I never even received a call back. Terrible customer service. If you’re looking for good actors brown brothers has the best in town they will make you believe they care about getting you into a safe reliable vehicle when in fact they’re money hungry pigs like the rest of the dealers. Sad and pathetic. Save yourself time money and energy go somewhere else
My son Josh suggested that I go see Larry & “Coach Seeley” at Brown Brothers! Scott Seeley greeted me when I walked in and listened to my wants and needs. He than took me out to the lot and showed me an absolutely beautiful 2017 Chevy Suburban. It was love at first sight! Larry the owner and Scott gave me a really sweet deal which I immediately accepted complete with a very good warranty! Just for the heck of it afterward, I ran a Carfax and found this vehicle was taken care of flawlessly. Thanks for going to great lengths to find really good quality cars and offering such a great, quick, comfortable and efficient sales process Gentlemen! VERY PLEASED!

So please with my purchase from Brown's brothers Pat and Scott are wonderful to work with work with. This is the 2nd time I bought a vehicle from this crew and I'll tell you I have never seen a more diligently fair and honest dealership. I will purchase cars from them in the future as well and and recommend stopping by and meeting them at least they have a great inventory surely everybody finds something they want.
