horrible, when anything goes wrong, they make things very hard, wasting our time for a junk part sold to us saying that we need to take the car to a dealer to confirm what we ready know and now that we have the prove making us take the part out and wasting our time.

Very poor customer service ordered tccm online was sent bcm called multiple time to try and get correct part that was ordered was told online purchase was different than buying from then directly so I reached out online with no help or response from them that way either. Poor poor business practices

If the person that waited on you is not there each sales associate will give you off to another sales associate. They he or she is not there but rudely hangs up on you as soon as you say I want a refund. I haven't gotten a call my part was ready or not been over a week. They don't care there.

Rich was very easy to work with. He handles my request in a very prompt and professional manner. If you ever need parts for your auto I highly reccomend that you make sure to get ahold of Fenix parts.

Purchased a front subframe. Part could not be installed due to it being tweaked. Bolts simply would not line up. Our sales representative is a great guy to work with (Rich), but on a corporate level, we had requested some pricing flexibility or adjustment considering we had to do this job twice due to a faulty part that was supplied to us. We were clearly told that there would be zero compensation issued for the hassle, which in good faith, Fenix should have offered something. Leaving 2 stars because we like Rich...

Bought a transmission from them for my sister’s Toyota Camry installed it and it was complete junk. Took the transmission out as they supposedly have a 100% warranty to find out they needed me to speak with a “transmission specialist”. Needless to say they wanted me to reinstall and take pictures showing no codes on the dash, after wasting a day of installing the faulty part I was given instructions to change the transmission filter which was completed. It’s now been 15 days and not a once have they apologized for giving a faulty part or offered another transmission. Don’t do business with them, take your business to Browns Salvage of Castleton VT.

Very helpful. The RF fender for a 2014 Cruz was like new. I didn't expect a 10 yr old fender to be in such great condition.

Ordered an engine and once installed, didn't run. Investigation revealed the timing set was toast and the valve train appears to be wasted as well. Fenix was supplied with all the information and documentation they required, although seemed completely irrelevant. They have since been unresponsive on the matter except to send another short block (NOT A COMPLETE ENGINE AS WAS PAID FOR) but not cover the labor of swapping the block into the car to "fix" the engine. Constantly patronizing my girlfriend and telling her "we're doing this on good faith". Clearly the engine wasn't tested as was advertised, their "30-day, no hassle money back guarantee" is a load of horse hockey too. They don't want to fix the issue nor pay for their mistakes. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Superb customer service, knows what he's doing in and out. Very knowledgeable individual who listens to you. Would like to refer him to all my friends who also have auto businesses. However, I wish I had a chance to review Mr Vincent who has a very poor customer service skills compared to Mr. Richard. Keep doing a fantastic job Richard and keep all your customer like me happy. Absolutely horrible We called at 8am on Wednesday morning for a Donut tire. We were told it would be available that afternoon. Then we were told Thursday morning before 9am! At 830 we called before we drove out there and we were told it was still under the vehicle give them 40 mins. We waited an hour at 930 we were told another hour. Now it's 11am and my husband is mad he drove there to wait thinking if he was there it would get done faster he was told 10 minutes. The guy was going to get it. It is Noon and we finally have the tire but we missed an appointment we had at 11am.

I always try to work with Fenix! They seem to have very clean Used parts. Lex Seymour is the go to guy for ordering parts. He makes it an easy process for ordering and finding parts. He will always go the extra mile for finding what you need or working with us to make it work. He also makes it easier to deal with someone that is super friendly and out going! Thanks Fenix team!

Brian and Fenix Auto... The no brainer go to team for big ticket items. Time is money in this business. So let the pro's, like Brian Gillingham, weed out the bottom feeders. Giving you more hands on time in the shop. Which leads to more productivity and a higher profit margin. Thats a win win in my book.

They were both very informative, courteous, and pleasant and I feel they both went above and beyond to answer my questions and meet the needs of my shop. I can honestly say this was probably the best experience I have had in an engine purchase at a salvage yard, and in this business that is saying something. Jerry Browns is top of the line in their industry. Being in the collision industry myself I've been very impressed on how they operate compared to some of their competitors. Salespeople like Lex & really any of them I've dealt with not only uphold their standards but keep in mind our shops standards when it comes to selling good quality parts. The employees really seem to care about what they do & will go above & beyond to get you the parts you need.

Overpriced, if you can wait a week, order online (ebay motors) & get a NEW part for 1/2 the price! The 2nd part I bought from JBAP was broken (when their mechanic removed it from their parts car), superglued, & passed onto me as "used/guaranteed quality". I found the break while installing it. I'm waiting 2 more days for my eBay part to arrive so I can remove the JBAP broken part & get my $200 back! (EBay new was $83 total)
