Hey there earlier today the employee wasn't there and the sign said was out for lunch and the light was on it said open and it was around 4pm and we waited for a couple minutes but there was no one there was a lack of communication

I brought in 1200 pre counted cans.the machine work fine, and accurate slip printed. The cashier however shorted me $13 when I addressed it she was unable to provide the slip i gave her. First and last experience

They are NEVER open and it's extremely frustrating when you load your car with bottles and get there and they're closed. Website hours say open but nope no one is ever there, and you can't call ahead to find out if anyone is there because the phone number doesn't work. They should sell it to someone who can run it.

These people are crooks!! I’ve been returning cans here for the past year for the Christmas savings thing, and then I go to pick it up and they told me they don’t have any record of my cans. Don’t go there!!!!!

Went today after work . I was there at 3:09pm. And the door was locked no sign stating they were closing early. Door said until 5pm on Saturday. Need to better communicate with the people. And the associates that work for this company need training about customer service.

This place is NEVER open. Even when they should be, lights are on, sign says 5pm and it's 3:45, they are not open. Lights on, door locked. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else!!!!

This has been my favorite place to return bottles and cans. But within the last two weeks I have been trying to return my cans and bottles and they haven't been open. I called this afternoon and they said they're open till 5pm, here I am in the parking lot at 3pm and the doors are locked. And someone is in there.Guess I'm going to have to find a new place.

Closed again. Second time this year. How long would it take you to update your website. 5 minutes. It would have saved me 1/2 an hour. First time shame on you. Second time, shame on me. Third time. Nope, No third time.

The bottle and can redemption process is quick and easy with the automated system. The machine sorts and counts and prints out voucher to bring to cashier. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Not open on a daily basis. Kind of inconvenient for older or handicapped patrons who load up their car and drive there only to find it closed.

I but 3 stars cause it’s a neutral comment to help customers really. They are closed on wednesdays and sundays even though it’s says open doesn’t mean it is just saying.

Have been trying to stop to bring back my returns but doesn't seem to be open when they claim to be. Trying to call to verify if they are going to be open is a waist of time because nobody ever answers the phone. I'm giving up on this place just like I gave up on the redemption center in pottersville for the same reason. I'll just return them in one of the centers in glens Falls while I go down to shop.

Appears the phones must always be down, as no one ever answers the phone when you call with questions. Hours online and appearing on the door don’t say anything about lunch hours. Showed up a little after 1:30PM to find they were closed for lunch and would be back at 2:10PM. Living far away I had to wait, but this would be nice to know in advance. Also, machines are not accurate. I counted all bottles prior and the machine was off. Would be nice if they took pre-counted bottles, but you have to stay and wait. You can also choose to have an account and build up your deposit, but what if you have money saved and they go out of business? Doesn’t seem too feasible. Overall, could be a much better operation.

Stopped in yesterday with almost $40 worth of cans. I was thinking it would take forever. They have a new sorting machine that had me in and out in 10 minutes. The young man working was courteous and helpful. You just dump cans, bottles and plastic in the bin and the machine does all the sorting.

We stopped by today (2:05pm) thinking now with the new machines it would be quick and easy. Walked inside with our 1 bag, my fiance greeted the female employee "how are you today ".. I noticed a silence. So when I looked up the employee scrambled towards the main door and ripped a piece of paper down, rolling her eyes at the customers. My fiance then asked if they were not open (open sign showed outside!) And the grumbled snark response was "not suppose to be, the machines are down "... ok, you just got new machines to count for you. Does that mean you turn away customers? Doubt that bc door wasn't locked. I bet the boss (I would have!) said count out the 1 bag!!! Or why be open at all? Lunch at 2 in the afternoon with doors unlocked?! Throwing attitude? I was embarrassed! I told her I was sorry to bother her to the point of her unprofessionalism!!! Never going back while that little girl is employed! She should not be in customer service. I will do my part to share the word! This business acts like your bothering them when everytime we go there ?

Brought back several bags of bottles and cans all sorted. Was told to tag them and place outside. Used duct tape and labeled every bag. Was told "give us a few days". Here it is 10 days later and 10am no answer, I understand busy times but come on!

Went in and returned several (52) bags of cans. Was told because it was a large drop that I would be called in approximately 4 days and would be able to pick up my cash. It’s been two weeks with no call and have called several times and no answer at the place. Terrible all around. Do not recommend

Incredibly rude. We went to bring our bottles back, and he told my mom she wasn’t welcome because she stopped there the week before and exchanged numbers with an old friend of hers, and the owner swore and yelled at them and threatened to call the cops. The owner has a foul mouth and no respect towards customers.

Absolutely the most disrespectful, vulgar mouthed unprofessional people I have ever encountered . I certainly will never return there , or recommend this place of business . The young man and his co worker Rachael both need to take lessons in kindness , and perhaps go to business school to learn skills on how you treat customers . I venture to say they will not make it in our little town of Warrensburg from reading their reviews and hearing from many others having a similar experience .

We had our cans counted and tagged with the amount 350. They were in a big clear bag so obviously they could see. We have never had a problem till now. The girl Rachael, counted 333, I just laughed and brought the other two bags back to the truck. Never go there again, specailly when you take the time to count your returns to make it faster to return them for their convenience and ours. Never again.

Went in with an accurate count of 818 returns . They insisted on counting and gave me $ 37.40. First and last time going there.

The staff has always been very patient and friendly. They explained the ins_and_outs of what items constitute a 5 cent return and what items are only recyclable (Gatorade bottles, Crystal 1-gallon plastic, Pure Leaf Real Brewed Tea, etc.). Be a little patient during the busy times. Oh, and be sure and put all glass bottles in one of their provided cardboard containers, i.e. do not mix glass with the plastic and/or aluminum containers.

We have never had a bad experience here up until today. The reason for the 2 Star is because I was so offended by the rude staff. The one girl Rachel , was probably one of the nastiest individuals I have ever seen in a customer service position. She should truly rethink career/job choices. We walked in with approx 10 -12 bags of uncounted water bottles and cans (all the bottles were separated from the cans) In my experience, most hold about 40-50 bottles. It truly is a 10 minute count, if that. The entire place was empty with 2 girls there and a kid mopping the floor. It was 4:00 pm on the button . Rachel says “ Are they counted?” I said “ oh, not this time, but they are separated.” She says” well, you will have to drop them off and come back as during summer hours we are busy “! ( with TOTAL NASTY attitude) I looked around and said “ There is nobody here and you close at 5pm and I just came all the way from Bolton . I don’t have time to come ALL the way back over for $20 . I then said the owner has never had a problem with counting them and we have been customers for over a year. She then said “ well, if the owner was here he would tell you the same thing . I ‘ll get him on the phone and have him tell you!” I said “ Great! Get him on the phone!” She then said “No!! I am NOT calling him at 4 o clock on a Saturday!” Huh?!?! ( Didn’t you just say you would call him). I then asked her name and she refused to tell me. I told her” fine, I will take my business somewhere else” . She said “ Fine!” I then said” when your owner reads all the bad reviews on social media, he will know why he is losing business “. She then got on the phone and said “ I have a very nasty customer here !” Excuse me!!! You don’t want to do YOUR job and give me an attitude when I walk in the door an hour before you close and I am nasty?!? I could totally understand if I came in at 4:55pm. I could understand if I had 5000 unsorted bottles. I could even understand if I went in there with an attitude. None of that happened. Again, although Dean the owner got on the phone and apologized and said if we call the day before he does a pickup in Bolton, I will not give my 3.5 cents to this business. I will bring them to another center. Next time , hire and train employees who have customer service skills. You would think that only making 3.5 cents a bottle, every customer would count.

Pleasant people. They make returning cans and bottles a simple, quick and easy job, whether or not you have them counted. I take all of my uncounted, mixed-up returnables there. Nothing to complain about here.

Great staff, great service and they even have a dog who sits by the front door and greets people. Don't have your bottles counted? No problem, but they prefer it if you do
