Our car broke down in Glens Falls. We haven't lived here very long and didn't know who to call. TowAway LLC came up on our Google search. We called and asked to be towed. Dan the tow truck driver called us to verify where we were and was there in about 30 min. It was only 20 degrees out. We were glad when he got there. We had our car towed to a service dealership so we needed to find a way home. Dan made sure we had Uber and knew how to use it. (We are older) we got home and just as we walked into our home Dan called to see if we made it home and to let us know he dropped our car off with no issues. Just a great experience in what was not the best day. If we ever need a tow again we will absolutely call TowAway and hope we get Dan.
I got stranded a few days ago in plattsburgh and these guys not only towed my vehicle to my home in peru at a reasonable but the guy named Mario went above and beyond and looked at my car for me very quickly and told me his best guess. Well Ive since got my car fixed and Mario wasnt 100% right but he was very close on the issue. Great dudes! Highly recommend and highly knowledgeable.
The driver arrived promptly and proceeded to professionally jump my car battery. It was cold outside and he was kind, efficient and extremely professional. I would call again if I needed anything.

We placed a call with Mercedes Benz roadside assistance who arranged to have your company come to our location to either start our tv or tow to a dealership. We were contact by your company within 10 minutes and were told they would be at our location with 45 minutes. Technician Cody arrived and was able to jump the rv. He made sure it remained started and asked if we had any other concerns. Cody was a polite and professional gentlemen! A great asset to your company. Thank you!
Needed a tow in regards to a break down. They handled things well. No issues. In a prior experience they salvaged my daughters car after an accident. Must say never a pleasure with circumstances like that. They were helpful and polite. Very down to earth.
Service was excellent, wait time was less than I was told to expect, the driver was very nice and professional, loaded my truck up and delivered to the shop I asked. No one ever wants to need a tow truck but when you do call TowAway.
The experience all round was good. tow truck driver was friendly and fast. he was able to drive a 34 ft RV down the road without any issues and he got it unstuck from a snow bank. I think it only took him 20 minutes to get it all hooked up and moved so it didn't even take long at all.
Very professional. Kept us informed as to his progress in getting to us. Made sure cab was cleaned out enough for us to be able to sit and stay warm while he was loading the car. This is the second time we’ve used them and happy both times with the service.
The young man that moved our 5th wheel was incredible! He went above and beyond to help. I had surgery and couldn't do much he was so polite and kind, I just can't say enough. I will use tow away for all of our towing needs from now on

Called stowaway for a flat tire they were very courteous and said someone would there in 30 min to change the flat . The tow truck driver came in 30 min and changed my tire quickly and efficiently. The driver named Miles was polite, courteous, efficient. He is an excellent employee. So happy we called Towaway!
Was stranded in Canada, and after CAA dropped us at the border at 7pm AAA told us we could either find hotel or go it alone. Dan from Towaway made a 4 hour round trip and got us home, couldn’t have asked for better service we are so grateful thank you so much Dan!!!

I was an hour north of both the tow and tire repair shop with a flat and no spare. Cody came through and got me to the shop before it closed for the day. Great service and communication. Highly recommend them if you are in a bind.
It’s rarely a good thing when you need a tow, but the professionalism of TowAway LLC took at least some of the stress of a bad situation away. Arranging for the tow was as simple and straightforward as could be. The truck arrived on time; the driver was courteous and skilled; my car got where it needed to be. No fuss - exactly what was needed on that day.
Tow Away LLC was great! They texted me with an approximate arrival time to my home within 10 minutes of my tow request to my insurance company. I called them around 7:30 for a tire change in Queensbury. They gave me a fair price and a 30 minute ETA. Cody was wonderful on the phone and answered all the questions I had. They arrived within the 30 minute ETA and got the job done! Thank you guys so much! I will use them in the future if I ever need to! I highly recommend!
