I bought my car from All Motor Cars LTD in May 2025. About two weeks later, the check engine light came on. I went back and the repair shop staff were very kind, they replaced the battery for me even though the salesperson had told me before buying the car that they could not replace it, even after I mentioned the battery was already five years old. Unfortunately, about two weeks later the check engine light came on again. I couldn’t return because the repair shop is not open on Saturdays and I work Monday to Friday, so I have no way to go during their hours. I went to another mechanic, who replaced the brake dust shield and the wheel bearing and hubs assembly, but the check engine light kept coming back every couple of weeks. Later, I discovered that neither of my keys worked properly. After changing the batteries, the main key worked but the remote key fob still didn’t. My mechanic told me it needed to be reprogrammed and that I needed the 8-digit immobilizer code from the dealership. I contacted the dealership several times asking for this code. Instead of retrieving it from the manufacturer portal, I was told that they “couldn’t find the code” for my VIN and was repeatedly redirected to their affiliated/partner repair shop, even after I explained that the shop is closed on Saturdays (the only day I can go) and that I work until 4 PM, and cannot arrive before closing time. I sent a follow-up email, but they never responded. The repair shop staff were polite when I first went, but the lack of communication and follow-up with the dealership afterward has been very disappointing. I expected clearer assistance, especially so soon after buying the car.

Bought a vehicle from them brought it back to first week and Andrew just said it was tires making an noise because of a low profile they were dry rotted within the first week put $1500 worth of tires into it brought it back to them. Wheel Barring was bad. Brought it back to have it fixed also with the water pump and oil pan gasket that was leaking and I was told right from the mechanic that oil pan gasket is not leaking enough to take care of take it I would highly recommend not buying a vehicle from these people

If you need a used subaru, come here. They make sure all the work is done to have a solid vehicle for a good price.

Car purchased from them was running a little rough after about a month. I called and they did all the needed work free of charge.

The owner Patchin Podes was very attentive. He understood the needs of my expectations. First of all, he gave me a great price on doing the timing belt for my 2007 Subaru. While breaking the car down, he found other issues and sent me pictures. He made it clear that labor in the area was already done and I was only in the hook for price of parts. My final bill was still lower than most people pay for the primary repair I asked him to do! You can trust this place! All of his mechanics are professionals! I will come back for sure for next repair

These guys were great with a super quick inspection when mine had expired. They did the needed break job in less than 3 hours and had me inspected and on the road when I thought I might need to invest in a new used car! Thumbs up on their good communication both in the office and with the mechanic himself!

This place completely mishandled my service. They performed an oil change even though I wasn’t due for one, and the very next day my car displayed an “oil level too high” alert. When I called, they told me to bring it in early so they could address it right away, so I dropped it off the night before. By 11 a.m., the issue still hadn’t been remedied. Eventually, they claimed they couldn’t fix the problem and refused to take responsibility for it—despite the issue clearly resulting from their mistake. To make matters worse, they told me to go to Mercedes and pay out of pocket to fix the problem they caused. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. I would never trust them with my vehicle again.

Horrible dealership. Lies by omission when it comes to photos and description of vehicles. Does not allow a third party pre purchase inspection which is a huge red flag of a sketchy establishment. Drove from Virginia to purchase one of their vehicles after gathering information. If it’s too good to be true it is. Photos are incredibly deceitful, the main guy Andrew knows how to take photos to hide everything from SPRAY PAINTED over rust holes that were horribly done, drips and paint bubbles everywhere, undercarriage insanely rusted that it would never pass any inspections, suspension was so badly rusted it was comically bad. If you buy from here, tread carefully and definitely be knowledgeable in auto mechanics or be prepared to be ripped off and pay for it. Don’t be like me, don’t drive 5 hours one way to walk away empty handed because you were fooled. Be careful buying from here.

My beloved 2012 Forester was given a death sentence by my guy at the Subaru dealership, but All Motor Cars brought it back to life. Andrew was very responsive in getting a plan together with me, and Seth was incredibly helpful in answering all of my (many) questions thoroughly and cheerfully. So glad I found my way to these guys. I was about to buy a new car, when all I really wanted was for my old car to get back to being its old self, and that's exactly what they did for me. These are good solid people that understand the meaning of customer service - I highly and unreservedly recommend them.

Seth was extremely helpful in detailing my best options and guided me towards fixing my Subaru. Explaining what was wrong and showing me the damage/wear and tear on parts. Great first experience with this shop!

If you're looking to buy a used Subaru, shop here first! I had a great experience, the car was clean and they did a ton of work to fix it up. I wasn't pressured at all, and they gave me a great deal for my trade in. 5 stars!

If you read all the good reviews, DITTO! I can’t wait to buy my second vehicle from them Great experience. Got a nice older Outback . Please don’t expect it to be perfect like new but they take care of the known issues before you pick up the car and don’t wait till you have an issue . IF you do, it will be taken care of. Do not buy from this dealer go to a subura dealer! I bought a 2012 subura Impreza for $16,000 two years has to be yunked cuz it's so badly rusted through the subframe. It had 72,000 miles on it. Thought it was the nicer one on the lot I was wrong. The brakes lines rusted out about a year ago n could have put my daughter in danger.

I was very reluctant to buy a car from a used car dealer, considering all of the stories we’ve been told. My experience has been exactly the opposite. I bought the car in November. It had a small problem in December which they took care of immediately. I brought it in two days ago with another problem that turned out to be my fault, not theirs, but they fixed it. And they installed some replacement low beams that I had bought because I found the low beams on the car to be very dim. They refused to charge me anything for this work, even though this work was clearly outside of the scope of any kind of warranty. Frank is a fantastic righteous, dude, as far as I am concerned.

Yesterday my heart nearly sank, on one of the first hottest days of our season my ac decided to start blowing hot air! I was able to drop my car off in the evening and the next morning my car had ac again, they even gave me an oil change. I know nothing about cars so Im glad they do! friendly, quick and knowledgeable!

Do not buy your car here. highly do not recommend. I bought a white Impreza from them about 2 months ago and it’s been a nightmare. They didn’t budge on price cause he assured me that a lot of work was done to the car. But guess what no it did not have much if not any work done. Brakes were pad slapped not fully changed. suspension was blown and never touched. And to top it off this car has a head gasket leak that was apparently known but never fixed or mentioned. I’m about 5k into this car to get it running again on top of the 10 that they sold the car to me. Save your money go elsewhere. Trust me it’ll save you a lot of time money and headaches. I do not recommend

I went to All Motors with one Subaru in mind that I saw on their website. When I got there I was informed they had 2 similar Subaru Foresters available. I test drive both of them and found minor issues with both. Andrew is great. He said he would fix every issue before I came to pick it up. That made my decision harder bc now it was hard to choose which one I wanted! I ended up going with the newer model. I went down to pick up the car on President’s Day. I was so glad they were open on the holiday as this was my only day off from work. Unfortunately, the alternator went on the way home. I had the car towed back to the shop but they were closed by the time it got there. When I spoke to Andrew the next day he said he would put a new alternator and battery in and also pay for the towing charge! He also gave me a 30 day warranty which is great. If he hadn’t done that I would’ve been in a bind. I highly recommend this dealership. My sister has bought 3 cars from them over the years and never had a problem!

We bought an '01 Outback through Andrew over the summer. Its an old car and it isn't perfect, but we knew that going in; the car has been very reliable regardless. The experience at the dealership is totally low key and low pressure; if you are used to or want pushy or overly enthusiastic service you're not going to find that here. Its very straightforward: check out and test the car(s) you're interested in, best price is offered, and you drive away after their mechanics do a pre-sale service, inspection, etc. In my view this is the best way to buy a used car. Would definitely recommend this dealership and buy from them again.

Bought an 08 Outback from Andrew...Super happy with everything. Great car for a fair price. I had to bring it back to them after a few hundred miles because the transmission was shot. So the mechanic ordered a new one and installed it for me all within a few days of getting the car...for FREE. Car has ran perfectly for the last 4 months now! Thank you so much guys! The mechanics are fantastic and I would recommend them to any Subaru owner.

I am really impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the mechanics at this shop. I had purchased a used Subaru Forester off their lot that had some issues, which luckily fell under warranty (a check engine light, some smoking). It was hard to pinpoint the exact leak location within the EVAP system, resulting in my having to bring the car back a few times. I felt really worried that I'd purchased a lemon, and each time I brought the car back worried that it would be like pulling teeth, but Frank and everyone else here were always super helpful and communicative, and made sure the car got fixed. The thing that really impresses me about these guys is the pride they take in their work, and their diligence. I'm really happy with the car, and really happy with the work the guys put into it (before and after my purchase). Definitely recommend to anyone in the area, especially for Subarus.

Just got our 2008 Subaru Outback from AllMotor Cars. We deal with Andrew his a nice guy not pushy and will deffinitely guide you through the process. Were happy with our first subaru. This place has a lot of subaru's in a very good condition. We tried going to CT and NJ but this place is the best. We'll recommend this place to our friends too..

I bought my 2005 Toyota Tundra there. Andrew the salesman was more than accommodating with the sale. He walked me through the financing process and went the extra mile for me. We liked the place and the guys there so much that we bought a 2006 Forester for my wife there. Again Andrew was more than accommodating with every detail of the sale. We take our cars there for all of our routine service as well. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things so I can better understand.

What a great, low key no pressure experience. We found these guys on Car Gurus and went to check out their collection of Subarus (they had a ton!). We worked with Andrew, one of the sales reps. He was very knowledgeable about the cars but totally hands off, letting us take our time test driving and inspecting. This place also has their own mechanics. We talked briefly with Dan, a super nice mechanic that explained all the work that goes into the cars before their put on the lot. When it came time for paperwork, there were no surprise fees or other BS that comes often comes about with other dealers. They also arranged an appointment with an audio guy to install an auxiliary unit (this was an 05 Subaru). They also offer a 30 day Warranty, and Andrew assured that even anything up to 90 days, if anything went wrong they could help us out by potentially waiving the labor on the repairs. I'm confident we wont need it, but its nice to know its there! Great people, great cars.

I purchased my 2007 Subaru Outback this past summer and had a very positive experience with All Motors. I went specifically looking for a Subaru, which they had a good number of. My boyfriend had purchased his used Subaru Forrester and was pretty happy. We dealt with Andrew, who is easy-going and knowledgeable. He was patient as we looked at many different models. He took us through the process of obtaining financing with ease. It's been half a year since I've owned my Subaru and I love it! It has performed well.
